Dieses 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Haus bietet Platz für 12 und wurde im Jahr 2011 gebaut. Ausstattung im Obergeschoss verfügen über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, die eine Spülmaschine. Weitere Features sind Dish Network, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Elternschlafzimmer, schöne Terrasse zu sitzen und den Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang sowie die erfrischende Golf Brise genießen. Im Erdgeschoss bietet eine Tür aus Dusche und WC sowie Zement unter der Kabine und einem Fischreinigungstisch, und einem Grillplatz. Gefrorene Concoction bietet wöchentlich, Wochenende sowie Mitte der Woche zu vermieten. Wöchentliche Anmietungen finden entweder von Freitag bis Donnerstag oder von Montag bis Sonntag statt. Memorial Day-Wochenende und Labor Day-Wochenende sind mindestens drei Nächte.

Great getaway a little out of the way

Loved staying here with the family. Loved being walking distance to the beach instead of on the beach. It’s quiet and set back, but can see the beach and feel the waves. Recommended.

Nice Weekend getaway

Property was clean and convenient to beach. Be prepared to bring ALL paper goods and your own towels. ( including beach and bath) Check out list is long and tedious.

Even Better Than Pictured

Beautiful and super clean property. The property is more spacious (inside & out) than it appears in the photos. Perfect distance to the beach with a great view from the patio. The kitchen is equipped with small appliances, mixing bowls, pots and pans, so preparing a small mini feast was a breeze. I would stay again and I do recommend!

Girls Beach Weekend

The property was as described, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend stay. The property has a nice view of the gulf and is within walking distance once you are set up on the beach. The outside shower has a break in the pipe so it was unavailable for use.

Great stay love the beach vibes

My family and I had a great stay at The Frozen Concoction. I love the colors of the interior plenty of room for my family and myself to stretch out and be comfortable. The outdoor toilet and shower came in very handy as well as the water hose both at the bottom and on the upper deck was very helpful. The home owners were very responsive with any questions. Short distance from the beach we rented a golf cart for ease of access.

Amazing

We came for Father's day weekend. The stay was short but so lovely. I wished we could have stayed longer. It was a very nice view and walking distance to the beach. The host let us check in early and communicated very well through text. She was very nice. We would def stay here again, but for a week this time :)

Perfect for us.

Near the beach, which can be seen from the living area and the nice deck. Vert clean. Responsive owner. Comfy couches and recliner. Nice grill. TV in living room.. Brought our own TV for the bedroom, with antenna and an Amazon fire stick. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Loved Frozen Concoction

We really enjoyed our visit. The beach house is very nice and clean. There are two refrigerators in the kitchen. What a plus. I slept in the king size bed, and it is a very comfortable bed. The bathrooms are the perfect size. The location is amazing.

Memories made

We enjoyed our time at the beach house, the view was relaxing, the walk lovely to the beach was short, and the accommodations were ideal. I think the kids liked the outdoor shower best (LOL!). We were a little confused when the room with bunk beds turned out to be two Queens, but it really wasn’t an issue. Kitchen was nicely equipped and accessible for us all. Each night provided a free fireworks show! We were so grateful for the chance to rent this amazing property.

First time stay

The property was fun and in great location. The power was out much longer than expected, and again on another day. It was SO HOT!! We actually had to make beds on the porch to be able to attempt to sleep. The fire alarms kept going off, all week, and had to be reset over and over. It wasn't the owners fault, but as a business owner, when there are problems, even beyond my control, I offer extra to make up for it, or offer money back, or do something to please the client. That didn't happen here. I was surprised about that. I do appreciate that she said we could use towels, because I didn't realize that towels wouldn't be part of staying on the property. The biggest thing I liked was her consistent communication. It was helpful to hear from her and be able to reach her. For a first time staying somewhere different than a hotel, though, it was pretty good.

Great location and place

The location was back from the beach but still close and had a nice view. Nice big deck to sit on and enjoy the view. Big furnished house with laundry was a big plus! Super nice owners very responsive to questions and concerns. We will definitely be back to stay longer next time.

Family weekend

We really enjoyed the property we a pretty decent view from the deck considering we were a few rows back. That was nice. The deck was nice and big. I loved that it was pet friendly and the gate on the deck was awesome. We would definitely consider renting again. I guess the only con would be the "bathroom" down stairs was dirty, could not use the toilet. (well the men could). but that wont keep me from renting again

Perfect location for beach and attractions

We have stayed in this area many times before but this was our first time at this property. The location is perfect for accessing the beach.....you can even see the ocean from the front porch. Also very close to donut shop, frozen daiquiri store, grocery store, shopping, etc. Has the perfect set up for several families to stay....plenty of beds and lots of seating in living and dining room areas. We plan on staying here again!

A very relaxing Mother's Day weekend with my family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Frozen Concoction. House was very clean with plenty of room and space. Waking up to the sound of the waves at sunrise on the deck and walking distance to the beach was a plus!

Great House!

We had a great time at Frozen Concoction. We were there to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. She and her friends had a blast! The house was very clean. We had plenty of room even with our two dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Frozen Concoction

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a comfortable and clean cabin. We had all the conveniences of home. Because of the tons of cockle-burs in the grass, we couldn't let our pet out to potty in the yard! But, other than that, no complaints.

We are two sisters and our husbands. One of us has owned a vacation home for several years and was able to acquire a family home to use as rental property. Our husbands had been wanting to buy additional rental property and began talking about forming a partnership. Thus began Balsanotes Investments. We all enjoy spending time at the beach and entertaining family and friends.

This property has a beautiful view of the Gulf and is located in an ideal area of Crystal Beach. The addition is located across the street from The Waterslide which is a popular attraction for tourist as well as local vacation home owners who visit often. All four of us grew up visiting the beach many times each summer. Many family vacations were spent vacation homes in Crystal Beach.

What drew us to this home was the unobstructed view of the Gulf. You can sit outside on the deck, inside on the couch, or inside at the dining table and enjoy the breeze, the sound of the waves or view the water as you sit and drink your favorite beverage.
