Buchen Sie direkt und sparen Sie auf unserer Website Surf- und Sandverleih. Schritte zur Promenade und Sand Dies ist eine neuere 1650 ft.² 3BD / 3 ½ Bad Ferienhaus. Von jedem Zimmer auf der 2. und 3. Etage haben Sie Meerblick und vom Patio-Deck den Sonnenuntergang!
Wenn Sie das Haus auf der Hauptebene betreten, gibt es einen Wohnbereich mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa und einem Flachbildfernseher. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich das erste Gästezimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem Vollbad mit Badewanne / Dusche, einem Flachbildfernseher, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Zugang zu einer Aussichtsplattform. Auf der rechten Seite befindet sich das 1. Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, viel Stauraum, einem eigenen Bad mit Duschwanne, einem Flachbildfernseher und Zugang zu einer Aussichtsplattform. Es gibt auch eine Stapelwaschmaschine / -trockner, bevor Sie die Treppe zum Hauptwohnbereich hinaufgehen.

Der Hauptwohnbereich verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, der hell und luftig ist und Ausblicke, Ausblicke und Ausblicke bietet. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich eine zweite Master-Suite mit komplettem Badezimmer mit separater Dusche und Waschtisch, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, Kingsize-Bett und Meerblick. Dieses Mission Beach Ferienhaus verfügt über eine Garage für 2 Autos! und bietet Platz für bis zu zwei Fahrzeuge und einen zusätzlichen Parkplatz für kleinere Autos vor der Garage für 2 Autos. Es gibt Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Strandspielzeug einschließlich Boogie-Boards in der Garage. Eine geschlossene Außendusche befindet sich am unteren Ende der Treppe.

Die berühmte Mission Beach Promenade ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Der Belmont Park ist weniger als 800 m entfernt. Restaurants, Pubs und Märkte erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß.

Location can’t be beat

We went for a staycation and had an amazing time. The location can’t be beat - steps to the beach, near markets, coffee, and restaurants. The parking was really handy and everything in the house was roomy and so comfortable. Perfect for a quick (or longer) getaway. Will definitely stay again!

Great House - Great Location

House was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and you can't beat the location! I would rent this house again.

Very nice property and location. Only problem is parking if you have a large SUV, I could not get it in the garage or within the red line. We did find street parking though.

Great location!!

Great location to walk to several bars and restaurants! Parking situation was great - 2 garage spots and a small spot in front of the garage if need be. Nice view of the ocean from the upper deck! Would stay here again if I return to Mission Beach area! Hosts were responsive & accommodating when I requested early check-in. Thanks, Dylan!

Wonderful Location & Property!

Property is just a described, plenty of space and well equipped. We used the kitchen and outdoor grill each day. Loved the ocean views from both patios. We used the 4 bikes to cruise the boardwalk. You can't beat the location. Just steps to the beach/ocean. A block to the bay. Right next to market, coffee shops, restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and great for families. We would love to visit again.

Great home!

Perfect location, stocked with all amenities including beach supplies. You can fly in and be set for any adventure. TVs galore, remodeled and updated. Didn’t notice if there was or was not someone below us. Private balcony is awesome for capturing views of ocean and bay. We will definitely return!

Great location and well equipped

I rent quite often and found this home to be the best equipped house I have rented. The beds were comfortable, the view was great, better than I was expecting. The 2 car garage actually fit 2 cars, which isn’t always the case. We had a great time.

Great location! Tasteful Decor! Well-maintained!

We loved the location. It was private yet just a few steps to the boardwalk. Walking everywhere was great. The bars and restaurants are right there along with the best coffee shop just at the end on the block. The house itself is impeccably maintained. We love the views from the decks. And, enjoyed the ocean breezes in the evening from the second floor bedrooms! We will be back every year!!!

What an awesome place!!!

We had an awesome time at this place. It’s a beautiful home just a few steps away from the beach. The market and restaurants across the street make things really convenient. The house provided a lot of fun toys for the beach as well as bikes for the boardwalk. Sherie was awesome to communicate with, she was quick to get back to us with any questions. Our family had an amazing time and hope to be able to return in the future. Would definitely recommend….Thank you!!!

Perfect location

When we arrived it was late and dark (Midnight). We were able to get into the property easily per the provided instructions. The amenities of the home provided were as described and the proximately to the beach was perfect. We were just one house away from the beach (close enough for a good view but away from the traffic of the beach). We were able to see the surfers hitting the surf early in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Very close to the airport, zoo, SeaWorld, and Belmont park. We would definitely stay here again.

Me, wifey & the usual suspects!

Property was very clean, and the location awesome. The garage & amenities in the garage were an added plus. The kitchen was well stocked as we were there for 10 days, and the bedrooms were very nice. There were a few minor issues with the wi-fi, which was promptly addressed by the owner, but we could not get the TV's in the 2 lower bedrooms to work during our stay, and the was no TV in the upstairs master suite. Our last two days were shared with gray skies, and Hurricane Hilary. The owner was very attentive & responsive. The owner even refunded a days rental due to a weather related issue with the hurricane. Overall this is an outstanding property that you can't go wrong with, and very highly recommend.

Paradise

Four adults and two toddlers had a fantastic stay at Mission Beach . Great location! Lovely neighborhood! Never move the car . A spotless and very comfortable two story complex with ocean views from both levels , with a lovely well equipped kitchen. The 3.5 spacious bathrooms ( one in each bedroom ) and the half bath off the kitchen were very accommodating. . Garage parking perfect ! Check in seamless! Host very helpful and extremely pleasant! Just a FYI …. That there are many steps to experience Paradise . There are 18 steps up to the front door, plus the inside staircase to get up to the kitchen, dining, living area ,,and third bedroom. We will definitely return to Paradise !

Christmas Beach Get A-Way

Overall, the location was great...only a block away from a market and a liquor store and only a few feet out to the beach. The view from the deck was picture perfect. The only disappointing aspect was that the 2 propane tanks for the outdoor fireplaces were empty. We would loved to have enjoyed the late afternoons and sunsets on the deck but it got too brisk with the cooling temps. There were bikes in the garage and a bike pump , however one of the stems was broken so we were unable to use them. The kitchen was nice and fully equipped. Loved the extra bathrooms. I would suggest an allergen free laundry soap. My family is allergic to Tide so we had to re-wash sheets and towels before using them. It was spacious and accommodating for my family of 5. The rooms were all nice sizes and the common spaces provided enough seating for all of us without feeling cramped.

Great location, safe neighborhood, steps to beach

We've stayed in MB several times and this area is quieter than north MB. Unique layout with bedrooms below the kitchen. Kitchen and two living areas were great. The unit was very clean and comfortable with many amenities. There is a big difference between master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. 2nd bedroom had no end tables and only one dresser. It had room for more, but there was little place to put your stuff in and on as we were there for a week. The bed felt like a full but said to be a queen but we got by. Recommend NO big car for garage...a challenge to park our minivan! It was too cold to sit outside, but that was a wonderful area to hang out.....outdoor cushions could use a good cleaning. When the airport starts their flights out of San Diego in the morning, you will probably seize the day.

We chose Mission Beach because of it's close proximity to so many attractions. Our family loves to surf, paddleboard, fish and bike ride. This house offers the bay on one side and the beach on the other. It's a short walk to restaurants, Belmont Park and an easy bike ride into Pacific Beach. The views from the house are incredible and access to the sand and ocean within 100 feet is optimal. This house is clean and well kept.
