House is on the water you can launch your kayaks (provided) in the backyard. Nice fire pit.

Perfect getaway spot!

The home was absolutely perfect! This was a mother-daughter trip to Florida. Three out of four nights we were able to watch dolphins up by shore. We absolutely loved the tropical feel of the home and the location. We especially loved the two sliding glass doors that faced the golf of America. The pine Island Beach was still closed for repairs so at night we would walk along the shore and catch a sunset. This home had everything we needed and more!

Hidden Corner of Paradise

the place was cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. the view was stunning. it shares a property line with the main beach which was nice to visit for the spectacular sunset. the added bonus was it came with kayaks and paddleboards with a launching area right in the backyard. the town with typical shopping and restaurants was only 15 mins away. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay off the beaten path.

The property is well maintained and not only covers the basics well, but provides little extra comforts that make the stay enjoyable. The location is great and as advertised. We are leaving today feeling that we got our monies worth on our stay and then some!

Fantastic property. Being informed of beach being closed and work on home being performed prior to stay would have been courteous but would not have changed our plans and did not effect our satisfaction or enjoyment of this beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay!!

Thankgiving break getaway

Our family had a great time staying here. The kids loved the beach, kayaks and paddle boarding on the water and super easy access to the beach. The view from the deck was great. We even used the fire pit one night. Thanks for sharing your home.

Amazing

We spent 4 peaceful days under the sun of Florida and having breakfast looking for dolphins jumping in the water in front of the deck. The cabin is well equipped and you can find all you need, beach and water are few steps from your bed….! Great place, suggested for people loving quite and romantic spot.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I chose this home for a weekend getaway to celebrate her birthday. We were looking for something away from the hustle and bustle and this place did not disappoint! The home had everything that we needed, including kayaks and a large gas grill, which we took advantage of everyday. There’s a beach/park that’s literally right next door that you can walk to and watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience

My husband and two granddaughters stayed here for a few days for our annual summer vacation. The house is very cute and the perfect size for us. We loved being so close to the beach! The girls kayaked and snorkeled for the first time! We watched the sunset on the beach every night! The girls cried when we had to leave. We hope to be back someday. This home is a magical little oasis.

This exceeded our expectations. Like others said the pictures do t do it justice. We had three teenage boys and they loved the kayak and the beach so close everyday and fishing. We will be back.

2 day stay

Nice location, awesome sunsets. The kayak area needed help with some cleaning of equipment. The main bed was very uncomfortable and outside lights shone (either I couldn’t find the switch off or they were on a timer) and the main bed was very hot so I slept on the pullout couch bed. Not much parking room. House was cute and overall we enjoyed our trip but I think once was enough. Communication was timely with house manager.

Great beach house to get away

Joe thanks for having us ,it was a great weekend. Loved the kayaking and fishing right from the back yard ,watching sunsets from next door park,even got to see few dolphins right out the back on our last day . House was really clean nd stocked with all we needed, no Tmobile cell service but wifi worked just fine . Little take out restaurant at the park had great food(50steps from beach house) we didn't even leave to eat somewere else . Great location,shopping 15mins car ride away . Pictures don't do justice ,beach house is even better and nicer then pics show!

Wonderful family place to stay at

We loved the house and the location. We liked that it was far enough north out of the busier populated areas. It sits right next to a small state park. Only con was the park cleaning crew noise in the morning for a bit. We spent a lot of time using the paddle boards and kayaks. Perfect little launch point in the back to a channel off the Gulf. House was clean and well stocked. Great communication with the manager. Nice beach that does not allow more people than what the parking lot holds so doesn’t get too busy. There were no shells at the beach - only thing my kids were disappointed about. I am so glad we found this place.

Perfect relaxing weekend trip

Cute little beach house. The inside is much more updated than the outside. We liked having a trail to walk to the Pine Island park, where the kids grabbed snacks from the snack shack. Crabbing was our highlight- they are fun to try to catch.x S’mores were left for us, and we made those each evening. Since it rained some, we used the covered grill. Cons-only 1 tv so I had to watch kids shows most of the time. One of the kayaks had a hole, so I almost sunk on my trip out.
