Great vacation

Me and my cousin stayed here for a week, clean nice house in a very nice neighborhood. Pool was warm, we enjoyed biking nearby public parks, going to naples beach thats only 15 mins away, and walking around the sidewalks of neighborhood

A Fabulous Week had by all

We had a great week. My wife enjoyed the pool very much. The house is beautiful and located in a very nice gated community. Gabe was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and pool

We loved the house and the pool. The only reason I scored location with a 4 star was the street noise was very loud for me. Please note my home is in the country so norm for me is basically no noise. I highly recommend this property if hearing cars go by day and night doesn’t bother you.

Great getaway in perfect Naples location

Our family had an amazing time here. The layout of the house is perfect, everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The road traffic mentioned in other reviews didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed the pool area and the house itself very much. It is a perfect location to get around ind Naples. Gabriel was really helpful and quick with answering. We'd love to come back!

Naples vacation

Our recent two-week stay was excellent. After the recent hurricanes we were delighted to see that Naples was largely unaffected and we were able to enjoy all the attractions of the city such as the Botanical Gardens, Naples Zoo, and the many boat excursions. The villa was conveniently located for these, and other amenities in the city, and the wide variety of excellent restaurants on offer. We were also delighted with the facilities within the home, especially the large pool area, and the swimming pool was a real benefit as the local temperature was exceptionally hot. We would thoroughly recommend this property, and the city of Naples, for an excellent family vacation.

We had a great time in this home! Briarwood is very convenient to all that Naples has to offer. The home was very clean with great amenities. Gabriel was extremely responsive and even helped us with an early check-in so we could get our babies down for a nap. Private Vacation

Had a wonderful stay. House was located in private community on busy road. The privacy of the property more then made up for any sounds of traffic in the background. The security at gate were always so welcoming with big smiles. The pool was clean and inviting. House was setup with almost everything we could ask for. Great Property & service

Property is exactly as advertised and Gabriel bends over backwards to address any issues (which were minor). Outdoor area is very nice. Definitely road noise as mentioned by others but not a show stopper. We enjoyed the outdoor area and watched the world cup from the pool!

A home away from home

We enjoyed very much our stay. The pool was enjoyable, the home well thought out. Unfortunately a few of the items listed were not available and upkeep needs more attention. New pillows, more towels, the beach umbrellas had seen better days and bikes were not usable. The tv outside did not work. That being said we had a wonderful time and would come back and stay in a heartbeat. A safe community to stay in.

My husband and I felt the property was beautifully decorated and very tasteful. Well laid out. Particularly liked the separateness of the the master bedroom suite from the remaining two bedrooms. Great privacy. Pool was beautiiful and well maintained. There are some areas that need improvement: - Install grab bars in the showers for safety - The bedding needs replacing; a bit tired / worn - The dishes are too heavy and many are chipped in places; a replacement set for 6 people is needed - There should be matching glassware sets to serve 6 people including wine glasses - Matching silverware settings for 6 people should be provided The street noise level in the pool area was too intense to leisurely be outside at night. The outdoor TV needs replacing; line through the screen.
