Schöne 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, für (8) 1900 + sq. ft Penthouse-Wohnung im Sand Point Condo Complex. Das einzige 3 Bett / 3 Bad in der Anlage. Das Master-Bad verfügt über einen Whirlpool und eine separate Dampfdusche. Zwei große Balkone mit Blick auf den Atlantik und die Küstenwasserstraße. Kommt mit zwei reservierten Stellplätzen in der Garage und zusätzlichen Außenparkplätzen. Das Gebäude umfasst einen Außenpool und einen Grillplatz, einen Indoor-Fitnessraum, eine Dampfsauna, 2 Aufzüge und eine Bibliothek / einen Leseraum. Wir sind nicht in einem der großen Resorts mit 200-300 Eigentumswohnungen, in denen Sie keinen Liegestuhl oder Platz zum Entspannen finden und nicht gegen die Massen ankämpfen können. Nur ein paar Schritte runter zum wunderschönen Sand und Atlantik. Die gesamte Wohnung ist renoviert und mit Keramikfliesen ausgelegt. Neue Küche und Badezimmer mit Keramikfliesen und Granitplatten.

What a view!!!

We chose this location after our west coast rental was damaged from the 2 hurricanes. We have a destination Thanksgiving every year, so other family members were also staying in the same building. We had a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset and both were outstanding! We even got to see a rocket launch one night. This roomie rental is very well appointed with many high end touches. We were very surprised to see that there was a steam shower and a jacuzzi tub and the primary bathroom was to die for!!! The owner was very easy to communicate with and kept us up to date on everything. Don’t worry about bringing a lot of kitchen stuff as the kitchen was very well stocked! So much so, we had to make room for some of ours. There was everything from A - Z, except for a hair dryer 😂😂 There were also folding tables and chairs, beach gear and more. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come up to Daytona. It was perfect!

Great views 3 bedroom condo

A beautifully decorated 3 bedroom condo with all king beds. Great views of both sunrise and sunset. Kitchen well stocked with plates, utensils, pots/pans etc. Very nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs.

Very big condo

We had 3 couples plus 3 children ages 1 1/2, 2, and 7. Lots of space. The 3 king size beds and 3 full baths were just what we needed.

Wonderfull place to vacation at the beach

Our condo was large and roomy for 6 people. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms were quite large. We enjoyed having 3 baths (especially with 5 out of 5 people being females). Loved having 2 balconies! I will miss having my breakfast and lunch every day. Pool was not crowded. There was an issue with cleaning the pool, but management quickly hired someone to remedy this and it was done well. I would recommend this condo!

Enjoyed Our Stay

Pros: The unit is updated and beautifully decorated. It is a very comfy condo with plenty of bedrooms and baths. Loved the mirrored hallway which made the unit feel even more spaciois. The master has a sleep number bed and is spacious and has a nice view of the beach. Having two balconies with one facing A1A and the river and the other with a side view of the beach and A1A. You can see the beach from your recliner or the river from the couch. The unit was clean and well stocked. The washing machine was so wonderful to have. There is an extra drink fridge which would be helpful to some. The utility room even has a soaking sink! Communication with the owners was very easy and friendly. The location is very central to food, groceries, and attractions. You can also Lyft or Uber easily. It's right across the street from 2 ice cream shops and right beside Peck Plaza or Top of Daytona which was a beautiful building. Umbrella rental was very easy to obtain and reasonable. Cons: Keys and Locks on trips are usually frustrating. I prefer keypad systems so multiple tenants can come and go as they please. The traffic on A1A is great for people watching but did get loud some nights. The parking garage was to tight for a large SUV. The water for the east coast seems alot more turbulent this time but the ocean was very pretty. You can't hear the waves from the balcony usually due to traffic. The elevator is pretty slow and no air so it gets muggy in the heat of the day. Parking even on the main level is tight with large vehicles but can be done. Not a pro or con, but as with all condos the last few years make sure to bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, as the unit didn't have extra. They did have paper bowls which we used and replaced, solo cups and cutlery. The kitchen was very adequately stocked. If traveling to the area again, I would highly recommend this property for my stay with a family or multiple couples.

Lots of space

There is a lot of space to enjoy in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils. There are two balconies with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. The pool was nice and clean but rather small. My only complaints were that the master shower had not been cleaned and there are some sort of emergency light switch looking things all over the condo, I’m assuming that set off the sprinkler system that have signs that read “minimum $800 clean up fee if you set this off”, which made me a nervous wreck all week. They look just like a regular light switch and I was so scared one of my kids would accidentally turn it on. They really need some sort of box over them or something. Other than that we had a wonderful week and really enjoyed this condo.

Spacious condo

Very nice condo with plenty of space. I loved that all bedrooms had a bathroom and balcony access. Perfect size kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable king size beds and spacious bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing and Entertaining View

Overall, everything was great. Bill was excellent answering questions we had before and during our stay. My wife and friends agree that it was an awesome place to stay and relax. We could watch the ocean and the road from the main balcony which supplied half our relaxation and entertainment. The king beds, amenities, and space were more than adequate for 6 adults. Plenty of dishes, cookware, and kitchen items for guests to use. Parking in the garage made it easy to remove doors and leave top down on a Jeep. Shopping carts and luggage racks also were plentiful to move everything to and from the unit/garage.

Amazing

We absolutely loved staying in the condo. It had great views of the river and ocean from two different balconies The condo has a well stocked kitchen. Rooms were great sizes and the bathrooms were all good especially the master. Cable and wifi worked great. The people we ran into from the property were very nice. Having the private pool and access to the beach was nice. The only thing was no beach towels available in the condo and I hate wasting space in my luggage for towels. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful property

Exactly like listing. A bit noisy from drills as they are working on entire building. Pool was clean and warm. Property manager in office helpful. Essentials available in unit. Would be nice for beach exit to have keypad instead of key lock.

Birthday week 2021

Booking was very easy. Mr. Young was available to answer any questions. The check-in process was really quick and easy. The condo was beautiful and the view was very nice as well. Condo was clean and furnishings were very nice. The bathrooms didn't have any towels hanging up, but we finally found some in the master bath closet. We could have used more towels in general, but we made it work. The condo is on the 8th floor which gives outstanding views, but the elevator was not working when we arrived. My daughter and I walked up the stairs to get to the unit to get the keys and garage door opener and it florida heat that was not pleasant.... the elevator was very unreliable during our whole stay and from talking to other visitors this seems to be a on-going problem. I wouldn't recommend this complex if you have any handicapped or wheelchair bound travelers with you because other than the elevator not working properly there are only stairs down to the pool and beach area with no ramps or other way to access. We really enjoyed the condo and the balcony was excellent for early morning coffee and late afternoon games.

We just purchased this condo in March 2015. We're from Western Pa. & have vacationed in Florida for many years, mostly Feb. We're retired & hope to enjoy our Sand Point Unit as snowbirds and possibly a little more & as a rental throughout the year

It's truly one of a kind in the Sand Point Resort. We fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it. The only 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit in this family friendly resort. Just decorated by a interior designer & a unit that was never on the rental market. Beautiful condo also has 2 balconies to view the Atlantic Ocean or the Intra- Coastal Waterway. This location is in Southern end of Daytona Beach Shores out of the main street crowded area which we truly liked. Parking is no problem as we have 2 reserved garage stalls & extra outside & also storage lockers in the garage.
