Charming klimatisiert Cape Stil zu Hause auf einem ruhigen, von Bäumen gesäumten Sackgasse.
Voll ausgestattete Küche, Dusche Gastronomie (Sitze 6) / Wohnzimmer (2 Sofas), 1 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und zwei große Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. 2 Badezimmer mit WC mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die im Obergeschoss Bad ist mit einem Jacuzzi ausgestattet. Highspeed-Internet mit Wi-Fi. Großes an der Wand befestigtes HDTV, Kabelservice mit HBO und NetFlix. Es gibt drei Strände und zwei Docks auf Großen Teich, die von den Gästen zur Verfügung stehen. Großen Teich ist mit dem Boot Zugang zum Meer Gezeiten. Das Wasser des Großen Teich sind ruhig und ideal für Kanu oder Kajak. Es gibt Regale in Strandnähe für Kanus und Kajaks. Zurück zum Haus und entspannen auf der Nordseite Deck nach einem Tag voller Aktivitäten oder haben eine Grillparty auf der schattigen Terrasse hinter dem Haus.
Es gibt 10 öffentliche Strände (9 Meer und 1 Teich) in Falmouth, 5 öffentliche Golfplätze, einen 12 km langen Radweg und zahlreiche Restaurants für Urlauber. Alle diese Orte sind innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Wir haben 5000 BTU-Fensterklimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer und eine 8000 BTU-Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer.
Fünf-Tage-Mieten sind in der Hauptsaison verfügbar (Angebot anfordern).

The hosts were extremely responsive and caring. The coffee maker broke during our stay, and they had Amazon deliver a new one the next day. Additionally, I left behind two of my daughter's books, and they shipped them back to our home address. So thoughtful and kind. We enjoyed the house. The living room area was a bit small, especially with two little children. But other than that, we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Nice Place in Neighborhood off Great Pond

Very nice property - with all the conveniences of home (including room air conditioners in every room). Owners take good care of property. Very much appreciated the Guest Book which provided helpful information about Falmouth - places to visit, things to do, restaurants, etc. (with commentary). We enjoyed the short walk to one of the three easements to access Great Pond - with dock and small beach. Our family had a great stay!

We had such a lovely stay here. The property worked well for 2 couples with 1 child each. The house was just as described and very clean. Our hosts were responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We were delighted to have the big yard in back for the kids to run around!

Perfect spot in Falmouth

My husband and two kids (ages 6 and 3) had a terrific stay here. The house is on a quiet and pretty dead-end street, and has comfortable rooms and common spaces. It’s perfectly located 10-15 minutes from a wide range of places of interest and activities, which was ideal for us. Highly recommended!

Great week on the Cape

The house was clean and cozy. The downstairs shower was not working great, but we managed just fine with the upstairs shower. Thanks for the "supplies" in the house! It was awesome to have an ample supply of shower products, laundry soaps, and kitchen necessities. We would come again!

Great Beach Vacation

The property was exactly as listed. Ned and Val’s place was spotless and air conditioned. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a close drive to downtown Falmouth, the beaches and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend to others.

Loved the location for ease of beach access, cycling, ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Downtown Falmouth had great shops and food. Local winery was close by. Quiet neighborhood and streets. Great backyard!

Perfect house

Really fantastic place and everything is as advertised. Best home I’ve rented via VRBO. The owners were very responsive and all the extra amenities were so appreciated by all of us. A comfortable, clean and beautiful home with artwork by owner throughout that we admired every day. Location and neighborhood perfect. Special thanks to the owners for providing all the channels and streaming services available, generous and wonderful for us in the evenings when relaxing after busy days. Adorable Cape House

We come down to the Cape every summer for a week and rent a house in Falmouth, this time I was lucky enough to find Ned and Valera's house. It is an adorable Cape house on a dead end, quiet street. Close to beaches and downtown Falmouth and Mashpee. It is clear the Nichols' take great care of their house and they were kind enough to provide all the amenities we would need. I highly recommend this house, and owners, to anyone looking for a Cape getaway. Thank you Ned and Valera for making our stay so enjoyable. (P.s. Valera, your paintings are beautiful!) -Sarah

A very comfy home in a great location

Love, love, LOVE this home!! What a comfortable & convenient location. It was peaceful & quiet and everything was there that we needed. Beds were comfy. It was close to everything we wanted to do - shopping & dining and so easy to get to 28 and 6. Even though we were so close to Woods Hole, we did our whale watch out of Ptown. :-) What a great place you have - thank you for allowing folks to experience it! The home was spotless and so comfortable. The photos don't do it justice. :-) It is very well kept and you can tell the owners love this place. The backyard is HUGE and the plants and flowers were lovely. The neighborhood is quiet - we had no noise issues at all. I looked and looked at Cape places for our vacation and kept coming back to this listing. So glad it was available for our dates. Owners are very responsive with any questions. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Cosy, neat home away.

Ned and Val opened their home to us, providing a house and kitchen fully furnished. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, close to shops, places of interest and open spaces. We highly recommend their vacation home!

5 Stars Across the Board!

Wonderful place, managed by two folks who really care about your experience. The house and lot were impeccable and super comfortable. The notes and guides left for us were invaluable. Great neighborhood, quiet, within a short distance of anything you could need, while being far enough out to not notice. We never once found ourselves lacking, and the Falmouth area was just icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this property, and it's two fantastic owners. Thank you so much, hope to come again! NOTE - we had 3 adults, and 3 children, and never once were crowded or cramped. Family friendly!!

A week in Falmouth MA

We stayed at this house in Falmouth MA whilst on a trip from the UK for a wedding and had a great time. This is a wonderful house that didnt dissappoint and is sitated in a very freindly residential neighbourhood. All the arrangements to stay went well as did access and departure. My only dissappointment are the exorbitant fees taken when returning the rental deposit (just under 30% and to an overseas account) but this is an issue with Home Away not the landlord. I would definatley come back to stay and our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We currently reside in Western Mass. We are retired and have 2 adult children. We have been vacationing on the cape for years. We decided that Falmouth was the best location for us due to ease of access, beautiful beaches, the shining sea bike path, great restaurants & bars, and a thriving year round economy.

We viewed a large number of properties in Falmouth. We fell in love with this house as soon as we walked into it. It is very attractive and clean. The location is private(on a dead end street) and close to a private beach on Great Pond.
We are close to10 Falmouth public beaches(9 on the ocean 1 on a pond), a 12 mile bike path, 4 public golf courses(all in Falmouth), Two(2) movie theatres, shopping for anything you may need, and many friendly restaurants and bars. Falmouth has everything!
