Helles, luftiges Haus mit moderner Einrichtung. Große Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Kronenleiste vor kurzem installiert und neue Vorrichtungen wie Deckenventilatoren und kindersichere Steckdosen im Jahr 2015 installiert.

Voller Speisesaal für 6 Personen. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin in den kühleren Monaten. Oberlichter bieten viel natürliches Licht.

Nach Hause öffnet sich eine große Terrasse mit Pool und 3-Flammen-Propangrill mit mehreren Kochflächen zur Verfügung. Loungesessel, Sofas und Hängematten bieten viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Genießen im Freien.

Kabelfernsehen im Wohnzimmer und in allen Schlafzimmern. Highspeed-WLAN im ganzen Haus. Zentrale Luft und Heizung.

Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

Sie haben Zugang zu unserem gesamten Haus, einschließlich des Pools im Hinterhof, der Terrasse und des Grills. Zugang zu Fahrrädern inklusive! Zur Standardausstattung gehören Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Papierprodukte. Gerne können Sie zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten oder Pflegeprodukte nutzen.

Unser Haus in Springs of East Hampton liegt 15 Gehminuten vom schönen Strand von Maidstone entfernt (1,6 km). Three Mile Harbour befindet sich am Ende des Blocks und ist ideal zum Kajakfahren und Bootfahren. Es gibt mehrere nahe gelegene Restaurants und einen Markt innerhalb von nur 3 Blocks.

Eine 10-minütige Fahrt nach East Hampton Village Restaurants, Geschäften, Märkten und Spielplätzen. Ebenfalls in der Nähe befinden sich die Weingüter von South Fork, mehrere Bauernmärkte, Theater und Kunstmuseen.

Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten, die Strände, das Wasser und die Natur zu genießen!

Der Bahnhof East Hampton liegt eine 10-minütige Fahrt entfernt.

Wir sind familienfreundlich! Wir haben ein zusammenklappbares Kinderbett, einen Graco-Kindersitz (2013 gekauft), einen Hochstuhl, einen Kindersitz und eine Vielzahl von Schwimmkörpern, Liegestühlen und anderen Kinderspielzeugen / Büchern zur Verfügung.

Die Küche ist mit vielen Töpfen, Pfannen, Utensilien, Innengrill, Geschirr und Gläsern bestückt. Wir bieten auch grundlegende Küchengeräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waffeleisen, Bratpfanne und Mixer an.

Handtücher (Strand & Bad), Bettwäsche und Haartrockner sind vorhanden. Zwei Mountainbikes stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Great stay

We were in the area for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Great communication with our hosts. Wish we had more time to use the outdoor area, beautiful pool and hot tub. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this home. The house was clean and cozy and the pool and large porch were a great spot to enjoy a relaxing evening. The house was in a central location but on a quiet street off the main road so it was easy to get everywhere. Abby and David were great hosts and easy to get in touch with when we had any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful property, amazing pool, great week!

The property was beautiful and the pool was amazing. We loved all the pool toys for kids and adults and the rooms were nicely sized. Everyone on the vacation enjoyed their stay at the house and we would definitely rent again. The owners were very fast to respond to our questions and gave us lots of recommendations for beaches and places to eat.

Early visit to East Hampton

We were the first of the season this year- and this property was perfect. The home was exactly as listed, and well equipped for all of our needs. Open layout of the home but with enough private spaces for all. Perfect sunset viewing at the end of the block, short drive to East Hampton. Perfect for family or a girls vacation. This property has it all.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at Abby and David’s home, and they could not be any more accommodating. Communication with the owners was effortless and they provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. No pool use for us as was not the season to swim, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. I also spent more time than anticipated reading on the hammock. Neighborhood was quiet, and house was down the block from the harbor. It was also great having use of the 2 bicycles. Would certainly recommend this home!

We stayed a few days at this property for a family getaway to The Hamptons. My son loved hanging out on the deck with his cars and playing with all of the toys available in the house. Everything was immaculate and communication with the hosts was fantastic if we needed anything. Everything is so clean and kept nicely. We LOVED having a pool that mom & dad could use during nap time. The house was also well-stocked so we were able to cook and grill. Everything is close and the coffee shop 2 streets over is a major plus. All around fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Perfect house for our Family

We absolutely loved celebrating our 40th anniversary with our family in this lovely East Hampton home. The location is within a short walk to the bay. The pool is stunning with hydrangeas lining the pool deck. The yard and everything about David and Abby's home was perfect and organized. They responded with any questions quickly and we loved their open hospitality which made it seem like our own home for the week. We especially loved taking a short walk in the morning and using their conveniently located kayaks. Thank you Abby and David....you both were gracious and helpful and we will certainly return to your home.

Delightful Weekend

We had a great weekend at this house. The hosts were extremely responsive, and helpful with directions for things like the grill and the pool heater. The pool heated up quickly, even on a chilly weekend. Our 21-month-old had a great time floating on the inflatable pool stuff! Our dogs also went crazy running around in the fenced-in back yard, and there were more than enough pillows for me and my wife to be comfortable. Very convenient having laundry in the house, and the kitchen had every tool we could have hoped for. Convenient to an excellent fish place (chowder house), and easy to get around. short hop to a sound-side beach, not too far to the ocean side beaches. Really great choice for our weekend away.

Springs Get Away

We had a lovely time at the house even though the weather was stormy, sadly we were not able to enjoy the wonderful back yard. The bedroom and bath on the ground floor worked nicely for us “Grandparents” our daughter and adult granddaughter on the second floor. We hope to stay here again in the future

Really nice stay

Our family had a really nice time. The backyard pool hot tub combo was very relaxing, and the landscaping made it feel very private and calm. The house is very comfortable with everything you could need, especially if you have kids under 12. Very easy to get to the town of east Hampton and Bostwick’s on the Harbor is walking distance. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would vacation here again 100%.

Great stay at great location

David and Abby are excellent hosts. We really appreciated their hospitality and thorough communication. We reached out to them multiple times and they were always available and provided great advice on places to eat and shop. Their backyard is amazing!!! Definitely coming back in 2023!!!!!

Wonderful clean home with spacious bedrooms. Comfortable living room and multiple entertainment options. Kitchen is stocked and will equipped and the outdoor grill is outstanding. Fun and relaxing stay

Great property in a beautiful location in vicinity of a bay beach. Near by are also Ocean beach and East Hampton village with great food options. Many activities to enjoy including biking, sailing in Montauk (a unique experience with a tiki sailboat) and wine tasting in the wonderful Wolfer estate. The house has a heated pool and large brand new hot tub. Inside it is well furnished with everything you need. The garden and outdoors are lovely and you can see from the living room and master bedroom. The owners are very nice and helpful. They provided very detailed instructions and tips on activities that were useful. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at David and Abby’s beautiful home. The home was exactly as advertised and a perfect place for our family to get away from the city and spend quality time together with a couple friends. The swimming pool is amazing and the home is also equipped with board games, bikes, floats, pumps, all essentials which make it stress-free for us! We will love to stay here again.

Great Hamptons Weekend

We loved our stay at this home. Good location near East Hampton town . The owners were extremely helpful before check in, answering any questions we had. The house was super cute with a nice layout— the primary bedroom is on the ground floor with two bedrooms upstairs. This worked well for our family . The house was well stocked with everything you might need—anything from pool toys to kitchen tools— it is truly fully stocked. The backyard pool and hot tub were perfect-the landscaping was lovely and created a nice private area for relaxing. Highly recommended . .

Wonderful vacation home!

This home was a wonderful vacation home for our family of four. The home was comfortable and clean. The backyard was lovely and everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining. The location was good as it was easy to explore different areas of the Hamptons (beaches, shoppong, Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Montauk). David and Abby were gracious hosts, very communicative, and the check in and out was seamless. We really appreciated that they thought of most everything one would need during a vacation (towels, beach items, etc.) which made packing lighter and life easy. Just what one needs on vacation!
