Wunderschön, neu auf dem Ferienmarkt und hochwertig ausgestattet, bietet diese Villa wirklich alles für einen perfekten Selbstversorgerurlaub.

Es gibt zwei Loungebereiche, der erste ist offen geschnitten mit zwei roten Ledersofas, einem großen Flachbildfernseher mit UK-Kanälen und französischen Türen, die zum Poolbereich führen. Die Küche befindet sich im hinteren Teil der Lounge und verfügt über eine Frühstücksbar mit Platz für 4 Personen sowie über alles, was Sie für eine Selbstversorgerpause benötigen, darunter einen schlanken Geschirrspüler, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle, ein Kochfeld und einen Backofen. Es gibt auch Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine.

Unmittelbar hinter der Küche befindet sich ein weiterer Wohn- / Essbereich mit einem riesigen Leder-Ecksofa, einem weiteren TV- und Essbereich. In diesem Raum befindet sich auch ein Schlafsofa für einen zusätzlichen Gast, der bei Bedarf auch klimatisiert werden kann.

Die Villa bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, beide klimatisiert, der Master verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, viel Kleiderschrank, Terrassentüren zum Poolbereich und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche über der Badewanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist wieder ein Zweibettzimmer mit viel Stauraum und Blick auf den Pool. Es gibt ein weiteres Familienbadezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Diese Villa wurde für einen aktiven Rollstuhlfahrer angepasst und es ist WLAN im Preis inbegriffen.

Das Äußere dieser Villa ist sehr beeindruckend, mit einer geräumigen und sonnigen Atmosphäre, direkt vor den französischen Türen befindet sich ein weiterer Sitzbereich aus Rattan und der äußere Esstisch und die Stühle befinden sich unter der schattigen Pergola. Der Whirlpool befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ecke des Gartens. Der 7,5 x 3,5 m große, elektrisch beheizte Pool befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Rasengartens und verfügt über einen Grill. Der Pool ist von November bis Ende November mit elektrischer Heizung ausgestattet April.

Alles in allem ein großartiger Ort für einen ruhigen Kurzurlaub und ein wunderbarer Ort, um einige Urlaubserinnerungen zu machen.

Langzeitaufenthalt

Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich sehr schön, ruhige Lage in einer sicheren Anlage. Besonders genossen haben wir täglich den warmen Swimmingpool und den tollen Whirlpool. Beides wurde 2 mal wöchentlich kontrolliert.Die Matratzen in den Schlafräumen waren sehr bequem. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen waren der Fernsehempfang und das Internet ,die oft gestört waren. Auch Geschirrspüler und Waschmachine hatten altersbedingte Probleme, haben aber die 7 Wochen durchgehalten. Alles in allem war es sehr schön und wir wuerden wieder kommen. Das Management des Hauses war immer erreichbar und hat sofort geholfen.

Very good!

It was everything very fine. The Destination did fully comply wir the describtion of the villa. The only two things wich were missing was an welcome letter where a short description of the campus and the usage of the key where described. The pool was ok but at the and of the day it could be a bit cleaner. Nevertheless it was all over a very good and clean villa.Nothing was really missed. Anything else in very good condition.

review villa Elba

I have given the villa five stars for all aspects, we booked the property at short notice and from the outset the communications were excellent. We received the directions and villa holiday pack (due to covid restrictions). The directions were easy to follow together with the security codes etc, the pack was very informative. The villa was to a very high standard/sec, very modern with all the home comforts. There is access to satellite TV if you desire this this service on holiday. The villa was spotless, fully furnished and stocked with household items. The photographs do not do the villa justice, the space is impressive both outside and inside, with different seating areas in each. The area is very quiet there is privacy so you can relax in the tranquility. We would have no hesitation in returning to the villa if we were to visit Play Blanca in the future. This is one of the best villas we have had the pleasure using a real gem.

Excellent séjour, villa magnifique et très agréable

Villa très jolie , fidèle aux photos, piscine et jaccuzi formidables aux températures idéales. Emplacement idéal. Les responsables de la villa sont très réactifs au moindre petit petit problème. Que ce soit par mail ou téléphone, les personnes sont extrêmement agréables. Nous reviendrons certainement.

We would like to say a massive thank you to A1 villas for making it so easy to hire this wonderful villa. From the first inquiry through home & away to the last correspondence to say deposit had been refunded the process was a breath of fresh air. The villa itself was immaculate inside & out,fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need to make this a home from home experience. Inside villa very spacious,’2nd’ living room is a great space with a nice new sofa bed & great tv system with huge range of films available. Air conditioning an added bonus for the warmer evenings! Outside villa is just as spacious & very well kept,kids loved the pool & jacuzzi as did we,with the pool man round every few days nice to know that everything kept to a very high standard. Highly recommended,we’re a family of five & it was perfect!! Look forward to staying again. Thank you

First Class Villa

This is a lovely villa and has been improved to a high standard. The outside area is lovely with artificial turf and lovely paved areas. The hot tub is a good alternative if you are not a pool person. The wind break ensured we could sit out at night even when Playa Blanca had an amber wind warning. We could highly recommend this property and also the service we received from A1 villas. Hope to return very soon and also book other villas through A1

Cracking Villa

Delightful villa, is just a good in the flesh as the photos would have you believe. We were a little wary having read previous reviews, but every aspect has been addressed. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you might ever imagine needing, more plates and crockery than four people could use in a whole week without washing up! There is now air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area - so quiet when running you don't even know it is switched on. We did have cause to drop an email with a very minor problem during our stay, a response was received within just two hours. Only two very minor issues, the beds in the spare room are creaky and very, very low - although to be fair you can see this from the photos. It is the bed frames that creak, mattresses themselves very good and comfortable. The only other thing is that a sun shade would be useful. Even though there is the lovely seating area outside (see photos with stripy blue cushions) the sun still blazes through the windows, so there is very little shade for us who are pale and freckly and spend the day slapping on the factor 50. As another review mentions, this villa is rather on the pricey side but this is reflected in the overall quality (except perhaps the twin beds...) and the cleanliness - absolutely spotless inside and out. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great Villa!!!

We've loved our stay at this Villa. My wife and I stayed here for 10 days in August with our 2 children, ages 9 years and a baby of 11 months. The Villa itself was really clean, and the pool was cleaned the day before we arrived and after 5 days into our stay, so the pool was also really clean. The temperature of the pool was nice and warm enough. Especially when we put the top on during the nights. The Jacuzzi was also really clean and nice and warm. The main bedroom has a new bed, what was really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a mop for occasional sweep over our 10 days. We've received a useful description of the direction and the codes for the main gate and key-box. Even without navigation we could find the Villa easily with this description. We've rented a car, but withing walking distance we've discovered a small mini market and a bakery and some restaurants. Within 10/15 minutes walk you will have a beautiful path along the coastline. We've enjoyed our 10 days in this lovely Villa. And I can recommend it to everybody.

lovely villa

This villa is very well equipped and spacious. Was clean when we arrived. We are family of 5 and villa was perfect size for us. It's rather far from beach and there is nothing to do outside of the house but inside we had a hot tub, the pool and BBQ to enjoy. Only had a few minor problems which were quickly resolved. The only downfall would be lack of air conditioning. Plenty of wardrobe space and rooms and corners to sit in peace and read or anything. Not very cheap but well maintained and we had a great time. Would be happy to visit again

Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing

Secluded garden area, Very clean and new utensils etc (April 2017). Large lounge area which was great and plenty of space to stretch out. Quite gated compound was good and little noise from elsewhere. Wonderful stay

Good villa, pool & equipment problems

Villa pleasant building and setting. Arrived late Saturday with no entry problems. Codes for gate to development and key box of villa no problem. Discovered Sunday pool not cleaned and no net to take off debris. Must have the noisiest double bed on the island. If you turn over during the night you do so to an orchestral accompaniment of springs and wake up your partner. Contacted manager re pool and no BBQ tools. Told him we thought the kitchen very poorly equipped and that no cloths or mop for occasional sweep over our 10 days. Pool cleaner arrived to give us a net for a pole that was there and some BBQ tools. I cleaned the debris from the pool. Cleaner returned on Tuesday to do a proper clean. First since we had arrived. To come back Friday but did not. Contacted office again and he turned up on Monday. My wife and I like to use the pool and it was a main reason for hiring this villa. I did not expect to have a running battle to have it cleaned and to have to carry out most of cleaning myself. Generally villa could be excellent if pool problem sorted and some additional simple equipment installed. Others will mention that double bed! Location - you need a car. Outside walking distance to restaurants and bars. Some very good ones a few miles away. Playa Blanca good for shopping, eating and entertainment.

Not impressed!

Externally: Good size Heated pool - not warm at all! Sun loungers - poor! Pool - cleaned once during stay but before clean and day after clean was covered in insects with no "pool net" to clean ourselves - very poor! Kitchen : Small - not very well equipped! No tin opener, no colander, antiquated toaster, no trays Lounge : DVD outputs didn't fit TV No satellite Bedrooms: Main bed noisy when you even moved in bed waking both up in middle of night. Second bedroom - very poor twin beds! No "information pack" - poor!
