Tolle erholsame Ferien in Arzachena

Nette Begrüssung von Luigi. Wir hatten immer die Aussenküche benützt da immer Sonnenschein. Pool wurde viel benützt war genial. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Ferien buchen.

Im Haus keine Beanstandungen, Sauberkeit gut, Ausstattung gut, sehr geräumig. Bis auf fehlende Trockentücher und zu kleiner Kaffeemaschine (Filtergröße 1x2) alles ok. Außenbereich sehr schön, großer Pool, hinterm Haus Möglichkeit zum Wäsche hängen. Allerdings war die Außenküche unsauber. Unterschränke verschmutzt, Grill fettig und viele Ameisen in den Unterschränken und auf der Anrichte.

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Garten

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Luigi und Chiara waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus ist auch für 10 Personen gemütlich und komfortabel. Der Außenbereich ist genial! Ein großer Pool, viele Liegeflächen, die Außenküche mit großem Essbereich und der schöne Garten laden zum Entspannen und gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Chiara und Luigi haben da in Arzachena eine kleine Perle für Familien. Groß, geräumig und ein traumhafter Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren schon ein wenig traurig, nach Hause zu fahren ...

Tolle Ferien

Wir waren 2 Familien und haben zwei wirklich schöne Ferien in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Speziell Luigi war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Einziges Manko ist, dass das Eine oder Andere im Haus fehlt - so hat es keine Moka-Maschine, keine Weingläser und etwas spärlich Geschirr.

this pool is really amazing! it's huge and so clean! everything is very well kept. the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are comfortable. the best is the outdoor kitchen where we cooked and ate all our meals enjoying the summer! 5 stars holidays!!!

Mountain bikers paradise !!!!!

we had a fantastic vacation here in this villa. We are 7 Moutain bikers from Germany and we brought our bikes with us. This Villa is in the perfect location for daily bike trips through out the northern region. The pool/grill area of the Villa is well designed for enjoying the outdoors, very nice and clean. The villa itself is in TOP condition and very well maintained. Chiara and Luigi are super hosts, they 've taking very good care of us. All of our questions or inquiries were promtly answered including any information we had during our stay such grocery stores, markets, places to see and visit, directions etc... The town of Arzachena is very nice and quaint. Most of our daily bike trips ended in the center of town in the market sqaure. We had a worry free and very relaxing vacation with lots of Mountain biking tours. We highly recommend this Villa for vacation and will be returning next year as well. Thank you Chiara and Luigi

questa villa è strepitosa!!!

la casa è molto bella!! la piscina è grande e molto ben curata, sempre pulita e funzionante. l'interno della casa è ordinato e lindo, la cucina è ben attrezzata con pentole, piatti, posate, c'è tutto come a casa mia. le camere sono confortevoli e spaziose e hanno anche l'aria condizionata che è molto piacevole in estate!! la zona è comoda per raggiungere tante spiagge molto belle. i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e cordiali. ci hanno aiutato anche a trovare un pediatra quando abbiamo avuto bisogno per la nostra bambina che ha avuto un po' di influenza. decisamente una vacanza a 5 stelle

the pool is really big!! optimus holidays

we have just come back from our holidays in sardinia and i really want to write here because we had such a lovely days!!! the villa is very very very nice, lot of space for every body, the 2 ensuite bedrooms are quite large (4 people in each room) and the others two are enough for 2/3 people. all the equipment works perfectly and it's very well mantained. the pool is big!! we did enjoy the last part of this summer and we could stay outside in the summer kitchen for our lunch. the town is nice and there are several supermarkets, many shops, good restaurants and a lovely local market where we bought gorgeuos salami. the country side is beautiful and worth to visit even in low season. it's particular and in some aspects unique. there are lots of beaches and we have been provided by the owner of maps and lot of advise about the best place to go. the owners are really nice, helpful all the time and the land-lady speaks quite a good english which is a good thing if you need any information. we are sure that in the future we'll be back!

fantastic villa for our holidays!!!

we had wonderful holidays in this villa. the pool is really nice and clean and our kids had great time and lot of fun with it. the outdoor area near the pool is fantastic and we used the outside kitchen a lot: we cooked and we ate all our meals outside and we really enjoyed the sunshine. the villa is comfortable and very spacious, the 2 ensuite bedrooms are very big and there is enough space for 3/4 people in each of them. the other 2 bedrooms are standard size with a nice sharing bathroom. everything is very clean and well mantained. the house is in the middle of the bay and it's very easy to reach all the beaches around, 10/20 minutes by car. the coast and the countryside are beautiful and really worth to go on holidays here. we are very happy with this location and we had already planned to book it for next year!

Wonderful family holidays in Sardinia!

We just spent 12 wonderful days on the stunning island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean Sea! This was our annual family holiday with my family (one little boy), my brother's family (with two teenagers) and our parents. Chiara's amazing Villa Mathilde located in Arzachena is located inland in the northeastern region of Sardinia which allowed us to easily explore this region and the coastline from Olbia to Santa Teresa Gallura within a 15 to 45-minute drive. This coastline offers countless stunning and wonderful spiaggias (beaches) in small creeks, some accessible from nearby parking and some that are more secluded and remote, offering a great walk. The unique, beautiful and scenic Maddalena archipelago is a 20-minute ferry trip from nearby Palau, and offers many more incredible beaches and creeks with pristine water, and the rounded granite boulders in the water and on the edges of sandy beaches... reminded me of Seychelles. The wonderful hills in the region are usually topped with pink granitic boulder formations, and the vegetation is dense and equally beautiful. The region around Arzachena presents seven nuragic archaeological sites that you should definitely visit also. The old town of Arzachena is beautiful and a walk to the Chiesa (Church) di Santa Lucia is definitely worth the detour for its scenic panorama. The Villa Mathilde matched the description on the site. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the common spaces were well equipped and comfortable also. The garden is green and includes many local flower plants and trees, cactuses and succulents. The swimming pool (with salt water) is just amazing - although a bit fresh (understandably) at the end of October. The pool also has a diving board - not safe for children without supervision (but so is the pool). And next to the pool is a fantastic roofed outdoor table and kitchen area with a plancha, fridge, etc. The Villa was really wonderful and very comfortable for our family of nine people, and we had plenty of space! The Villa, the garden, the pool and the entire property were very clean, tidy and well taken care of. Chiara and her husband were very welcoming during our entire stay and were very responsive to our questions. Chiara gave us some great tips for places to visit in Arzachena and the region, and she accommodated all our queries. I thank Chiara for everything and for making our holidays so special, and I would like to recommend this Villa to anyone visiting Sardinia!

Superbe séjour dans superbe villa

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour entre amis. La villa est autant adaptée aux adultes qu’aux enfants. Propreté irréprochable et grands espaces! Le plongeoir a été très apprécié ainsi que la grande cuisine extérieure et la climatisation dans les chambres. Chiara et Luiggi ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Améliorer la puissance et la taille des frigos des cuisines intérieures et extérieures rendrait le séjour plus que parfait ! Merci encore Chiara et Luigi !!!!!

Happy family holiday

Chiara was very welcoming and helpful, and organised a boat trip touring the islands for us which we'll never forget.The property was very spacious and comfortable, and with such fantastic weather we made lots of use of the outdoor kitchen and the lovely big pool. The location of Arzachena was good for touring NE Sardinia, also handy for eating out and supermarkets by car. Great holiday.

Big House

This house big with a beautiful pool and deck. But it is not a single Villa. The caretaker lives under it. Part of the deck area is reserved for him and the workers. It is in the suburban area of the town. We enjoyed the house, the kitchen was bugging and well equipped. It had a coffee maker which most places do not. We were not able to enjoy the outdoor area due to rain. The gardens are lovely.

perfect family villa

the villa is very well appointed, the kitchen is fully equipped, we appreciate the dishwasher a lot! the outdoor area is superb, our kids had a lot of fun. the bedrooms are very large and there is enough space for everybody. supermarkets and shops are nearby. i highly recomend this house for family holidays, it's perfect!! most of all we had a wonderful boat trip in the islands, organized by Chiara with their own boat!! fantastic!!!

Belle maison confortable

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at the house. We were 4 adults and 5 kids. The house is very spacious and well maintained. There is a lot of room in the garden and the pool is just magnificent. It is only a 10/15 mins drive to the various ports and beaches on the costa smeralda. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating. Overall an excellent stay with nothing to complain.

Indimenticabile

La villa è enorme e bellissima! Non manca niente. Il proprietario Luigi e gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.Una piscina enorme aiuta tanto per passare la serata dopo tutto il giorno sotto il sole! Per i bambini c'è tanto spazio per giocare. Un posto bellissimo e assolutamente consigliabile!
