Great Property

This was our third year to stay at this property. This was a golf vacation for 8 men. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a for pleasant stay. The dwelling, pool/spa area was very clean and modernized. The area is close to numerous golf courses and restaurants. Although we did not go to any of the Disney parks, they are in close proximity to this property. Jane is an excellent host and was available for prompt answers that we may have needed.Richard Tate

Perfect Home with Everything You Need

We were a large groups of varying ages and this house had something for everyone. The hot tob was used extensively by the adults while the game room was a fav for the kids. The location of the house was great, no problem finding our way around. The property was everything we expected. The kids enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks (4) & the adults enjoyed the spa. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. This is an an amazing property

The location of this house is just beautiful. As you exit out the back door there is a very nice hot tub and pool and just beyond it is a lake wonderful lake with ducks and egrets. So tranquil. Jane was great to work with. She communicated with us before the trip and then check in with us while we were there. The kitchen is large and there are lots of dishes and utensils. Very nice home that was quite comfortable. We were impressed with the security people at the entry gate. I highly recommend this house for your family vacation.

AMAZING Stay!!

The overall impression of this property from me and my constituents is GREAT! The home and property is gorgeous! I polled my guests and they said they would stay there again. I agree! Jane was easy to work with, upfront and honest. She is cordial, kind and genuinely desires that those who use her property have a great time and make memories. Jane was also quick and helpful in response to any questions/concerns that may have arose while we were there. We had a situation with pool lights not working and the very next day she had someone come out to rectify the matter. The lake behind the property with the walking trail is beyond beautiful. We enjoyed walking it. We really enjoyed the personal pool, the kids swam everyday we were there, and we utilized the spa/hot tub as well. The property has everything you could need in various ways. Outlet protectors, crib and amenities if you have babies up to small children. The game room is excellent! In a nutshell, they did a great job making sure that normal household things you need to live for your vacation is at your fingertips. My brain is going 100 mph trying to recall everything we enjoyed about the property because there were so many things! I can't share it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and stay there. If you're looking for a dwelling place for a vacation in the Orlando area, stop researching and book this property now!

A week of fun and relaxation

The house was simply beautiful and far more spacious than expected, Jane was very prompt to answer any and all questions and concerns that came up. We had a most enjoyable time at the house, and it is centrally located and easy to navigate anywhere you choose to go. I would certainly recommend this as a beautiful choice for a vacation stay away from home, and I would love to stay there again in the future. Thanks again Jane.

Cooling and Hot Water Issues

The owner has control of most everything through Wi-Fi. The house was hot. The air conditioner was set to high and could not keep up with the temperature. There were four couples, all around the 50 yr age. So we weren't running in and out, but we all had to go buy a box fan to help so we could sleep and not sweat. So, if you prefer a cool house for a relaxing vacation of friends just hanging out together then this is not the house to choose. We also, had issues with running out of hot water after only two people showering.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a really great time. The house is beautiful, especially being placed on the lake. The neighborhood has lots of amenities and getting to the various parks are very easy; with peak season traffic Disney is around 20 min. and Universal around 40. Communicating with the owners was very easy. We highly recommend this for your vacation place.

Beautiful, comfortable home away from home!

My family and I enjoyed this lovely, clean home in the midst of Spring Break. We were 8 people, 4 generations living together. This home is spacious and well equipped, from the kitchen, to the pool area, the linens, and even the game room, all equipment were provided as outlined in the rental information. We visited a few of the Disney locations and travel was easy and quick when we went early. And Medieval Times is right down the road! The owner, Jane was quick to respond to my emails and enquiries. Relaxing Stay

We came down with our family and had a nice relaxing day. The gated community is quiet and the 9 to 9 policy is followed. We spent most of our time poolside. It was nice to see the different birds and wildlife in the area. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Any questions were answered in a very timely manner. Check in process. Ran very smoothly. Getting in the house was no problems. Will definitely be back.

Excellent property

This was our second year to stay at this property. There was eight (8) adults and we played golf for 5 days. Excellent choice of eating places for breakfast and dinner. Each of us enjoyed the pool/spa after playing golf each day. The rental was well maintained and was furnished as advertised. Rules & the house

Too many rules. Especially about the air condition. The house is very dated (80s). The flowered wallpaper on the 1st floor bedroom ensuite bathroom is pealing. Is curled up next the shower and taped in the wall in the bathroom. They used the cheapest bathroom tissue. They do not supply anything in the house except the dishes. Also, the garage playroom is so damp, musty $ dark that I wouldn't the grandchildren play in there

Great Home

This home was perfect for our large family. We had such a great time. It is very close to all the parks, shopping and dining. The location is perfect! The lake is beautiful and the kids enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts at the Clubhouse. Jane was amazing to work with and was very kind and accommodating. Great House & Location

The house was perfect for our multi-family vacation. Beautiful pool overlooking the lake. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning & feeding the ducks after supper. The location of Lake Berkley is a plus. Very close to all of the Disney attractions. Only an hour drive to the ocean for a day on the beach. The house is well kept with 7 spacious bedrooms. Definitely a nice place to vacation.

Best owner and gorgeous property!

If I could rate Jane higher than a 5, I would. We were in frequent communications prior to and during our trip. She went well above and beyond to help us deal with my 74 year old Dad's little bass boat. We had a few very minor things during our trip that she was completely on top of! Even things she had no control over, such as a minor pool issue due to rainy season, she was able to get the pool service out to us quickly when I know they had a long list of properties to get to due to the heavy rain. We were very happy here and highly recommend! As a side note, I would suggest that when you read negative reviews (this goes for any property, not just this one), keep in mind it is on the vacationer to actively try to engage with the owner in order to rectify any issues, even if small, rather than leave in your review without giving the owner the chance to do anything about it. In this case, Jane was on top of my frequent questions (due to traveling with my older parents). Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

We vacationed in Orlando for many years.One year we booked our own and found the best resort we had ever rented on and the best positioned Villa was for sale.
This villa was in such a lovely location and position on the Lake with the sun all day and stunning views of wild life to watch. I like to make it homely and have children feel how special a Disney vacation can be. This home has everything you could now wish for.

Our large extended pool deck has such wonderful views over the lake of eagles fishing or sand cranes with their babies, otters playing. The sun rise over the Lake is stunning. The peace and quiet is so tranquil it is hard to beleive Disney is so close. We offer everything from a large pool/ Spa that heats hotter than pool when pool heat paid for, to 5 King bedrooms with pillow top mattresses. Our two twin rooms have Disney murals are any childs dream and we even added characters to our game room to continue the magic.
