Das geräumige und elegant eingerichtete 130 qm grosse Apartment befindet sich direkt an der Uferpromenade im Herzen von Barcelona gleich neben dem beruehmten Miguel Cervantes Gebaeude. Vom Balkon hat man Blick auf den Hafen und die "Barcelonetta".
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Personen und ist mit Klimaanlage mit Heizung und High-Speed-Internetzugang ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen großen Flachbild-TV mit internationalen Kanälen. Der Hauptbereich mit sehr hohen Decken und Holzbalken ist in zwei Bereiche unterteilt. Einer davon ist das Wohnzimmer, der andere ist der Essbereich mit offener Küche.
Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder.

Schönes großes Appartement mitten in der Stadt

Das Appartement ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es bietet genug Platz, eine große Küche mit allem was man brauch, ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und einem großen Fernsehen sowie einen kleinen Balkon. Direkt neben Appartement sind Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Trotz dass es nah an einer Straße ist war es drin sehr ruhig. Es bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub brauch. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten direkt in der Stadt bei der Rambla. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und stand bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Zusammengefasst war es ein echt schöner Urlaub mit einem Top-Appartement. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent property to rent for a stay in Barcelona. Right on the edge of the gothic quarter it provides an easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants as well as right down the street from Las Ramblas. Size was perfect for my family of 5, well appointed with quality furniture and most everything you might need for a stay, and the property gets great sunlight as well! Would almost certainly stay here again if I get another opportunity to visit Barcelona…

Lovely Barcelona

First let me say that the apartment has been well renovated with all the conveniences one could want or need. It is located so close to the port and Aquarium. It was easy to walk most places or catch a taxi.The Host Manuel, is probably the best communicator I have had the pleasure to rent from! He was not only fast but so kind and accommodating. Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay in Barcelona! The apartment was impeccably clean and in a fantastic location. We were fortunate to check in early, which was a great start to our trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent soundproof windows that blocked out any street noise completely. The only minor issue we encountered was a leaking AC unit in the living room, which meant we had to turn it off to avoid any inconvenience. Thankfully, the other units in the apartment worked perfectly and kept the place cool throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. It made our Barcelona experience even more enjoyable!

Great Location, Great workspace

Great location and a nice spacious condo for a stay in Barcelona. Easy to walk around to places or catch a cab/uber. Some cab drivers can be a little testy with having to deal with driving down this way, but that's just the general demeanor of Barcelona 😂 Excellent work space if you plan to do some work during the holidays. Nice kitchen if you want to cook and easy walk to the market. Beds are very firm, so if that's your thing it will be a great stay. We aren't so that's why it's 4 vs 5 stars. Everything else was great! There is a great mini market next to the building if you need to get a few snacks or ice creams for kiddos. Communication was very easy and responsive with hosts, they even let us drop our bags off early so we could go grab some lunch. Close walk to the aquarium, a mall, beach is maybe 15-20 min walk.

Beautiful apartment near shopping, restaurants and activities!

This was a lovely apartment located conveniently near all of the attractions! There was a lovely balcony, plus a comfortable spot to relax indoors. Our family (2 couples) enjoyed the location and proximity to multiple dining venues. There is also a supermarket located a 2 minute walk from the apartment! So convenient. Comfortable, lovely accommodations. Thank you!!

Comfortable launch point

The apartment was the comfortable spacious place we were hoping for. Our trip was a mix of go-go-go, and also relax, so it was perfect for the relax part. We were traveling with a friend and appreciated feeling like there were separate parts of the home so we could retreat to our own spaces. It was also well tricked out with little smart devices and sensors, and touch controls for lights. Not critical, but a nice surprise. Also a great little kitchen for some at home meals.

Fantastic Host

I have stayed in numerous short term rentals. Never have I had a host that went to the extreme to answer all of your questions,and was so concerned with your happiness and enjoyment during your stay. The residence is in an ideal location and is definitely as listed. When we gave Manual our arrival details,he was very Buick to offer a change in train station stops that was much more convenient than our original. I can’t say enough about the hosts genuine concern for your enjoyment during your stay with him.

If you are heading to Barcelona, Consider this Gem!

This property presents as stated in the description as well as in the reviews. We traveled as a family with our 2 teenagers and this place fit us perfect. With the separate bathrooms and bedrooms, it made for a really comfortable stay. The kitchen/living/dining space was also quite large and very well equipped with everything you would need to dine in and relax. Please do not be swayed by the exterior facade as this place is beautiful inside, has an elevator (if you need it) and is in an EXCELLENT location for exploring the city. Here is some more detail on the Pro's/Considerations: The location can't be beat! Very walkable, but easy to get a taxi (or two) if needed. The building does have an elevator and felt very safe. There is an elevator to help with suitcases, but the stairs are very easy to take. Beds were firm, but all great! Bathrooms were very clean and quite large for the EU. There is a convenience store right next to the entrance for staple goods, however, if more selection is needed, there is a larger food mart within walking distance. The only area that would be a consideration (not negative for us) was that the exterior was going through renovation so the patio could not be used. This was not an issue since we roamed the city a lot. Overall this apartment was AMAZING! The owner and property support were very quick to respond to all inquiries. They were awesome! Thank you for an AWESOME stay and making our time in Barcelona so enjoyable!!

Family stay (2 adults and 3 teens)

We had a great time in Barcelona and overall pleased with the apartment. It is in a perfect location (close to Gothic quarter, metro stations, beach area, and easy to get to anywhere in Barcelona). Also, very easy to catch a taxi right outside the apartment. The apartment is very nice and has most everything you could need. It also is handy to have a small grocery store right at the entrance to the building. Check in was very easy. We ran into a few minor issues, but both the owner and manager were very receptive. We had wished we would have known there was construction in progress on the front of the apartment (we had hoped to be able to enjoy the balcony areas). The only other thing to make sure to take note of is the open glass between the bathroom and the second bedroom. We had planned to have our two teenage sons use this room since there are two twin beds; however, it was a little odd to have an open glass providing a full view of the bathroom from the bedroom. Overall, we would recommend, especially given the location.

Lovely oasis

A very comfortable and well located property. Importantly it is quiet. Also on the promenade and the Gothic quarter. We stayed a week and only used a cab for Park Guell and the Sagrada Familia. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Wonderful location and property

This property is located in one of the best locations of Barcelona. It’s clean and spacious. Has many amenities such as wifi, a/c, laundry, balconies and international TV. Does not have a parking facility. Owner and manager were extremely responsive to questions and easy to work with. Happy with the rental.
