Es ist günstig gelegen, zu erreichen durch eine kleine Zufahrt, klimatisiert und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang (über eine kleine Spur) von Gaios zentralen Platz, dem Strand, Restaurants und allen lokalen Annehmlichkeiten. Es ist nur wenige Meter entfernt von der berühmten venezianischen Zisterne (Sterna) auf den Hügeln eines Hügels und auf der Rückseite der Agii Anargiri Kirche.

Avgi Apartment Dio besteht aus einem einfachen geräumigen Wohn- / Essbereich mit Schlafsofa, das in ein drittes Bett, Küche, Duschbad, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Bucht umgewandelt werden kann.

Lovely host, apartment was in an excellent location and clean and tidy.

The location was beautiful but hard to get to with suitcases due to the stairs. Hire a car.

Good aparment with wunderfull view

The apartment above the marina of Gaios offers a wonderful view over the city, harbor and sea! The quiet location right by the city center was ideal was ideal for reaching the port, shops and restaurants in three minutes on foot, but via idyllic winding steps. The apartment was cleant regulary and provided with bed linen and towels. Bedroom, bathroom and balcony are good. Livingroom is functional but a bit uncomfortable because of scarce lightning in the evening. All in all a good to very good apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay in Gaios.

We had a very pleasant stay in Gaios. The apartment is perfectly located - 5 mins walk to anything you may need. The view is brilliant. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Great size for two people. Really our only complaint was the loud noise that came from the rain-water run off which seems to be situated underneath the bedroom - making if difficult to sleep if it's raining at night. Other than that we were quite happy with the apartment.

The view from the balcony was amazing

We were upgraded to AVGI ENA, so the apartment was bigger than the one booked (AVGI DIO). The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was amazing, as in the picture. There were basic crockery in the kitchen and a big fridge with a big refrigerator containing cooling boxes. The bathroom was large and functioning well. There was also a safe cabinet. The location was perfect, basically in the center of gaios. The only thing I found a bit annoying is that the agency handling the apartment took some time to answer my email, but they were always very helpful at the end.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place is very clean and well-equipped. The location is great- it is a very short (quite steep) walk into Gaios/ the harbour and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Sofronios's place is a great place to stay in Gaios. Very close (2-3 min walk) to all the local amenities, and harbour side. The view from the balcony is beautiful and lovely to wake up to each morning! We cooked in a few times and had everything we needed equipment wise. Sofronios's communication was great and he always replied quickly! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Outstanding place and location - book now!

Avgi Apartment dio is an excellent one bedroom apartment fully equipped allowing you to cook or go out for your meals. Conveniently located at the heart of the beautiful Gaios port slightly up on a hill for the breathtaking view of the Bay . Close to all amenities, supermarket, car rentals, multitude of amazing restaurants and local artisan shopsBathroom includes separate enclosed shower which was great.Once there - liaise with adventure companies and rent car/ATV/mopeds and tour the island From the minute we made reservation request to arrival - we were treated extremely well and all our expectations were metHighly recommend this beautiful place!From the moment we made contact with rental company to our arrival - we felt like special guests. They made sure all of our needs were met and followed up with us via email and whatsapp Once at our apartment we were liaised with adventure local companies and we toured the island both by ATV and car - must do this!Bed and linens very comfy, bathroom very comfortable with separate shower.Honestly this was a pure gem and I highly recommend you book this place ! Thank you !

The place is quite spacious and very well looked after.

It was great staying at Sofronio's place. It's very well located, only within 5 minutes walk to the main square and with a lovely view of the bay, which was especially pleasing to see in the morning. The place is quite spacious and very well looked after. There is an iron, which I was delighted to discover. The road leading up to it is quite steep and the roads in Gaios in general are a bit narrow, so bear that in mind. Other than that, I highly recommend both Sofronio's place and the island.

Besides the cleaning was not that good, I could also not sleep very well. There is a water bomb just below the bedroom that makes a lot of noise, at least for my ears...

I would highly recommend this property.

This apartment was a perfect spot to stay in on the island of Paxos. It was exactly as shown in pictures, in a perfect location and very clean and private. The lovely balcony off the living room overlooked the harbour of Gaios where we could watch the many sailboats and yachts going in and out. A perfect spot to watch the sunrise. There was a great assortment of restaurants all within easy walking distance. One caveat is that access to the property is up a very steep path/roadway from the harbour or up a steep hill if you come from the other direction so it may not be the best choice for someone with mobility issues. The travel agency that managed the property was professional and had great communication. I would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommended!!

We had a great and very relaxing time! The apartment was perfect: spacious, clean, everything there that was needed (towels, kitchen appliances, couch could serve as 3rd sleeping place as well, comfortable big bed), lots of light, table on the balcony with amazing view. Communication was fast and easy. Just be aware that you need to walk a short distance uphill to reach the apartment. Highly recommended!!

Hello, Apartment was great ! We had a nice time there in a quiet and peaceful location. Unfortunately, nobody was at the harbor to welcome us, therefor is was extremely difficult to find the exact place of location... especially that the address was not given... Then we called the agency in charge (yup, its not a real air b n b) but no one answered since we arrived on a Sunday. So we had to take a cab for whom is was also really difficult to find even with the pictures that were online.

The place is incredible!

The place is incredible! The views are spectacular and the balcony is big enough to eat and socialise on. The flat comes with all the equipment you need. The bed is big and really comfortable and the room also has really lovely views. It was spotlessly clean and the Wifi worked well.
