Casa Rosa dei Venti ist ein schönes neu restauriert (2016) 60 qm Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des historischen Zentrums von Syrakus, der Insel Ortigia.
Es genießt 2 Balkone mit einem spektakulären Blick auf das Meer und eine 21 qm große Terrasse mit dem gleichen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer.
Es besteht aus einem Hauptraum mit: moderne Küche, Schlafsofa, Essbereich und Balkon mit Meerblick; ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick / Balkon; ein modernes Bad. Auf der zweiten Ebene können unsere Gäste eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer genießen.

A Perfect Sea-View Setting

We stayed 8 nights in this lovely apartment. The facilities are modern and our host was helpful with recommendations on places to eat and drink. We shopped the market for seafood and fresh produce and prepared delicious meals at home whike dining on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea.

Fabulous location

You couldn’t ask for a better location for your stay in Siracusa. An amazing view of the water and buildings from the kitchen and bedroom areas as well as from the large terrace on the second floor where we enjoyed many a meal or glass of wine overlooking the water. The apartment is super modern and comfortable and the hostess most accommodating. This is our second stay and well return again

Wonderful flat with stunning views

My husband and I recently stayed here and it was a really wonderful experience. The flat is conveniently located, very clean, well maintained, and has fantastic views. Communicating with Stephanie was very easy, she was incredibly responsive (even closing the shutters for us while we were away during a storm), and she had great local suggestions. We will definitely come back if we are in Ortigia again. Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Marvelous location

The view and location of the apartment is even better then the pictures show. From the balcony and the rooftop you see and hear the see and look to the old city. From the apartment you have everything at walk distance. Morning and evening light are wonderful. Stephanie as host is very good, so do ask her local tips! A location to come back form

Exactly as advertised, if not better. The roof terrace, view, and high ceilings were lovely. The apartment was spacious for two people on a 6 day stay. Stephanie is extremely professional and made everything easy for us with restaurant bookings, taxis and local tips. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Siracusa!

The location is fabulous, with a great view of the sea and within easy walking distance to various restaurants, Bars, And sites of interest. Stephanie was a great host! She was very professional and made recommendations for restaurants and also made reservations for us. She also offered information and advice on travel. The apartment was very clean and charming. Senoir couple get away

We loved the location, the view and the villa. The shower is smallish, the washer/dryer is an itallian challenge, the trash/recycling is mildly awkward. The deck, the view, the homey feeling is unbeatable. Very clean, great bed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place and perfect organisation

The apartment is a beautifully & modern renovated place to stay in the heart of Siracusa. A little Sicilian paradise

This beautiful little apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on Ortigia. This was very much appreciated, as the island can become very busy, even during the offseason (our visit was the last week of March). The southern exposure fills the rooms with light, and the views of the Mediterranean from the balconies and the rooftop terrace are nothing less than stunning! The apartment is comfortable and well-supplied with everything needed for a prolonged stay. Though we used this a base for exploring southeastern Sicily (a purpose to which it is well -suited), we often found it hard to leave, as the apartment is so charming and relaxing.

Beautiful Apartment in Ortigia

We have just returned from a glorious 10 days in Sicily. We stayed in the apartment for 5 days. It was wonderful. The apartment is everything that we had hoped for. Sea view from the living area and the bedroom, comfortable bed, air conditioning in both rooms, an outside roof-top terrace. Communication with Stephanie was excellent and she had great recommendations for restaurants, which we were very grateful for. We would highly recommendation this rental. worth every bit of its 5 star review.

5 Nighrs on Ortigio

The flat was perfect for my husband and I. It was a good size for two people and was well stocked. We especially loved the two balconies and the roof top terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed having snacks and drinks on the terrace while enjoying the fabulous view of the Ionian Sea and the Costello Maniace. The flat is very well located with restaurants, local small groceries and beautiful Ortigia sights close by. Stephanie greeted us on our arrival, showed us around the flat and gave recommendations for things to do and see. We especially enjoyed the boat tour around the island, a visit to the Neapolitan Archaeological Park and strolls through the endless alleys/piazzas. Perfect place to spend 5 days while in Sicily!

On the whole excellent

As per the title, on the whole, excellent. I would suggest a few additions:- dish towel, mugs, milk jug,(tea pot), bread knife. Re cleanliness, the edge of the shower needs a little attention. As an accommodation provider in the past, I am a little fussy! I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely flat in a good area in a most interesting place.

Location.... location

Spent 5 nights and we found the unit to be bright, airy, spacious, well organized and clean. We honestly found that this was really the best location in Ortigia, with the absolute highlight being the views from the kitchen, bedroom and most of all the upstairs rooftop terrace, where even in November we enjoyed meals and cocktails overlooking the ocean and the castle. The kitchen area was small but adequate for preparing breakfast or snacks. Heavy rain can be a problem with leaking inside, even if the windows are closed. We were indeed advised of this beforehand, and to avoid this we had to assure that the exterior wood shutters had to be closed. The problem is if you are out during the day, and a storm quickly passes, closing the shutters is not obvious. Regardless, we could not think of a better place to stay, well located, with short walking distance to many restaurants as well as most sights, and oh yes....million dollar views.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Stéphanie qui nous a donné de nombreux et très bons conseils sur Syracuse et ses environs. L'appartement est très bien situé, très fonctionnel. Tolle Wohnung in prima Lage

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung war wie angegeben, sehr gut ausgestattet und in bester Lage mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer und die Festung. Stephanie hat alles perfekt organisiert. Parken muss man leider im Parkhaus 15min zu Fuß und für 15€ am Tag , da nur Anwohnerparkplätze. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
