3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms en- suite, the third open plan in a large alcove with its own dedicated bathroom.
Modern, ski-in, ski-out, apartment with full length balcony and stunning views of Les Dents du Midi mountain range.
The apartment is relatively new and is light and airy, well-furnished and equipped, with whitewashed walls and pine ceilings throughout. There are three large floor to ceiling windows looking out to the mountains with absolutely no other properties to spoil the view. The two en-suite bedrooms allow you to lie in bed and look out over the mountains in the morning. The apartments are called Sundance as the sun sets over the mountain range providing a spectacular evening scene.
In the summer the area offers excellent walking and mountain biking facilities with some lifts working, and the surrounding area is chocolate box beautiful with Lake Geneva close by offering a range of water sports.
The apartment has all mod cons with Wi-Fi, TV with lots of channels, DVD, IPod player as well as a modern open plan kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. Perfect for self catering.
You can put your skis on close to the apartment block and take them off virtually at the door. In no time at all you can ski into the French part of the Portes du Soleil or choose to stay in the quieter Swiss side. You can easily ski to Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets or Chatel as well as Swiss resorts like Champoussin and Champery. The Portes du Soleil is one of the two largest ski areas in the World with a claimed 650 kms of pistes and 200 lifts. For the adventurous the famous “Wall” is visible from the village and there is a dedicated snowboard park.
Les Crosets is a delightful hidden gem of a village at the very top of the Swiss section, and boasting a multitude of lifts and a number of bars, restaurants and shops as well as a ski school.
There are skiing levels for everyone including snow parks for the adventurous. No driving or long walks to the lifts.

Gemütliches Appartement mit viel Platz

Schönes und geräumiges Appartement. Im Gegensatz zu den kleineren Wohnungen im „Sundance“ musste niemand auf einer ungemütlichen Schlafcouch übernachten, da es 6 Betten gibt. Der Besitzer war leicht per Mail zu erreichen, so dass alle Fragen schnell und bequem geklärt waren. Fazit: 5 Sterne

Tolles Apartment ist Spitzenlage in Les Crosets

Unser Urlaub mit 6 Personen verlief sehr gut - das Apartment ist quasi direkt an die Pisten angeschlossen, die Abwicklung vor Ort und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld verliefen reibungslos. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC - sehr gut! Allein das 3. Schlafzimmer (eine Niesche mit 2 Betten auf dem Flur) hätte vll. wenigstens durch einen Vorhang getrennt werden können - so ist dieser Schlafplatz offen auf dem Flur gelegen. Ausstattung und Zustand der Einrichtung waren auf gutem Niveau und für den Mietpreis angemessen. Der Staubsaugerbeutel sollte mal wieder geleert werden und ein paar "Starthilfen" wie Geschirrtücher und Spülmaschinentabs wären ein netter Bonus gewesen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Appartment

Ein wirklich schönes Appartement! Wir hatten das Appartement ein Jahr zuvor schon einmal gemietet - gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, mit Allem, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf die Dents du Midi - so wie es das Bild zeigt. Mit der Fläche von ca. 90m² ist zudem ausreichend Platz. Im Haus kann man stundenweise Sauna und "Jacuzzi" mieten. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut - Vielen Dank an Jasmin, die Concierge. Sie ist immer freundlich und stets bemüht, den Gästen zu helfen. Der nächste Skilift ist einen "Schneeballwurf" vom Haus entfernt. Alles in Allem aus unserer Sicht perfekt für eine Woche Skiferien! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an Patrick! A really nice apartment! We had already rented it a year ago - well equipped and maintained, with everything we needed. The apartment offers a wonderful view of the Dents du Midi - as the picture shows. With an area of ??approximately 90m ² is also enough space. In the house you can rent sauna and "Jacuzzi". On-site support is very good - Thanks to Jasmine, the concierge. She is always friendly and always willing to help the guests. The nearest ski lift is a "snowball's throw" away from the house. All in all, in our view, perfect for a week of ski vacation! We will be back. Thanks to Patrick the owner!

Sehr schönes Ferienappartement

Das Appartement bietet zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-/Esszimmer jeweils mit Balkon und mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Dents du Midi. Zudem sind drei Bäder sowie ein großer Flur und eine große Nische mit Platz für nochmals zwei Betten vorhanden – wir hatten also sehr viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ist gut und reichlich, es ist genügend Geschirr vorhanden, so dass man sich problemlos selbst versorgen kann – es fehlt nichts. Das Mobiliar ist bequem, wir hatten keine Beanstandungen und waren sehr zufrieden! Im Haus sind eine Sauna sowie ein Whirlpool verfügbar, welche stundenweise für ca. 10SFR pro Person angemietet werden können. Die Concierge im Haus, während unseres Aufenthaltes war dies Yasmine, ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit – VIELEN DANK!!! Über einen Übungshang, der sich etwa 30m neben dem Haus befindet, gelangt man per Schlepplift „in das alpine Zentrum“ von Les Crosets (ein Plateau mit drei Sessel- und eben diesem Schlepplift) und somit direkt in das Skigebiet Portes du Soleil. Zurück fährt man über eine Nebenpiste und den Übungshang bis zum Parkplatz neben dem Haus – da der Parkplatz während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt wurde, konnten wir auf Ski bis an das Haus heranfahren, unsere Kinder sind so bis zum Balkon „gerutscht“. Wirklich bequem! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche mit ganz vielen positiven Eindrücken. Das Appartement und auch die Residenz Sundance können wir wirklich empfehlen! A really good apartment for our holidays! The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room – each with a balcony and with breathtaking views of the Dents du Midi. In addition, three bathrooms and a large hall as well as a large alcove with space for two more beds are available - we had lots of space. The equipment is good and plentiful, so that one can easily supply himself. The furniture is comfortable, we had no complaints and were very pleased with everything in there! In the residence sauna and whirlpool are available. Those can be rented for about 10SFR per person and hour. The concierge at the house, during our stay this was Yasmine, is very friendly and always helpful - THANK YOU! Getting to the slopes and returning from there is very easy. We could do that by ski. We had very nice holidays with lots of positive impressions and we really want to recommend the apartment and Sundance Residence. Kind regards Karsten

Wonderful appartment, ideal ski in-out

Very nice, comfortable and spacious appartment with gorgeous views on ‘les dents du midi’ mountains. Location is perfect for ski in ski out, just next to the kids ski slope, from where you have direct access to the whole ‘portes du soleil area’. Host is very helpful with local tips.

Stay at Les Crosets

The property is lovely and Patrick is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We went when the weather was unseasonably warm at New Year, so the ski-in, ski-out wasn't available then, as the that lift was closed. This meant it wasn't as convenient as we had hoped and it would be lovely to be there when the snow was better. The two main bedrooms are great, with lovely views. The apartment could be better if the third room/alcove space was a little more private. Good to have 3 bathrooms. Key handover and meeting with the cleaner worked very well.

Excellent séjour

L’appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Plus grand même que nous l’avions imaginé. L’emplacement est extraordinaire : les cours de ski des tout petits ainsi que les remontées mécaniques se trouvent à 100 mètres de l’appartement. Petit bémol : la machine à laver la vaisselle ne fonctionne pas.

Very nice apartment

Really a 50m walk from the slopes. Nice living room and kitchen well furnished. Globally an excellent choice. Here are some small details that could help improve it. Or at least it’s our opinion. A shower curtain for the main bathroom One of the bedroom was a bit dusty on arrival.

A perfectly located modern, clean & well equipped apartment

Patrick’s property is very conveniently situated right by the nursery slope so there is just a very short walk before you have your skis on. Then it’s a short button up before you are in the Crosets bowl and have access to some fantastic skiing. The apartment is fab. Modern, clean, plenty of space & storage, well equipped kitchen, powerful showers, lots of hot water. Lovely layout. Works perfectly. Only downside are the pillows so for three years we have taken our own !!!! All in all a fab apartment and location and would certainly recommend.

Perfect location in large appartment!

One of our best skiing holidays ever!! Large and luxery appartment in perfect ski in/out location situated in the Portes du Soleil resort. The appartment is very well equipped and 100% as described. Les Crosets is situated nicely in the resort, allowing you to explore new slopes / areas every day. Remember to do your grocery shopping in the valley on your way in, as the options are limited in the small village. You will find all you need in the kitchen to prepare your meals (so no need for microvave-frozenpizza-prefab-meals here...!). The local shop provides nice fresh bread covering your daily need). Patrick provided all info well in advance, and check in/out was fast and easy. Highly recommend this place. We would love to get back some day.

Perfect location and high quality appartment!

Really nice and large appartment perfect for 6 people — ok for 8 (we were only 5) with perfect ski in/out location. Do you want to explore the Portes du Soleil skiing resort, this will be your ideal base in the small village Les Crosets. The appartment is very well equiped with all you need in the kitchen and hold all facilities you need (wifi, tv, dvd, ski room, parking etc). Remember to do your main shopping for your stay down in the valley, as options are limited in the village. The local shop provides nice fresh bread covering your daily need.

Nette, gezellige, schone vakantiewoning met veel ruimte als je met zijn vieren bent.

Wij (vader,moeder, zoons 16 en 14 jaar) hebben een heerlijk tijd gehad in deze vakantiewoning. We hadden mooi weer dus het was genieten op het balkon in de ochtendzon. Fijn ook waren de multipassen die we er bij kregen. Je gaat dan heel makkelijk van de faciliteiten gebruikmaken om dat het geen extra kosten met zich mee brengt. We hebben de auto bijna niet gebruikt en gingen boodschappen doen met de stoeltjeslift en kabelbaan. Je kunt er heerlijk wandelen in de omgeving en door de vele liften kiezen voor stijgen of dalen. Het dorpje Les Crosets is wel uitgestorven hoor. Er zijn 2 restaurantjes maar in de avond is er weinig reuring. Toen we de eerste keer aan kwamen rijden schrokken we wel. Het gebouw ziet er van buiten niet zo netjes uit. Gelukkig was het appartement van binnen het tegenovergestelde. Heel netjes en verzorgt. Enige nadeel is dat de 3de "slaapkamer" een soort nis is en niet afgesloten kan worden. Je hoort hier alle geluiden van de woonkamer en keuken. Ik zou als tip geven een schuifdeur of desnoods gordijn op te hangen tussen de hal en de woonkamer. De jongens waren heel blij met de snelle wifi:0)

fantastic summer break

Bright, clean , comfortable apartment with magnificent views from bedrooms and balcony...We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful region. Amazing walks all around and convenient use of chairlifts . This gave us the opportunity to explore the area from our doorstep! Hope to come back next summer , but for a little longer than 9 days!. Our teenagers also enjoyed their holiday immensely and came back refreshed back home! Thank you !

Great views from a comfortable flat.

The flat was clean, well-appointed and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The views of the mountains were stunning and ever-changing. The location was quiet and convenient for the chairlifts which go to a number of different locations for walking. We would be happy to recommend it for a summer walking holiday. We self-catered but the local creperie was very good and the local shop had basic food-stuffs.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est grand, moderne et parfait pour 6 personnes. Il est idéalement situé à moins de 100m de l'accès au domaine des portes du soleil. Parking devant l'immeuble gratuit, mais il n'y a pas bcp de places. Attention, il n'y a pas de garage compris dans la location. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré est la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas; problème de fournisseur netplus...... Le propriétaire à été très correct en nous faisant une ristourne de 100chf pour ce désagrément. Je recommande cet appartement.

Great property, very comfortable and well equipped in a fantastic location

We stayed as 2 families with 7 in total and we loved it. We could ski pretty much to the door and the view from the bedrooms and living room was beautiful. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and very comfy with everything that you need. Great place!

Perfect Location, spacious apartment, super clean and well equiped

Thank you Patrick for letting us rent your fabulous apartment in Les Crosets. We have been back for three days and are missing the beautiful views we enjoyed from the bedroom and sitting room. As a family of 6 the apartment suited us very well and it was certainly a real bonus having the three bathrooms. There is lots of storage and hooks for ski gear and the apartment is light, spacious and very well equipped. The children appreciated the extensive DVD collection! For skiers its very easy to get to the slopes and for anyone unfamiliar with the Portes du Soleil ski area Les Crosets could not be better situated to take full advantage of not only the Swiss skiing but also the French skiing as well. In the floor below the apartment there is a huge boot room for skis and boots and a lift means you are not lugging stuff up and down flights of stairs. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was chosen as it was brand new, with fantastic unspoilt views and is truly ski in and ski out with no bus , car or long walk needed to get to the slopes. The village is charming and quiet. The skiing is very varied and generally the slopes are not crowded. There is very easy access to France and the remainder of the Portes du Soleil. The wife of one of the owners worked in the village during University holidays.
