Dieses geräumige Landhaus befindet sich weniger als 3,2 km von der Innenstadt von Forestville und etwa 1 Stunde von der Golden Gate Bridge entfernt in zentraler Lage zwischen dem Lower Russian River mit seinen vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten und den Weinbergen und Weingütern des Russian River und den Green Valley AVAs. Weitere AVAs von Sonoma County, den Pazifischen Ozean und Sebastopol erreichen Sie jeweils nach einer 30-minütigen Fahrt.

Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in West Sonoma County können Sie auf einem Bauernmarkt Zutaten aus der Region erwerben, am Pool entspannen und in der geräumigen Gourmetküche Ihres Hauses Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten.

Neben dem Patio am Pool befindet sich ein oberes Achterdeck neben der Küche mit Blick auf den Pool, auf dem Sie mit dem Weber-Propangrill ein Grillgericht zubereiten können. Es gibt auch einen Patio am Hang auf der anderen Seite des Pools sowie einen weiteren Patio im Vorgarten.

Alle Freizeiteinrichtungen auf dem Grundstück machen das Wine Country Hideaway ideal für Familien- oder Freundesversammlungen. Neben dem hoteleigenen Pool verfügt die Unterkunft über einen Boccia-Platz, einen Basketballkorb mit Halbplatz und einen Badmintonplatz. Oder entspannen Sie sich einfach auf einem der beiden Balkone mit Blick auf den Vorgarten und die unberührte Aussicht.

Zur Innenausstattung gehören zwei Hauptschlafzimmer-Suiten, eine mit Balkon und Blick auf den Vorgarten, ein Kingsize-Bett, eine mit Steinen ausgekleidete Duschkabine und eine luxuriöse Whirlpool-Badewanne. Die andere Öffnung führt zur vorderen Terrasse mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem kompletten Badezimmer. Das dritte und vierte Schlafzimmer verfügen beide über Queensize-Betten und teilen sich ein gemeinsames drittes Badezimmer. Das Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen 42-Zoll. Flachbild-HDTV mit DirecTV-Satellitenservice. Das Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen Holzkamin, ein 52-Zoll. Flachbild-HDTV mit DirectTV-Service, Balkon mit Blick auf den Vorgarten und Essbereich neben der Küche.

Ausgestattet mit vielen modernen Annehmlichkeiten in einer ruhigen, ländlichen Umgebung bietet Ihr Wine Country Hideaway wirklich "alles"!

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Pool nur zwischen dem 1. April und dem 31. Oktober eines Jahres solarbeheizt wird. Da es keine Reserveheizung gibt, ist Mutter Natur der einzige Schiedsrichter für die Wassertemperaturen.

Zwei HDTVs mit DirecTV-Satellitenservice, DSL-Highspeed-Internet mit Wi-Fi, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Weber-Gasgrill, mehrere Terrassenbereiche und ein solarbeheizter Pool sorgen für Unterhaltung und sorgen dafür, dass Sie einfach in Kontakt bleiben.

Für 8 Personen (einschließlich aller Kinder ab 3 Jahren) in 1 Kingsize-Bett und 3 Queensize-Betten. Die maximale Tagesbelegung beträgt ebenfalls 8 Personen. Off-Street-Parkplatz für 3 Fahrzeuge. Sorry, aber keine Haustiere und kein Rauchen, drinnen oder draußen.

This Place has Everything!
Wow. This place is not only gorgeous but it has everything! There was plenty of room for my whole family and plenty for the whole family to do. Bocce, basketball, volleyball, cornhole, swimming pool, you name it. There are multiple seating areas both outside and in and a great hammock for napping. There are so many wineries all around, so much to see and do. We had a great time and would love to visit again. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owner/manager was really helpful and responsive, everything about this experience was perfect.

This VRBO property is my favorite one that I have stayed in. We loved all of the outdoor spaces-and there were many. The house had great amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent many hours by the pool and really enjoyed the pool toys. All six of us highly recommend this vacation home! This was the best place for celebrating my 65th birthday!

Our stay at Jim and Maureen’s home was perfect- the house is beautiful with lots of common areas to hang out and games to be played. We spent one day floating on the Russian River and the rest of the trip hanging by the pool, cooking (with a fully equipped kitchen and grill), and playing outside. We can’t to come back!

Just wonderful
We were two adult couples visiting Sonoma for the first time. We wanted a house away from the busy areas, and that’s exactly what we got. The backyard had so many birds every day. I love watching birds, and really enjoyed seeing them every morning as I had my coffee on the porch. One night, we heard coyotes. The garden is pretty and tranquil, with lots of places to sit and hang out. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of dishes and basic condiments and cooking implements. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean. It was a wonderful long weekend.

We wish we would have had more time to enjoy the house and all of the amenities it provided. House is located in a great location to explore the Russian River valley and other wine regions and we took advantage of it. The house is in a remote area, very quiet. The property offers numerous sitting areas to enjoy the gardens and relax. Also, bocce ball and corn hole for some friendly competition. We had a group of five adults. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated that it was supplied with paper towels, condiments, spices, coffee filters.....small things but makes the trip less stressful.

A Little Slice of Heaven
My family and I had a lovely stay in Forestville over the Labor Day weekend. The property itself is gorgeous and has a little something for all ages, and the house...well the house is also spectacular! We felt right at home, doing the things we love to do -- swim in the beautiful pool, cook in the kitchen while overlooking the garden, read in the hammock, do art on the front deck, and take walks in the neighborhood while admiring the views. It was a vacation to remember and we can't wait to stay again!

This house was perfect for 7 of us to spend a long weekend. We had a group of adults in our mid 30's, but it would be equally wonderful for families. The photos really do the house justice. The property is beautifully landscaped and makes you feel secluded and at peace. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook. You feel completely removed and in nature, but are a short drive to the town. There is a lot to do at the property, as there is a basketball hoop, cornhole, bocce ball and badminton. Jim was a very easy, and communicative host. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Country Get-a-Way
We went for a 3 night stay for a short country get-a-way. This property is what I would consider rural yet only only 10-15 mins drive into downtown Sebastopol or a 5 mins drive to fabulous restaurants in Gratton. As I have mentioned before, we are cooks. We found this kitchen to have everything we needed including plastic containers for leftovers! The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout of the home worked well for my family. I could have spent a good chunk of my day watching the beautiful birds come to the feeders or just listening to them in the mornings - so peaceful. The outdoor area is fabulous fun for family members of all ages - basketball hoop, badminton court, bocce court, corn hull. Beautiful gardens, wild life, fabulous deck with a weber grill with propane tank. We did not use the pool as it was winter, but it was beautiful to look at. The outdoor deck off the kitchen is fabulous. I highly recommend this home and hope to return during the fall when we can use the pool. Thank you Jim!

Paradise!
What a beautiful home in a magical setting of gardens and redwoods! The owners of the home obviously put a lot of time and love into this property with beautiful, well-tended gardens, peaceful sitting areas all over the property and a meticulously clean and well-appointed house! We had seven people in our group and we were in the area for wine tasting. This home is located near a lot of the great wineries in the Russian River Valley. We only wish we could have stayed longer so we could have taken advantage of all this property has to offer (pool, bocce ball, hammock, etc). We were going to go out to dinner, but decided after seeing the beautiful property, to eat at the house. The kitchen is very well-appointed and had everything we needed. This is a fantastic property and we can’t wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful time while staying on Jim’s property. Our 3 adult sons and their wives plus one grand baby immensely enjoyed our visit. The outside space is fabulous. The bedrooms are great (2 master and 2 other bedrooms with a shared bath). Enjoyed working in the kitchen. It is well equipped. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Perfect Getaway
This property is beautiful and well maintained! The family LOVED the pool (perfect temperature in June with the solar heating) and spent hours watching the birds on the balcony. Further, Jim was very responsive with any issues we ran into. The only trouble we had is that checkin details were not released on VRBO website, rather they were in the welcome packet that was sent more than a month before. As such, there was some confusion as to where the code was for the lockbox. (In short -- read the packet rather than checking the site!) All in all, wonderful! We would LOVE to stay here again!
