Dieses wunderschön renovierte 4-Zimmer-Haus wurde 2016 renoviert und bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Es ist zu 100% für Gäste eingerichtet, die keine persönlichen Gegenstände oder Unordnung haben und mit vielen 5-Sterne-Bewertungen zu kämpfen haben. Wir haben Parkplätze für 3 Autos abseits der Straße und das Haus ist eine halbe Meile von der Spitze der Main Street entfernt. Verwöhnen Sie sich mit der Möglichkeit, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen! Das Haus verfügt über Parkettböden, viel Tageslicht, eine neue Küche mit SS-Geräten, eine riesige Mittelinsel, 2 Öfen, Granitplatten und ein Familienzimmer neben der Küche mit eingebautem Weinkühlschrank.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 55-Zoll-Smart-LG-Fernseher. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist riesig (18 x 15) mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem 55-Zoll-LG-Fernseher. Das Hauptbad verfügt über eine Eckbadewanne, separate Waschtische und eine luxuriöse Dusche mit 2 Duschköpfen, 3 Körpersprays und einer eingebauten Bank für ein Spa-Erlebnis.

Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad befinden sich im 2. Stock. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 über zwei XL-Einzelbetten, die zu einem Kingsize-Bett zusammengestellt werden können. Das 4. Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der unteren Ebene und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad.
Entspannen Sie auf der abgeschirmten Veranda oder schnappen Sie sich Ihr Buch und gehen Sie zu Fuß zur Old Woman's Cove (Spa Creek). 400 Fuß entfernt, sitzen Sie am Wasser und lassen Sie alles auf sich wirken, was Annapolis zu bieten hat.

Beat Army!

We were in town for the 125th Army Navy game. The house is very comfortable and well appointed, and the location is convenient and easy. We were able to drive to the Commanders stadium in about 40 minutes, while being very close to USNA, Eastport, and downtown Annapolis.

Great friends trip for Tulane / Navy Football game

The house was perfect for our party of friends in town to support Tulane and Navy at the football game. The house was beautifully appointed, spotless, and every thoughtful detail was thought of. It was the perfect home base for a lovely weekend. We hope to book the house again on the future.

Wonderful Home!!!

Couldn't have been better. Lots of room to spread out for the crowd, and outdoor space if the weather cooperates. The kitchen is big, beautiful and fully stocked for your morning coffee, and ready for your afternoon cocktails. Walking distance to everything Annapolis, and parking heaven (where parking limbo is the norm). Thanks for the wonderful weekend.

Perfect Accommodations!

This was the perfect spot for my family & I to stay while traveling to Annapolis for the sailboat show. The home is a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Annapolis so we were able to travel by foot everywhere. We had the pleasure of meeting the host, Kerry, and she was an absolute delight! She sent us numerous restaurant recommendations and her home is immaculate. It has all the amenities you would need while traveling. We hope to stay here again when we come back for the sailboat show next year!

Excellent location, amazing home.

This is an amazing home, incredibly comfortable for a family or group stay, with plenty of space for everyone to socialize, or have some privacy, all at the same time. We were very surprised at how large the rooms and overall home were, as it looks smaller from the outside photos. Open, bright kitchen that is well equipped, and multiple open sitting/living rooms for group conversations. Bedsrooms and baths were well supplied, super clean, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent from check in to check out. Weather over our stay was a bit stormy and host was quick to check in with us and see if we needed anything extra based on the poor weather. We will be returning to Annapolis over the next few years, and this will be our top home choice!

USNA I-Day Stay

We had a such a great stay during Induction Day at USNA. We walked downtown (about 15 min) through the beautiful neighborhood in which the house is located. Communication with owner was excellent. Home is even better than the pictures. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Home

We had an exceptional experience at this property over the weekend. It was the best place we have ever stayed in. The host was extremely responsive and easy to reach, answering all our questions promptly. She went above and beyond to sure our comfort even purchasing a pack and play for our 7 month old granddaughter. Checking out was incredibly simple, unlike many other places we've stayed-just take out the trash and set it by the street. There were no unexpected fees, and everything was as promised. The house was conveniently located near all the downtown shops and restaurants, making it the perfect place to relax for the weekend. Highly recommended

USNA Reunion

Everything was ready to go as soon as you came into the house; no need to bring anything but food and drink. The house was centrally located for all activities throughout the town of Annapolis and it was very well appointed. The large island in the kitchen got a lot of use. A great place to reminisce and tell stories. We would stay again.

A Wonderful Experience

The house was updated and freshly appointed with plenty of comfortable space for the 3 of us. The neighborhood is lovely. There are restaurants within a short walking distance where we enjoyed breakfast. Downtown Annapolis is also within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

A gem!

The location of the property is ideal. We walked to most events for Commissioning Week. The extended family was with us and it was nice to have two in suite full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, plates and glassware. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails in the inclosed outside deck watching the wildlife. Kerry was a great host. October trip to Annapolis

We had a wonderful stay at Kerry’s home. Although the listing accurately describes the property, it is more special when you actually are in it. There was nothing lacking and Kerry’s instructions were perfect and there was no need to contact her during our stay. We would stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Annapolis. It’s a quick walk to town and really no need for a car.

In December 2014, my husband and I purchased our home in the City of Annapolis from retiring 4 Star Admiral Samuel J. Locklear III. We have spent 8 months renovating and expanding it. We have added 1000 square feet for a new master bedroom and a new master bath.

The home has all the modern amenities and conveniences one would want in a home. We believe it offers our guests 5 star accommodations. Our guest book says it all-people really enjoy their time spent in our home making their memories.

We are located in beautiful downtown Annapolis MD on a quiet cul de sac. We can walk to everything Annapolis has to offer. Our favorite spot just to it all in is right around the corner. We sit on the park bench at the water's edge watching all the boats, kayaks, and paddleboarders go by. Sometimes it is fun to bring a mug of coffee and a book and just sip, read and enjoy!
