Schöne große zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Wohnung in The Springs, das beste Gebäude am River Run und Keystone. Sehr komfortable Berg Möbel. Eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer machen einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Es gibt eine Außen privaten Grillen sind auf dem Achterdeck durch Kiefern und Espen umgeben. Die Annehmlichkeiten sind wirklich toll mit mehreren Pools und Whirlpools sowie aus erhitzt Tür Wasserrutsche. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum, Dampfbad, Pool-Tische und sogar ein Filmbetrachtungsraum.

Great Condo

This was the perfect condo for our family located within waking distance of the ski slopes and town area. We loved the amenities and will definitely look to stay here again.

Great location!

Our family had a great ski weekend at Keystone staying at this unit. The location was excellent and a short walk through the village to the main gondola. The construction next door didn’t have any noise we could hear, so no issues there! The unit was perfect for our family of 4 - plenty of space. There was only one issue with the master bed frame, but we could remedy it and I’m sure it will be fixed for the next guest. Overall recommend this unit!

Great Location

Great unit and location. Lots of space. The family room is larger than most units in The Springs. The pool and hot tub are always fun! We were a big group and had the unit next door as well which was super convenient. We had a few questions and the host responded immediately. We will definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for a great stay!

Roomy two bedroom

For a family of five the space was great. One primary bedroom and a second bedroom with four bunks. Kitchen and common area were comfortable. Nice ground floor where kids could walk outside. Didn’t get to use the heated pool or hot tub but it looked nice and wasn’t crowded. In the negatives the place is certainly showing its age. Some minor broken shelves. The wall was longer than we anticipated for a “ski in ski out” but doable in 5-10 minutes. We walked slower with all the gear and not being used to elevation. Otherwise, really close to the village with restaurants and shopping. Overall, likely would stay here again. Lots of construction so there will be some condos even closer in a few years! Probably a lot more expensive!

Good location, but dirty

This is a great location to the River Run gondola. There is covered parking that fits big SUVs. There is an elevator and luggage racks. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. When I arrived, the door code initially did not work. The unit was filthy. I cleaned ALL the appliances, countertops and chairs. An opened cheese wrapper was found in the Master bedroom’s bed. I found Oreos in a bag on the floor next to the bed. A Lotion bottle was under a dresser that was easily seen, but left on the floor. A family member’s white socks turn black from walking the the 2nd bathroom. The owner sent someone to clean & this person knocked and walked right in even though it was requested not to come into the unit until I got back from getting something from my car. The owner was very responsive and apologetic. He reversed a portion of the cleaning fee.

Great location, responsive owner

This is our 3rd year staying at one of Oliver's properties. He's incredibly responsive to folks who rent his units. He's also renovated the last two properties we've stayed at, which is nice. It's certainly not high end - these units tend to be old and cramped. But you're paying for the location, walking distance from the gondola. The Springs, in particular, has a heated pool and huge hot tubs, which is nice. Construction next door didn't bother us at all. Kitchen well stocked - good pots/pans (we ate every meal for a week there). Bring eye covers - the blinds don't block all the light in the morning. Crack the windows at night to keep the heat out.

Great Place Ski In/Out

Great place to stay in Keystone with the heated pool and hot tubs. The closet you can get tot the gondola for now. There is a new building under construction next to it which u have to walk around but easy enough. Unit was clean and well stocked. First floor and end of hall so quiet and didn’t have to deal with elevator. If you’re looking for sk in/out this place is hard to beat!

Great Condo right by the Gondola

This condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and cozy for a Christmas ski vacation. We loved how close it was to the gondola, although there is construction that requires you to walk around - but still a very short walk. The hot tubs were great after a day of skiing along with the steam room. Would definitely recommend this condo.

The property is poorly maintained

The property is not maintained, many lights and appliances do not work. No windows would open the cranks are all stripped. The grill is not operable. no propane and the grill is disgusting. Very disappointed in this property and will be telling others. The owner needs to upgrade and fix things or sell it to someone that will represt this property honestly. The check in was even failed as the lock box was jamed and it took us over a hour just to get into the building.

Great location and lovely condo

We had a great stay in this condo. It had everything we needed, and the main draw to this property, the heated pool with a slide and two hot tubs, as well as a kiddie wading pool, did not disappoint. We loved being able to open the windows and hear the river rushing outside, and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils we needed. My only suggestion for the kitchen would be to include a dish drying rack and more towels - there was only one hand towel, and so that meant drying dishes with paper towels, which seems wasteful. I would also include dish cloths for wiping counters and hand washing dishes. We loved how easy it is to walk to Keystone Village and to access the beautiful walking trail that goes along the creek. Although we did not use it, it was a nice surprise to have the fitness equipment available in the building. As others mentioned in their reviews, this building is very, very warm. The day we arrived was rainy and in the 50s, and the thermostat in the unit was turned to 65, but the unit was broiling nonetheless. We had to open the windows at every opportunity and use every fan we could find to cool it down, but being on the first floor meant we didn't want to leave them open at night, so that made sleeping fairly uncomfortable. I don't know that there is anything the owner can do about this because the thermostat was turned way down, but it was my least favorite part of the stay. This was our first time in Keystone, and we were so pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was. This was a double-edged sword, though, as it meant that many of the shops and restaurants were not open, had reduced hours, or had very long waits even though they were not busy (this was obviously also related to the pandemic). We ended up eating out for dinner in Frisco instead. We were still glad to be staying in Keystone - we loved the scenery and the peace and quiet. We were only planning to eat one dinner out, so it was easy enough to drive to another town for that.

Nice and convenient location

The location was really awesome. The place had nice TVs in each bedroom and the living room. A few of the appliances show their age, however the overall stay was pleasant. It may state this somewhere, but there is no laundry within the unit. Oliver was very helpful and responsive.
