Sand Key Strand ist ruhig und sehr privat. Es verfügt über hervorragende Schalen und ist perfekt für lange Spaziergänge verjüngende Strand. Es ist neben dem Clearwater Beach, sondern durch eine neue, lange Brücke getrennt. All des Nachtlebens und der Wirkung von Clearwater Beach ist wenige Minuten entfernt, aber keiner von dem Lärm und Menschenmassen überqueren in Sand Key. Diese Lage bietet Ihnen das Beste aus beiden Welten. Die "Jolly Trolley 'hält direkt gegenüber der Straße und bringt Sie in Clearwater Beach, Pier 60, etc ... So bekommen es ist ein Kinderspiel. Darüber hinaus ist Disney nur eine Stunde und 20 Minuten entfernt und Busch Gardens ist 30 Minuten entfernt.

Das Gebäude ist mit 24-Stunden-Wachpersonal und Vollzeit-Management wird sich auf dem Grundstück Wohnanlage. Außerdem enthalten mit der Einheit, ist ein privater Parkplatz. Gegenüber ist ein fantastischer Strandpromenade mit niedlichen Läden, eine Bank, einen Salon, Reinigungsmittel, Eisdiele, Restaurants und dem beliebten Dunkin 'Donuts.
Einige Besonderheiten am Gerät: Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett. Zweite Schlafzimmer enthält zwei Einzelbetten. Beide Räume für die Lagerung ausgestattet mit begehbaren Kleiderschränken und Kommoden. Haupt-Wohnzimmer enthält TV, ein Sofa, zwei Sessel, und neben Essecke. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Balkon mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten mit Blick auf Strand und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge gibt es einen romantischen Bistro-Tisch für zwei Personen, die die Bucht überblickt. Es ist ideal für Kaffee am Morgen und einen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. WiFi und unbegrenzt USA / Kanada Telefonleitung vorhanden ist. Whole Condo ist frisch gestrichen und schön aktualisiert.

Beautiful views and right on the Gulf

Great location and nice accommodations. Only giving it 3 stars due to loud construction next door for part of my stay which I didn’t expect. Otherwise, nice condo and lovely pool and beaches.

Great beachfront property!

The condo was as described. Beautiful location on Sand Key beach. Owner was very responsive to our questions and a concern we had. Quiet and well kept building. Condo well supplied with kitchen and beach accessories. Thanks for a great stay!

Stunning views

The condo is located right on sand key beach with stunning views of the sunset. The master bedroom is very large with doors leading onto the oceanfront balcony. Water views throughout the condo. Great views of the Intercoastal from the kitchen window. We enjoyed our month long stay. Walked the beach every morning and found lots of beautiful shells and sand dollars. We also saw dolphins and manatees at the beach. The condo is very spacious and clean. The pool area is also very nice and we used the grills by the pool many times. The condo owner Suzy was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions we had . We hope to be back again.

We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and our walks on the beach. The only issue was one of the crazy elevators that took you to the wrong floor. One worked fine and one was an adventure.

Best condo we've had yet!

Suzy's little piece of heaven is undoubtedly the best condo we've experienced in our 8 years of using online rentals in the Clearwater/Indian Rocks area. Suzy has thought of EVERYTHING, even tennis racquets and balls! We did not have to buy a single item. The kitchen was truly well equiped, the whole place had an excellent balance between simple, practical, beautiful, and battle-ready to receive overly ambitious vacationers. Out main goal was to DAILY enjoy the perfect beach and the very active sailing community. We had 30 days of bliss. Thank you Suzy! -jose and Liliana.

We loved this condo! Great accommodations and friendly staff. Close to restaurants, shopping, and free trolley. Quiet beach but just a short trolley ride to Clearwater Beach. We will be back!

Relaxing Getaway

I loved this place from beginning to end! When I first arrived the security guards were very friendly and helpful (even at 2am!) The condo was clean and actually roomier than it looks in the pictures. All the shopping & amenities are close by including a great strip mall across the street with some shopping/dining options and even a Dunkin Donuts! The views are to die for and when you are on the beach, you feel like it is your own private beach. Even at the pool, people were very friendly. There is nothing that I did not like about this trip. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, comfortable condo on gorgeous beach with easy access to everything!

The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet! Direct beach view with comfortable balcony! Easy access to shopping, restaurants and leisure activities. Would highly recommend and will definitely be vacationing here again!

BEWARE of an Illegal Rental and dishonest owner

This an illegal rental and is in violation of the City of Clearwater Short Term Rental Ordinances because: 1. They are not registered or licensed as prescribed by the law. 2. The owners collected "tax" from me but have never remitted any rental tax to the city. 3. The city ordinance states the minimum rental period must be at least one calendar month. I looked into the status because I signed a lease in Jan.2016 for a 2017 rental. During 2016 the owners were informed, billed for, and paid the special assessment for major construction so they were well aware of the scope and magnitude of work to be done but never told me nor did they ever give me the option of voiding the lease and getting my money returned or finding an alternative rental unit. I arrived in mid-January and discovered most of the balcony furniture piled in the master bedroom with construction work creating horrendous noise so that we could not even answer our phones because we could not even hear the person calling. I called the owners and left a voicemail so they could hear how terrible the noise was and told them the situation was intolerable and they never should have rented under those conditions. Their response was the construction would be finished in a week. I patiently waited two weeks, whereupon the construction noise, danger and disruption had not subsided at all. In fact, the Association gave me notice as the occupier that I had to move all the remaining exterior furniture into the condo where it had to remain in the cramped quarters past the date of my departure so the construction would be ongoing through then. By that time it was almost Feb. and I could not find another beachfront condo in Clearwater available for the remainder of my rental period plus the owners were holding my money. Both elevators were frequently inoperable causing me to walk up and down 9 stories and I witnessed the fire department extricating people from the stuck elevators several times (the city inspection permit posted had expired Aug. 1, 2016 and this was in April, 2017). Then the condo was inaccessible due to the construction for the day prior to my departure and foot traffic severely limited the final day causing me to leave early because I would not be able to move my belongings out on time. For all the turmoil and danger, the owners offered an insulting pittance as an "inconvenience fee". Do not deal with this condo or these owners.

Very pleasant stay on the Gulf

We stayed in this condo February and March of 2016 and very much enjoyed that stay. We would re-rent without hesitation. The views of the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway are spectacular as are the sunsets. The condo has everything you need and the building is efficiently run and well maintained. The pool is heated and well maintained as is the hot tub. The owner is very pleasant to deal with.

Comfortable Condo on the Beach

My husband and I stayed in this condo for two months. The condo is very nice and clean and has wonderful views both front and back. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. There are several restaurants and shops across the street. There is very little traffic near the condo and it is easy to get to all the Clearwater Beach area attractions. We would highly recommend this condo and the owner is very easy to work with.

Fantastic first time visit to Sand Key.

It started with the great communication with the owner, extremely nice to work with and process was very smooth. The condo exceeded my expectations, very clean, nicely decorated, and well organized. Surrounded by both the ocean and the bay, the view was breath taking. The amenities were within walking distance, making it very convenient. Looking forward coming back to the same condo, and highly recommend it for you.

My month-long stay on Sand Key

I have to say that I didn't know what to expect when booking this condo. The owner was extremely nice to work with and made the arrival and departure painless and simple. The amenities are easily accessible, the local attractions and dining are right around the corner, and the views of the beach and sunsets are the best you'll find anywhere. I highly recommend staying at this condo on Sand Key.
