Der Yacht Club Eigentumswohnung befindet sich in der ruhigen Wohngegend von Aventura gelegen, zu Fuß von der Safra Synagoge und um die Ecke von der Aventura Mall, das größte Einkaufszentrum in Florida.
Seine hervorragende Lage bietet eine sehr gute Anbindung an South Beach, Sunny Isles und Miami Beach im Süden, und Hollywood und Fort Lauderdale Gebiet nördlich. Six week winter getaway

We just returned from this apartment. It was clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas. The host is fabulous- she answers right away. We had a wonderful time as did the grandchildren when they visited.

Nice and safe

We stayed at the apartment 5 days - parents and 3 grown up children. The apartment is well equipped with what you can expect - well furnished, electrical equipment. What you see at the pictures is what you get. There is a small but nice terrace connected to the living room. It´s a safe place - you need to show identification to get into the area. There are shopping centers nearby - 1-2 km. away - where you can buy food. The area gives you opportunities to spent you time in a nice way - lot of things to look at. Adriana was very helpful - if we had a question she returned within very short time with an answer. We will be very pleased to recommend this apartment to others.

Awesome Property, Just like the Photos!

We arrived and received a very warm welcome Adriana and received all the codes we would need to be able to enter the building and unit the pass for the overall property. I must say the unit was neat, clean, well appointed and the kitchen provided everything you might need, aside from the groceries of course. The location was central to shopping at Aventura and local strip malls with great restaurants but of course you have to drive which was not a problem for us. My kids are older and really enjoyed having their own bedroom spaces and bathroom and we enjoyed our master suite as well. It definitely felt like a home away from home. My only suggestion would be to have a large single panel curtain on the sliding glass door to eliminate having a gap that two small panels creates to maintain privacy. Other than that I really enjoyed the property.

Immaculate!

This was hands down the best property I’ve ever stayed at. The condo was just that, immaculate! It was absolutely a stunning condo and our host had everything we could ever think we needed. She was easy to reach and communicate with. My family and I have already made plans to come back and will for sure book this property again!

Fantastic vacation property for families!

I always check the reviews before I stay anywhere, and this property and Adriana had great reviews, and it's well deserved. The property looked great just from the pictures alone but it's even better in person. This place is perfect for a family of 5-6 (we had 5). The resort community is great and this condo is located very close to the pool/hot tub/gym, which is great. Everything you could possibly need is in the condo or the resort. The rooms and closets are very spacious. Adriana was amazing. She was very responsive and had everything set up in advance of our trip, which made our arrival seamless. Communication with her was excellent. The city of Aventura is also amazing, especially the mall. The mall has great restaurants, and it's a super short drive to the beach. Close to the expressways if you want to head north to Ft. Lauderdale or south to Miami. I highly recommend this place!

Great place in a nice environment

The appartment is really well furnished and delivers what it promises. Adriana is also very helpful. Only thing to know is that there are no restaurants or shops inside the area so you always need Uber/Taxi/Car to go somewhere but that is no real issue. I can definetly recommend this appartment.

Increible !! Todo ha sido "wordlclass" desde el primer contacto hasta el dia que regresamos.

Pasamos 10 días increíbles en familia !! El departamento ademas de supercomodo , es hermoso, diseñado con excelente gusto y totalmente equipado a "primer nivel", con todos los electrodomésticos impecables y prácticamente nuevos. Sus 3 habitaciones muy confortables , mas sus 2 baños equipados a full, nos han permitido a toda la familia (7 personas) disfrutar de un espacio espectacular y pasar unas vacaciones únicas. Queremos destacar la calidad y calidez de la atención de Adriana .(nuestra anfitriona) Ella ha estado siempre pendiente de cada detalle desde el primer contacto que hicimos casi 5 meses antes del viaje , hasta la recepción del día que llegamos, así como durante nuestra estadía en Miami hasta la despedida del ultimo día allí , Adriana ha estado contactada permanentemente con nosotros, procurando que todo esté en orden y ayudando a resolver cualquier tipo de problemática que uno le requiera. Realmente es para destacar, ya que recibir un buen y completo asesoramiento sobre el departamento y además recibir sus atenciones , hacen que la familia se encuentre "como en casa", sin que nada falte. Recomiendo enfáticamente este lugar . Es excelente, no se lo pierdan !!!

Beautiful, clean and organized

We stayed at this property for three weeks with our three children. We were extremely happy about everything. The unit was beautiful and clean and The property manager was wonderful. She met us at the unit, walked us through it and explained everything. We will definitely stay at this unit again for our vecation next year. Thank you.

Amazing apartment

Amazing clean & new apartment

I would like to recommend this apartment. It looks even better than on pictures. The place is fresh and clean. The club has a very nice heared swimming pool. The owner was very easy to work with. I definitely consider this place for my futures stays in Florida

Beautiful modern remodeled condo with awesome owners!!!

Beautiful condo with all new appliances and modern design. Very comfortable stay for our family. Plenty to do on sight for a family with teens (pool, fishing, racquetball, tennis and pool table). The owners Adriana and Daniel were quick to respond to any questions or needs. The condo is located reasonably close to the beach. The bottom level unit made it very easy to access for loading and unloading. We enjoyed sitting on the cozy porch for lunch and in the early evenings. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
