Great View

This property had an amazing view. We enjoyed our morning coffee and watched the whales each morning. Kitchen was great for cooking when we didn’t real like venturing out. The unit itself could use some work. The washer smells pretty bad of mildew and the dryer takes several cycles to successfully dry clothes. The hot water heater didn’t last even one full shower which can be a pain when trying to wash your hair and scrub sunscreen off after being at the beach. One of the two bathroom sinks drained quite slow so we shared one vanity instead of two when getting ready. The master bedroom TV would not work for us. We’re pretty tech savvy and could not get the cable working no matter what we tried. We did provide the feedback to Quam Properties and they said they’d have those items addressed for future guests. Overall Kapalua is a wonderful area and we’d come back again.

Amazing!

The listing is exactly true to what you get and the views! The way the property is set up, you have so much privacy! Cannot see the neighbors on either side. It is close to many bars and restaurants as well as a local store with coffee/cafe and any last minute needs you forgot to pack! We will be back!

Perfect Kapalua Condo

If you are a couple or a very small family that doesn’t require a second bedroom, book this condo. Beach gear and kitchen are stocked with essentials, steps from one of three pools, and the best of all, walk past the pool and down a few flights of stairs to reach Oneoloa Beach and the Kapalua trail. Views from this condo are better than the pictures. This was our favorite condo in the area so far. If you are traveling with small children I do recommend using a service like Maui Baby Rentals for child specific gear if needed. Mahalo!

A Slice of Paradise!

This property is amazing and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! The view was amazing and when you walk through the door it is even more spectacular than the pictures. It is only a 10 minute walk to Kapalua Beach and 5 minutes to Oneloa Beach. We even walked to the Honolua Store which is just a 20 minute walk each way. They have the best coffee for those morning treats. This property is quiet and the grounds are stunning with tons of tropical foliage. We really enjoyed the pool which was pristine and quite, almost like a private pool atmosphere. The villa itself was beautiful and we really appreciated the decor and comforts of home. The bathroom was like a 5 star hotel with double sinks, shower and soaking tub. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your home. We hope to be back soon!

Spacious light and bright.

Much better than photos- though photos were accurate, everything you’d need was there, bathroom had 2 separate vanities so great layout space, appliances were newer and worked well, very clean, full window wall with sliders so was very bright, quiet/ low key area. Yes we would definitely stay there again.

Clean, well stocked, single/ground level property.

From the moment you walk in, you can see the same view from the Lanai that is the featured Image for the property. AMAZING! It was like the VRBO commercial where the Dad scores major points for booking that place. We have stayed in the golf and ridge villas in previous trips, but the bay Villas have so many more advantages like proximity to Onolea, and Kapalua beaches. Bathroom and master are spacious! Kitchen is well stocked with cooling and storage Tupperware which is nice for packing lunches on beach days and excursions. The pull out couch worked just fine for our kids, while us parents had the master. I e stayed two Weeks and weren’t ready to leave this property. Will definitely consider this unit or another similar in the Bay Villas!

Wonderful views

First impression when walking into the unit is "Wow, spectacular view!" Great condo with all amenities, close to the pool and easy walk to several of the best beaches on Maui. Very spacious inside as well as outside patios. Very satisfied with the overall condition, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay in this unit again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect!

Perfect! Everything we wanted and more than expected. After years of staying in Wailea we decided to try KBV in Kapalua. Super clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything was so laid back we couldn't help but chill and relax! The grounds were immaculate and the views from our lanai and the pools were awesome. Quam Property Management was very professional. We will be back!

Beautiful appointed Condo with Water View

There are many condos in Maui. This one, 14G2, is great for these reasons: A roomy and comfortable living room sectional Nice view from main living room with lanai Well stocked kitchen w/stainless steel appliances Large bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub Washer/Dryer. - King Bed. - fabulous tropical foliage throughout entire villas property. - A/C throughout and keyless entry Kapalua location and close to Kapalua and Napili Beach This is our third stay and it was fabulous as always. One downside ... The bed mattress really needs upgrading or get a plush mattress topper.

Fantastic location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bay Villas and particularly 14G2. We were amazed since the 1st minute there with the amazing view when you come in. Bay Villas is also a great community with nice pools, large apartments, and again fantastic views :). Even if Kapalua is a bit windy, you are close enough to Kanapali, Lahaina, etc.

Beautiful, clean and a great view!

This is a beautiful little condo. Well appointed kitchen had everything we needed. Nice towels, beach towels and 2 little beach chairs and a cooler. Nice flat screen TVs, good wifi. The condo was very clean and nicely located with a great view. The complex is built in a way that doesn't provide a lot of privacy if you have the curtains open, particularly in the bedroom. There is only street parking, but we were always able to find a place close by. Really beats a hotel in the area, as this is a 5 star area, and here you can make your own breakfast in the nice kitchen and enjoy coffee on the patio and listen to all the tropical birds singing while looking at the ocean. The complex pools and tennis courts all have wonderful ocean views as well. Just a few steps from a great walking/running path that goes left to Kapalua Bay and Merriman's restaurant and a beautiful point of lava tide pools. Right, it goes by the Ritz out to the labyrinth. The property management company was very communicative with giving us all the info we needed to find and enter the property prior to our arrival. There is a grocery store in nearby Napili, but we found everything we needed in the nicely appointed Honolua Store in Kapalua. http://www.kapalua.com/shopping/honolua-store

Terrific Service & a Nice Bay Unit

Renting through the Quam Properties company was a real pleasure. Valerie Leon was great to work with and always provided detailed information and an almost immediate response to all emails. It's great to have the property management office nearby. When we arrived at the unit and encountered a slight technical issue with the TV remote controls, one call to the Quam's office and they offered to have someone come right over. We will definitely try to rent from them again, and would recommend their office to family and friends. The Kapalua Bay Villas is the perfect location if you're looking for quiet and total relaxation. This unit is not close enough to hear the ocean, but getting over to the beach is simple and easy with the Kapalua shuttle. The unit was clean and well maintained, suitable for an adult couple with no children. There are no beach supplies in the unit. Not a problem since we always do weekly rental of beach chairs and umbrellas from Boss Frog's anyway. There are several Boss Frog's shops nearby in both Napili and Kahana. Parking our car was an issue just a few times during our stay when all the other units were occupied. There are not that many parking spaces available on the main driveway and we ended up parking much further away than normal. There is a steep stairway down to the unit from where the cars are parked that may be difficult for some. Merriman's restaurant is an absolute must-do place for a sunset dinner, and is right around the corner from the Bay Villas.
