Diese Wohnung bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Golf vom Wohnbereich sowie vom Hauptschlafzimmer. Die Küche ist mit Granit und Edelstahl Geräte aktualisiert. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PBH was very nice and friendly. I needed to change rooms and they worked with me to make it happen. The condo was good too. It did need a few updates like the tracks for the master bedroom closet doors was in very bad shape. The rust made it difficult to open and close. The bed was very comfortable. I am very picky about the bed I sleep in and this one was great! The actual outdoor furniture is NOT what is shown in the picture either. Overall was a very good experience. Would stay again.

Week long beach getaway.

Very clean property. It met all our expectations. We like Pensacola Beach better than other Gulf locations like Destin, Ft. Walton, Gulf Shores.

We have staying in Regency’s complex before but this condo was by far The Best! Loved everything about it and will be back!!

Beautiful view of Gulf and Pensacola

The condo was very home feeling. I would definitely consider this property again. The view of the Gulf was enchanting and the sand was as beautiful as the water. Having the ability to have a kitchen to make and reheat meals was a plus as well. The property owners were on top of any extra needs we needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the area around.

PB trip

Overall we had a great stay. Just a few suggestions to enhance the comfort of future visitors: provide more bath and hand towels, fix the ice maker in the refrigerator. Also, the people in the condo next door left a dog alone in the condo. Poor thing howled all day for several days. We felt sorry for the dog.

Gulf coast trip

Condo was great, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Ice maker was broken and we had to have a repair man come in the first night and he wasn’t able to fix it. Other than that no hiccups.

Great Beach Vacation

This was a great place to stay. Clean and quiet location. The view was perfect. We could see the beach and water right from our window. Beach access was so close. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very nice.

A wonderful three weeks

Our condo was clean, comfortable well supplied with incidental items. Steps away from the wonderful beach that we had an amazing view of from the balcony. The property is well isolated from noise and traffic and yet less than a 5 minute drive from the heart of Pensacola Beach. The grounds, common areas and pool were extremely well maintained by a very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking was never an issue. During our visit the other guests were quiet, friendly and considerate. If you want a pleasant stay with a beautiful beach, this is your place.

Simply Perfect

Very nicely furnished with a well appointed kitchen. The layout of the condo provided privacy for both bedrooms. Expansive ocean views are the icing on the cake. The complex was very well maintained, easily accessed and friendly. The beach access was easy. We had one maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. Great place for a relaxing vacation!

Just Perfect!!

Very clean, comfortable bed, showers were great very useable kitchen, nice balcony, although when we were there they were doing a lot of maintenance on the building but were really not that bothersome to us. The location is farther out from the busy part of town, which was just fine, it was quiet with less traffic. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The management staff was very helpful and frendly. We loved it and would stay again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great. The Condo was in a great location with easy beach access. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. I liked the fact there was carpet in the approach to the unit to catch sand. There were also rugs placed at doorways which is a huge help for trapping sand. There seemed to be a shortage of luggage carts and I wish there was a keypad lock vs keys but those are small inconveniences for what was a wonderful stay for us. This was our first time using Paradise Beach Homes and the folks at the office were friendly and helpful. We had a great trip and would definitely recommend this company.

Even offered to bring us a bag of ice if the problem happened again.The grounds of the Regency Towers were fantastic.Wonderful surprise to find beach chairs and an umbrella in the balcony closet! We had planned on having to rent chairs and an umbrella from the expensive Beach Service.We will definitely be staying here again and again.Thanks so much

Lovely Condo!

Owners may want to think think about buying a reusable coffee filter for future guests as there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. And needed a cheese grater for several meals and none were found. Pool was lovely and shaded which was nice after day on the beach. Very unhappy with beach chair rental placements toward back of the beach area allowing non renters to set up awnings, umbrella, etc. in front of you blocking your view! Will probably influence our future stays in this area. Overall, a relaxing vacation on well maintained property.
