Erleben Sie sofortige Entspannung beim Betreten dieses schönen Strandhauses mit 180-Grad-Blick auf die Küste von Oregon. Das Mid-Century-Design ist ein offener Raum mit Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche, die alle aus einem großen Raum mit einer Wand aus Fenstern mit Blick auf die Sanddünen und teilweise Blick auf die Brandung besteht. Große neue Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand.

Die Küche ist komplett für Gruppen Kochen ausgestattet, und der Essbereich bietet Platz für 12 (8 an einem Tisch, 4 mehr an einer Bar Höhe Zähler). Das Haus bietet Platz für 10 Personen in 4 Schlafzimmern (1 King, 1 Queen, Twins, Bunk Room). Bunk Zimmer verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten mit Doppelmatratzen (untere Kojen sind für Erwachsene oder Kinder geeignet, obere Kojen sind besser für Kinder). Schlafzimmer Matratzen sind Pillow-Top-Modelle mit Premium-Bettwäsche für Ihren Komfort (Doppelmatratzen sind Standardmodelle).

Andere Annehmlichkeiten gehören: Kamin, Wifi, ein TV-Wagen (mit Netflix, HBOgo und DVDs - kein Kabel), ein Spielzimmer mit Tischtennisplatte und Darts, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Hochstuhl, tragbare Krippe ('Pack n "Play"), BOB-Einzelkinderwagen (Vorderradschloss zum Joggen), 2 Beachcruiser-Fahrräder für Erwachsene. Parkplatz für 3 Autos max.

Vor dem Haus führt ein 100 Yard Weg durch Sanddünen zu 7 Meilen Sandstrand. Vom Haus ist es 10 Minuten zu Fuß (3/4 Meile) bis zum Strand, die kleine, freundliche Stadt Manzanita. Die Gegend ist ein Naturparadies mit Wanderwegen durch alte Wälder mit unglaublichem Meerblick, Meilen von Radwegen im Nehalem Bay State Park (1/2 Meile), Surfen im Oswald State Park / Short Sands (10 Minuten Fahrt), Angeln in Nehalem River und Krabben in Nehalem Bay. Golfer werden Manzanitas wunderschönen und anspruchsvollen Neun-Loch-Platz (1/3 Meile) genießen.

Das Haus wurde Ende 2014 mit vielen Updates gekauft und umgestaltet. Dies ist ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Spielen! Die Stadt Manzanita Mietlizenz (MCA) ist # 197.

Awesome stay right on the beach

Incredible cabin, updated with EVERYTHING you need and right on the beach. Perfect for families and beautifully decorated (boho, mid-century modern). It felt very clean and had a lot of fun touches -- a cool bunk room off the garage (with ping pong table), washer and dryer, a RECORD PLAYER (with records), and super comfy beds. Fair warning: when you walk in, it will definitely feel "vintage" or old, but it's completely updated and gorgeous throughout. There's a kind of old cabin smell, but to us that's fun and nostalgic. We loved that charm, but it's not going to feel like new construction. The views and location cannot be beat. Close walk to town (5-10 min) and RIGHT on the beach. You can watch storms roll in or go down and play on the dunes. Just a ton of fun and definitely plan on being back.

Lovely place for a cozy family getaway

We really enjoyed our time here! You can't beat the location, it was so nice to wake up in the morning and get breakfast ready as a family while looking out at the dunes at beach. The home was cozy and thoughtfully appointed (I appreciated the small things like the records and record player, lots of electrical outlets, toy options for the kids, etc.). The hosts were very communicative and responsive. I definitely recommend this place for a getaway!

Great Manzanita Beach House

We had a great stay at this spacious, well stocked home on Manzanita Beach. So well appointed from the kitchen to the bathrooms, bedrooms and living space. While the weather was stormy and didn't allow for a lot of beach time we had fun outside with a fire one night and were cozy around the inside fireplace. But the location is excellent, easy stroll to the beach and there is a enough of a view from the house that we could watch the waves and storms rolling in. Would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay! The home is beautiful and is decorated beautifully - very mid-century but comfortable. The kitchen was stocked, great toys for our 7 year old daughter and so close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We come back every year!

Such a comfortable, easy, perfectly located place to be. Checks all the boxes for us - near the beach (sand, dunes and grass out the front door), fire pit and wood, bikes, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space to spread out inside & out, great place to be regardless of the weather, close to hikes, and town. We have a beach house which we love, and still always look forward to coming to this one.

Wonderfully comfortable & well stocked house

A group of 6 adult women met up here for a relaxing reunion. The house was amazingly well stocked (kitchen had more pots, pans, baking, appliances than most rentals I have visited. It feels they have thought of everything and the beds were comfortable. Note, the only tv is in one of the bedrooms, but it is on a rolling cart, so you could move it to the living room. We never turned it on. We did not have children with us, but it would be a great house for them... bunk room is fun with safe bunks (stairs to get to the top bunk and railings) and wonderful toys. And such easy access to the beach with a lovely view of sea grass (and a peek at the ocean waves. We talked about booking again in a couple years for another reunion!

Another great stay!

We have stayed in this house three times and are planning a fourth trip next March. The location is great and has easy access to the beach. The kitchen is great and the dining room accommodates our large family. The ping pong table is always a hit with the grandkids.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had fabulous weather, which helped. The house was RIGHT on the beach-- just a short barefoot walk down to the ocean. We had a beautiful fire in the backyard sandpit under the clear night sky-- so many constellations! Every morning we walked to town for coffee. The house was beautifully clean and well equipped-- a real highlight for our summer vacation. Would definitely stay again!

This house felt like we had friends say, “Hey, we’re not going to be at our house this week, do you want to use it?” It felt like a big welcome. Perfect Manzanita vacation spot!

This home exceeded all our expectations. We loved the location and the view, of course. But also the owners thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay- well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, amazing beach toys & chairs, s'more sticks - everything! We LOVED the record player and amazing vinyl collection and spent every evening, cocktail in hand, listening to an album and watching the dune grass blow. The art is beautiful and we all spent our meals discussing our favorites. All in all a perfect home for us! Thank you!

Manzanita stay for eight of us.

We were very impressed with how well supplied the house was, and once we discovered the wood supply, we made the house much more comfortable The biggest draw-back was the Pelican Lane. I felt like we were entering a third world country when forging the muddy pot holes. An other down side was the time it took to get hot water at the sinks and showers. A hot water recirculating pump would solve that problem and can be controlled remotely. Save water and money while taking the strain off your sewer system and hot water tank. Also the gfci outlet in the master bathroom is not working. We wanted to put a night light in there, but it didn't work. It was the light from the kitchen island. All in all it was a pleasant stay in spite of the rain.
