'30A Beach House' ist ein NEUES (2015) Strandhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Master-Suiten und 3 ½ Bädern in der wunderschönen, gehobenen Gegend von Lakeside am Blue Mountain Beach.

Das '30A Beach House' ist ein maßgeschneidertes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe der malerischen Autobahn 30A und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strandzugang am Blue Mountain Beach entfernt, zu dem auch Parkplätze für Fahrräder und Autos gehören. Vom Haus aus können Sie bequem zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren (mehrere Fahrräder sind im Mietpreis enthalten). Der Zugang zum Blue Mountain Beach bietet auch Toiletten für Ihre Bequemlichkeit am Strand. Das '30A Beach House' liegt in der Nähe von Seaside, WaterColor und Grayton Beach.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein ausziehbares Queensize-Sofa mit einem 55-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Familien und bietet Platz für 10-12 Personen. Dish Network ganzes Haus DVR-Service ist inbegriffen. Wifi ist auch für Ihre Bequemlichkeit verfügbar.

Das offene Wohnzimmer und die gehobene Gourmetküche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten verfügen über eine Esstheke und einen separaten Esstisch und eignen sich perfekt für Versammlungen und Familienessen. Ein Weber Genesis Gasgrill befindet sich direkt vor der Hintertür.

Great experience

Overall it was a great experience. We loved the screened porch. Everything was accurately represented. Beach equipment was more extensive than we were expecting - chairs, wagon, boogie board, toys, and much more. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. We did it all - game nights, multiple beaches, the pool, ice cream, and the taco place. We’ll be back!

Absolutely perfect!

We love Blue Mountain Beach and this place was perfect. We’ve stayed at several houses and this was perfect for two families with kids. The house location is great. House was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent host communication and the property was better than expected!

We Loved It!

We stayed here for fall break and had a great experience overall. Our travel party consisted of four adults and two children (7/10 yo). The house/location is very consistent with the listing description and pics. The owners seem to have thought of everything and made sure our stay was comfortable. The beach is an easy walk. If you have a lot of gear, you can use the provided roller cart. We were able to park at the BM beach access lot each day because we got there before 9 AM. There is no negative aspect of our stay that I can think of. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Family vacation

This beautiful house was perfect for our family! We can with our two adult daughters, their husbands and our six month old grandson. We enjoyed every part of the house! The upstairs screened in porch was the perfect place for game night! It was a great family trip! We absolutely loved our time/stay in the Blue Mountain Beach area! The home was equipped with all the necessities and it had space indoors and outdoors that was much appreciated when we had rain that kept us indoors. Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful week at 30A Beach House. The owners thought of everything to make our stay perfect. We only needed our food and beach towels. Everyone had their own space, but we could come together in the family area or in the screened-in porch. We spent several nights relaxing on the porch and watching movies. We spent more time at the house than planned because it was so awesome. The check-in process was seamless, and it’s in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that’s walkable to the beach. Although there’s a bit of construction going on in the subdivision, it was not a distraction to our stay. Communication with the host was quick. We will definitely look at staying here again when we come back to 30-A.

Great Time at 40A Beach House!!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was everything Christine had mentioned in her listing. The house had all the amenities we needed plus the bikes and beach gear that was at the house for our use was great. It was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants nearby.8 Blue Mountain Beach area was a lovely beach community. We would definitely come back to this area again and stay at the 30A Beach House. Wedding Stay

My out of town siblings and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the upstairs porch. Everything was comfortable and well suited for the 5 of us. There was room for a few more but it was great having the extra space. Beds were comfortable and the home was well equipped. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

Wonderful get away!

Beautiful home, excellent get away with family, we all had a great visit, screened in pourch was wonderful. Happy with this booking. Christine has this house set up so nicely. We were a bigger group so we maybe went through wash cloths faster so we had to do laundry daily, but that's hardly a complaint. Extra beach stuff & wagon was so helpful.

Well Appointed Stay Near the Beach

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 30aBeachHouse. The property is very comfortable and has many thoughtful touches for travelers (labeled light switches, included pack n play and high chair, USB outlets chargers in every bedroom). The beach is a very short, straightforward walk from the home. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect, safe, clean community

We loved our stay! It was the perfect house, neighborhood and area to stay at. Away from the business of the cities, we could walk to the beach and relax. We used the pool for the kids almost every day and my favorite part was how warm they kept the pool. It was never cold like many pools are. Loved all the porches and big bathroom spaces. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly set up. The front porch is so big and perfect for morning coffee and starting your day. We loved this home and hope to stay here again.

Perfect Family House

We stayed for spring break last week and this was the PERFECT house for a family (ages 3-67)! Two master bedrooms including one downstairs for grandparents with a walk in shower. The screened porch was a perfect hang out spot when you need a break from the sun. There are a bunch of super fun games that we enjoyed all week. The owners provide a TON of beach gear (toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagon) plus bikes and a trailer for kids. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach if you’re walking with kids. The community pool was awesome and heated. You pass the most delicious ice cream shop on the way back from the beach. Christine couldn’t have been a better host! We will definitely be back!

Thumbs Up for Spring Break!

This was an absolute gem for our family! The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I along with our two adult children and their children! The beach, pool, a few restaurants and shops were very accessible by foot! We did rent a golf cart to travel between 30A communities which was a lot of fun. I appreciate all the assistance Christine gave us before and during our stay. Her response time was remarkable! In another two years, we hope to visit the 30A area again and hope that Christine has a bigger house for us to utilize as my other son and family will be able to join in! My grandchildren thorougly enjoyed the all the beach toys and the fun in the screened in porch! Thank you, Christine, for a very memorable and fun Spring Break!

Great stay!

Home was very nice and spacious. Clean and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked. Home is close to the Beach, but still in an upscale, quiet neighborhood with pool. Great for walking and biking. Short drive to more active areas like Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Don't miss RedFish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery while visiting. Would stay again.

Winter Getaway

Great neighborhood. Very easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The trail through the State Park behind the neighborhood is great for walking and biking. We loved the outdoor deck above the carport. House was well stocked and, although we had no issues, Christine made sure we knew that she was available if needed.

Favorite 30A Area

Blue Mountain is our favorite 30A area. It’s very family oriented and not as crowded as other areas. The house is located near nice restaurants and very convenient to public beach access. The upstairs porch was a big plus to the house! The only downside was that the kitchen and bathrooms needed a heavy cleaning. It was obvious that the cleaning crew comes in and does a quick cleaning and then moves on to the next property. Well stocked kitchen, but most items had to be washed before using. Overall, our stay was wonderful and our family enjoyed the week. We would come back again!

Beautiful home, well stocked, excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Travelling with multiple young children we were really happy to see that the property was well stocked with just about everything - from the kitchen to the beach supplies, it saved us a lot stress and packing. Easy to tell there was a lot of thought that went into it. Christine was an excellent communicator and made the whole process easy. Neighborhood is a new development and there were a handful of homes still under construction which you could hear during the day, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall the community was nice and a 10 min walk (5 min bike ride) to the beach access. Even closer to red fish tacos with live music and the ice cream shoppe. Only qualm was the house wasn't entirely clean when we arrived, there was some trash still out and a wet towel on the floor but again small potatoes. We would definitely recommend this place for families or a group of friends!

Property was everything we hoped it would be. The house was clean, efficiently designed for our family, and very well furnished. My family had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything about Lakeside at Blue Mountain. Especially enjoyed the Weber grill. Looking forward to renting again in the coming years.

Weekend Getaway

Excellent, clean property in a great neighborhood. Within walking distance to plenty of fun places and to the beach. Would highly recommend this property to any one.

We produce custom screen printed t-shirts for customers all over the country. We have owned this company for 30 years. We also have 3 children, who have grown up loving Blue Mountain Beach.

Before buying our home in Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach we searched all over the 30A area. We chose Blue Mountain Beach for its close proximity to the Blue Mountain Beach Access and also because Blue Mountain Beach has a very cozy and laid back feel compared to the other 30A beaches. Also having the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery on the way to the beach is a big plus. They have amazing home made ice cream that you don't want to miss.
