Genießen Sie den ruhigen South Mission Beach-Bereich von Ihrer eigenen Ferienwohnung aus, nur wenige Schritte vom Wasser entfernt. Diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat einen offenen Grundriss und ist ideal für drinnen und draußen. Französisch Türen öffnen sich aus dem Wohnzimmer auf eine erhöhte Terrasse, wo Sie beim Kochen auf dem Grill entspannen.
Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen Flachbildfernseher und einem bequemen Ledersofa ausgestattet. Die neu gestaltete Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und eine Marmorinsel mit Platz für drei Sitzplätze. Das Esszimmer kann von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer mit einem Tisch für 6 Personen eingesehen werden.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein wunderbarer Raum mit übergroßen Kleiderschränken, großer begehbarer Dusche und eigenem Bad. Sie werden den großen Stauraum im Hauswirtschaftsraum neben der Garage zu schätzen wissen, in dem es viel Platz zum Organisieren gibt.

Great location

The location of this property is perfect especially when you have a family with small children. It’s extremely close to the bay and a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The condo needs a little love, a deep cleaning and simple clean up of the outdoor patio would go a long way.

San Diego

We are from Seattle and Minnesota looking for a little winter sunshine, little did we know we were there for a storm. Our Condo was perfect, we had a bay on one side and the ocean on the other side. A short walk down the boardwalk was a coffee shop and restaurants. the condo was very clean and comfortable.

Good for family, careful about parking

Nice kitchen, reasonable bedrooms and living space. Parking in the garage is nearly impossible - we had a rented Chevy Malibu. If car was any larger would not be able to get into spot. Upstairs renters had very very loud feet and construction next door was extremely loud all day and started at 7 am prompt. But construction should be done soon from what it looks like. I’d stay here again.

South Mission Beach Perfection

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Condo had every amenity and plenty of play toys for the beach: chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, and paddle boards. We loved it. Very clean, great kitchen, and comfortable with plenty of room. I was worried about the location since it was so close to the bars, but that was not a problem. It's actually a perfect location since it was also close to Mission Market, Sara's, and Gabianos our favorite places to grab lunch. The only drawback is its on the bottom floor so we had noise from the upstairs neighbors, but there was a sound machine in the bedroom which was great and drowned it out. We would definitely stay there again.

We could barely get our minivan in the garage and weren’t able to open the two front doors. Probably should give the size of the garage on the info. Overall we were satisfied and I would recommend it to someone else if they aren’t a clean freak like me.

Cozy little 807 Devon Court – Hidden Charmer

Reviewer Comments: 807 Devon court is a very cozy quiet townhome steps from the beach and the bay. Neighbors are friendly and the location is perfect. Just south of Belmont park and the big dipper roller coaster. Tons of places to eat everything is in walking distance. Cozy little Devon court will give you the feeling of being at home while you are on vacation. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone who has a family and wants to experience all of the comforts of home.

Parties and noise nearly every night of our 30 day stay... Complaints only made it worse.. Unbearable noise .. Constant loud voices and music..With no regard for anyone else...Total violation...I have seven children who visit out here nearly every year and I will definitely not recommend this place...Loved the accommodation but did not rest at is a shame that nothing is done to control these obvious violations and complete disregard for HOA and local ordinances...You have a great place... but we will not rent here again...

Great little pizza place across the street - Gabbiano's - wish we would have tried it early on! Neighbors are residents and very nice. Make sure you have a small car and an expert at backing into a narrow garage in an alley. Would definitely stay there again.

Toilet handle not working upon arrival and hardly any towels, but a call to mgr and it was all resolved. Patio was dirty and hadn't been used - we left it cleaner than when we arrived. It is well appointed comfortable and clean. It is in a great location on south mission. Steps to the bay or beach and right around the corner from the convenience store. The only bummer was the propane tank was empty on the grill and nobody picked up the phone when we called for service. Other than that we would recommend this place.
