Geräumige Lounge, Frühstücksbar, Küche, Bad, Holzboden, Sicherheitseingang, Kindersitz und Reisebett. Ausreichend Parkplätze an der Vorderseite des Grundstücks sind auf einem Meter (günstig £ 1, 80 pro Stunde) von 8.00 bis 18.00 Uhr. Das Parken über Nacht ist kostenlos. Option, einen Parkausweis für zusätzliche £ 5 pro Tag zu erhalten.

Amazing visit to south sea at an amazing place

Best place in Southsea!
I stayed here last year for 11 days in June, loved it so much I came back for the whole month of May.
The apartment is clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable, even the pullout sofa bed was comfy!
Everything i needed was provided, plus a lovely Welcome package from Igor and Bel.
Superb location, steps away from the beach, SouthParade Pier, Canoe Lake, Castle Grounds, Clarence Parade, Palmerston Road for shopping, lovely park walks all over. Very close to Gunwharf Quays, shopping, train Station, buses and great restaurants.
Sant Yago Tapas is incredible, but for the all important fish n chips take-out, "The Chippy" is the best by far, (3 min walk from apt)
Igor and Bel will do anything to make your stay as happy as can be, cannot say enough good things about them, Thanks for the "rescue" Igor :)
Cannot recommend this place any higher and I hope to be back next year with my husband and sons in June 2018

Great place to stay in very central Southsea
Ideal for exploring beautiful Southsea. Comfortable big bed and practical spotless bathroom. Dining arrangements much better than pictures suggest. Flat very light and airy. Some problems with lift access during our stay due to builders on site
blocking doors. Parking okay with permit despite Southsea being busy.

Lovely apartment
We had a lovely week combined with great sunshine over Easter . The apartment had all the facilities one could possibly need . And close to the park right opposite , handy to sit or walk the dog :the beach just across the small park and a little road .A Co-op just opposite the South pier ,but even closer a one stop shop and a premier shop and a chippy ! First left as you go out of front door . 5mins walk
Another pier to the right , walking distance along the front ,ideal for people /children who like fairground type activities . Of course the shops in Southsea and Portsmouth ! Lots to explore . Buses are frequent from turning just before the Coop if required . Enjoy !
Lovely Belle met us as we got a bit lost on our way but we were almost there ,so kind of her .thanks for a great week ! 💁🏻

Great location, cosy comfortable apartment
We have just returned from a 6 night stay in Southsea, cannot fault the apartment at all, comfortable bed, cosy living area, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The complimentary bread and milk etc were well appreciated. Fantastic location, parking was easy no problems at all and very quiet neighbours, combined with good weather, a great half marathon on the Isle of Wight and some very nice meals out, made for a perfect break. Thank you Belle and Igor for allowing us to stay in your apartment.

Fabulous Weekend Stay
We travelled down from Leeds to see some friends for a special birthday celebration. We had a fabulous weekend. Belle, the host met us at the property and was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The apartment was perfect for our stay and the welcome essential pack was a real bonus. We would not hesitate to return here, was just sad we were only there for the weekend.

Great location and wonderful hosts
Thank you Belle and Igor for a lovely stay in your flat. I was met by Belle with a much appreciated welcome package of milk, bread and wine and wonderful conversation. The location is great, it’s quiet, bright and airy, comfy bed, lots of bedroom cupboard space and the kitchen is well equipped with the essentials including washer/dryer. Even though I didn’t use it, it was nice to have a decent-sized freezer which would be very useful for long stays.
The flat is about a 10 minute walk to the Southsea shops, including 3 grocery stores. For those who prefer not to walk there are several bus stops along Clarendon Rd./Osborne Rd. (#23 bus will take you to The Hard). And it’s approx. 30 minutes to walk to the Fratton rail station or you can get a taxi for about £5.

What a Little Gem!
Absolutely fab weekend at this apartment in a perfect location for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and Belle was the perfect hostess. Thank you Belle for making us most welcome and thank you very much for the welcome pack, the wine was much appreciated after a long and tedious journey! We have had the most amazing weekend, catching up with old friends and taking a number of trips down memory lane, revisiting old haunts from nearly 40 years ago! A fantastic party just around the corner (less than five minutes walk from the apartment) on Saturday night, an amazing extended lunch on Sunday at the Old Custom House on Gunwharf Quays where we spent all afternoon and evening with some of our oldest friends and then the highlight of the weekend, a trip up the Spinnaker Tower this morning before returning home - Amazing! Glorious weather for most of the weekend and we could not have had a better day to go up the tower, the views were magnificent. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit the old historic city of Portsmouth, we have stayed in many HomeAway apartments both here in UK and abroad but this was probably the best equipped apartment we’ve ever had. Tea, Coffee, Milk, Bread, Wine and condiments all provided courtesy of Belle and Igor, comfy bed and a great shower! Thank you very much for helping us to have a fantastic weekend - we will definitely be back.

Great LOCATION!!!
I gave this apartment 4 stars because of the GREAT location. We were met by Belle with a nice welcome package with butter, milk and a bottle of Prosecco. The apartment is modern and basic and it was sufficent for a family of 4 with 2 small children. The location is perfect to take the kids to the Southsea beach (its a lovely rock beach and they loved throwing rocks in the water) and Southsea Rock Garden is right across the road. There is a small Co-op grocery store within a short walk. The Chippy is a great takeaway for fishχps and there is also a small grocery store across from The Chippy as well. We do love the location!

Nicely situated flat, close to sea front

Fantastic location
We really enjoyed our short stay here. Apartment clean & tidy, lovely linen & towels. Everything you need for your stay in Southsea. Welcome pack was a lovely surprise & Bell couldnt be more helpful. First impression not great entrance to building carpet old and smelly. Lift between floors not convenient for my husband. Inside apartment clean but very basic. No hairdryer or place to put shampoo or soap in shower stall. No information for tourists, pamphlets where to buy groceries or recommendation for restaurants.

Feels like Home
We have recently moved to Portsmouth, and this was our second stay in Igor's flat while we wait for our permanent place. It felt like coming home! Igor and Bell are both wonderful hosts, very helpful. As stated in our other review, the flat is in a great location. You can walk to any number of areas of town. We even walked to Gunwharf Quays one day, but took a taxi home. The gardens out front are a great place to sit and relax, very beautiful this time of year.
One thing we didn't mention in the first review was the quality of the apartment. It is modern and very nicely decorated. The kitchen has the basics for quick, easy meals and most importantly wine glasses! We didn't sleep on the sofa bed, but we tested out how it turns into a bed out of curiosity. It is so easy to use that we decided to get one for new home! Also, there is plenty of room for two people, which we put to the test with our enormous and numerous suitcases.
We highly recommend Mary Rose Court. This will be our go-to recommendation for anyone visiting Portsmouth.

Prefect!
We absolutely loved this property. It had beautiful gardens right in front, and the ocean is just past that. There are many dining options within walking distance. Igor was very helpful, and we just loved the bottle of processco upon arrival. We already have a second stay booked, and we can't wait to return. We will recommend this property to all of our friends and family.

Great place, Clean, good location
I stayed 2 nights with my family here. The owner, Igor, was very helpful and friendly. The location is a few miles from downtown Portsmouth but easy to get to and not far by car (we drove) and public transport.
The apartment itself was renovated in October 2015 and is new with open concept full kitchen. It was clean and simply furnished. All facilities working.
Road side parking is easy and free after 6pm.
Will stay here again.
