Unser Haus mit sechs Schlafzimmern und vier Bädern ist vom Designer gestaltet und bietet viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Drei der sechs Schlafzimmer sind Cal-King-Master mit eigenem Bad, von denen sich eines im zweiten Stock befindet. Die restlichen drei Schlafzimmer sind ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbetten. Diese Zimmer haben Zugang zum Flurbad. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über 47 "-LCD-Fernseher.

Der offene Hauptwohnbereich ist perfekt für Unterhaltung. Die Küche ist mit individuell getäfelten Schränken, Granitplatten, Travertin-Küchenrückwand und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet: Herd / Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Direkt neben der Küche befindet sich eine große Waschmaschine und ein Trockner für die Gäste. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für zehn Personen mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten an der Küchenbar. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 60-Zoll-Fernseher mit DVD-Player und die besten 250 Kanäle von Time Warner. Es gibt auch Highspeed-WLAN.

Aus dem Familienzimmer ist der Zugang zum privaten hinteren Jahr. Es gibt einen schönen beheizten Pool mit Whirlpool. Wir überwachen und kontrollieren die Temperatur für Sie von unserem Büro aus, um sicherzustellen, dass die Temperatur bei Ihrer Ankunft an ist. Genießen Sie auch unsere Speisen im Freien und Faulenzen und Erdgas BBQ Grill.

Das Spielzimmer in der Garage bietet Tischtennis, Airhockey und einen Kinderpool. Für Kinder und Kleinkinder gibt es ein Pack 'n Play, Kinderwagen, Hochstuhl und Kindersitz. Eine Queensize-Luftmatratze steht im Haus für zusätzliche Betten zur Verfügung.

Alle Möbel, Einrichtungsgegenstände usw. sind ab Februar 2015 neu. Nach einer kurzen, 15-min��tigen Fahrt gelangen Sie nach Disneyland und / oder zum Anaheim Convention Center. Von hier aus können Sie das Feuerwerk von Disneyland beobachten. Zuhause hat zentrale Luft und Wärme.

Safe Neighborhood! Great Location! Loved the Pool!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We came for a baseball tournament that was held in Irvine. The house is spacious and fit our big group perfectly! We loved the game room! The weather was cooler than normal but the pool and spa saved us! The location is great! Close to many beaches and so many restaurants an shopping within 10 min. It was tricky at first to get use to the safety alarms on the doors but by the end of the trip we were pros. We also had a visitor (an opossum) come by a few times. Overall, our stay was great!! We would defiantly stay here again!

A Return to Villa Park

Wonderful location near where my wife grew up in Villa Park. Easy access to Highway 55 and many amenities. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi along with being able to get easy access to Disney and the beach.

Great Home!

The home is perfect for family disney trips. One of the master bedrooms ran out of hot water quickly but likely due to the amount of people showering at the same time.Overall, it was a great home. If you pay a refundable deposit , be prepared for a 15 business day Hold to get it back.

House was as advertised. Master bathroom shower had a leaky shower head. The house rules were clear, however the accompanying signage all over the house felt somewhat oppressive.

Great house!

We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for our family (me, my husband, three adult children and spouses and one infant grandson). The house has plenty of space and seating for everyone, a well supplied kitchen, and of course the pool and hot tub. Management came by a couple times (not requested by us) and fixed one of the tv’s and then replaced the grill with a brand new one. It’s clear that they try hard to keep things up and in good working order We didn’t have any issues at all. They also were great at communicating (they gave us 24 hour notice that they would be stopping by to fix something) and responded pretty quickly to a couple of questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

House was very large and fit our groups needs.we enjoyed our stay very much with everyone having there own bathrooms and kids sharing. Pool area and backyard were beautiful. Several issues should be addressed 1 sliding door to pool is EXTREMELY difficult to open 2 floors left your feet black 3 lights in master bedroom/bathroom 1. were crazy not staying on motion sensor didn't function correctly 4 Dining room chairs need to be padded or replaced. Very uncomfortable. 5 water pressure in some bathrooms were weak

Lots of space and things to do

The house advertised multiple sleeping areas with the capacity for a large number of people and it did not disappoint! Many times places “say” they sleep many, but not comfortably. This one did! The jacuzzi was a little tough to know when we had effectively turned it on and off but that’s really my only downside. We thought the property was stellar!

Very Spacious and loved using “Belle Hopt” for grocery delivery!

The property management company offered “Belle Hopt” and I was able to pre order groceries and when we checked in, the fridge was full of the groceries I ordered. LOVED THAT!!

Great Property

The house was very spacious and clean. It had plenty of beds and enough room to never feel crowded. The backyard is a beautiful space with the pool and hot tub. The garage having a ping pong table and pool table was a great added source of recreation.

This is an adequate home. The floor layout was perfect for our family. It is not clean and by no means luxurious as stated. Furniture was very soiled. And the floor was absolutely filthy. The handy man came as called and was responsible to do what repairs were needed.

Very nice home and pool

Loved all the master bedrooms in this home, plenty of room for our family. The pool was great, the kids loved it… they did freak out about all the spider webs on all the outdoor furniture, but grandpa cleaned them off for us. Also most of the house was clean except for the floors in the house were very dirty, you couldn’t wear your socks or bare feet around the house or they would get black from the dirt, cleaners need to mop all the floors! Very close to Disneyland and the beach, our family had a great time!

Overall a Nice House!

First of all, I would agree with some of the past reviews that this house is a bit worn-out. With that said, I think the overall appearance of the house is okay. The one thing I was not impressed with was the lack of cleanliness of the home. We had to vacuum upon our arrival and there were several sticky marks throughout the kitchen and dining room and on nightstands. The house was also quite dusty. In all fairness, it seems like this house was pretty booked before and after our stay, so perhaps housekeeping didn't have enough time to thoroughly clean the home. The house itself is spacious and accommodating. The pool and spa were also nice. We had a couple issues with things not working during our stay, and the property manager almost instantly corrected the issues while we were there. All in all, the location is great, but I would recommend not viewing this as a luxury home. To me, it is more average, but rest assure the property management company is readily available to help if anything does come-up, and the house itself is large and fully stocked with the items shown in their pictures (plus some!).

Great Out of town retreat

We had some team members from out of town come and stay. The house was great for gathering before meetings, connecting with co-workers. The many rooms and private bathrooms allowed for everyone to have a great experience away from their local offices
