Schönes Penthouse, kürzlich renoviert und renoviert, nur wenige Meter vom Museum Reina Sofía entfernt.

Es ist eine herrliche Wohnung, die im Detail renoviert und eingerichtet wurde. Es hat eine große private Terrasse von 20m2, mit Pflanzen und Gartenmöbeln, ideal zum Mittag- und Abendessen, oder entspannen Sie sich in irgendeiner Weise genießen Sie die schöne Sonne, die wir das ganze Jahr über in Madrid haben.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem schönen Wohnzimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet (mit Doppelschlafcouch), eine moderne Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen, und ein komfortables Schlafzimmer mit Bad en suite. Alle Zimmer (Wohnzimmer, Küche und Schlafzimmer) haben einen direkten Zugang zur privaten Terrasse, so dass die ganze Wohnung hat den ganzen Tag über viel Sonnenlicht.

Die Delicias Straße und das Gebiet, in dem sie sich befindet, sind absolut sicher. Dies ist ein Wohnviertel von Madrid, das historische Stadtzentrum angrenzt. Kommunikation in jeder Art von Transport ist sehr gut.

Gut: Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation

Sehr gute Lage. Nicht Centro, aber trotzdem manche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fuss erreichbar. Metro, aeroport bus bis Atocha- alles in der Nähe. Ruhe nachts da nicht direkt zu Strasse. reichlich Gastronomie in der Umgebung Geputzt wird von externe Firma ( habe ich so verstaden), konnte genauer sein. Wohnung klein aber fein. Für 1 bis 2 personen völlig ausreichend. Von mir KLARE WEITEREMPFEHLUNG.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation

We had a pleasant stays. Catalina is very helpful. The apartment is very near with transportation, very quiet which what we needed for our stay. One night the wind was very strong and we can’t sleep because of the noise coming from the roof, I messaged Catalina and the next day it’s been fixed, great service. Highly recommend.

Sehr ruhige und gute Lage. Schöne Terrasse und schöne Wohnung. Nah zur U-Bahn um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Super Urlaub

Looks very nice at first sight, but a terrible place to stay

This apartment looks sleek and modern, and it is well-located. However, I cannot recommend it. The worst thing is the noise from the adjacent apartment. The bedroom of this apartment B shares a wall with the living room of apartment C, next door. Even normal conversation in C carries through to the bedroom of apartment B. We arrived on a Thursday. On Friday the person next door said she was having a party on Saturday night from about 10 pm until 2; it would be noisy, but it was only once a year. For us it was once a week. The party started at 8 pm and the last guests left at 6:18 the next morning. They were very loud. The elevator only holds a few people, so the guests congregated in the lobby waiting for it. At about 7 on Sunday, somebody stuck a toothpick in the doorbell button for our unit, and it buzzed until I went down to take out the toothpick. Probably retaliating for the noise we did not make. We realize that the owner did not make the noise problem, but the owner could not control it, either. If you stay here you are completely at the mercy of inconsiderate neighbors. There were other less serious inconveniences, as well. The shower has no shelf or other place to put soap or shampoo. The bathroom has a towel rack that holds one towel and one washcloth, only. The bathroom mirror partially obstructs the vanity faucet, so you can have strong water flow on hot or cold, but not in between. The curtains in the living room were broken and could not be raised or lowered. The management company said that the owner would fix them on Monday, but they were never fixed. Deluxe price, but a poor experience.

Great location, patio and service!

We spent a full week in Madrid in this apartment. It is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood a few minutes walk from the Palos de la Frontera subway station and all services (restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc). It’s also 10mins walk from the Atocha train station. This top 6th floor unit is very comfortable with the added bonus of a big size patio. We thoroughly enjoyed spending mornings and evenings there.The living room could be refreshed but everything else is in great condition. We did miss having a dishwasher but the clever dish dryer in the cupboard did the trick. The Genteel homes team was great! Even offered to intervene with our neighbors who were banging the doors loudly at all hours of the day. One note to them. It would be worthwhile and useful to have a document readily available in the unit with all the appropriate information. This would be useful for tips on what to do with our garbage for example :-) We highly recommend this unit. Enjoy Madrid!

Great apartment with super comfortable bed

Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids (7 and 11). The kids slept on the pull-out couch and were quite happy. The bed in the bedroom is fantastic- best sleep we had during the whole trip! The apartment is comfortable and well maintained. We stayed here at the end of trip to Spain so having the option to do laundry was very nice. I especially appreciated that there was detergent available so we could easily do one load. There is a grocery store across the street and another near by. The apartment includes a coffee machine and coffee and tea. We appreciated having this available first thing in the morning. We walked around a lot and ate in various neighborhoods. All meals were good! We also booked a Children's Art Tour at the Prado with Almu- highly recommend.

Great apartment

Apartment was very well done, has everything you need including a hair dryer and cookware for the induction stove. The bed is very comfortable and linens are higher end to provide more comfort. The shower had lots of pressure and hot water. The location is convenient to the art museums and walkable to the Royal Palace within 45 minutes. The terrace is a great addition which we used daily.Genteel Homes was easy to deal with and called a taxi for our very early morning flight. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Very nice apartment in the center of the city

The apartment is great, and as advertised. Located on a quiet street. The balcony extends the space. Kitchen is equipped for light cooking, probably not for serious cooking. It was just fine for us, since we had breakfast in the apartment and ate out the rest of the day. The hosting team was helpful. Overall a nice stay. Recommended.

ESTUPENDO

Excellent

Very clean and comfortable. Convienient to all big art museums. Subway and train station two blocks away. Great terrace if it is cool enough to enjoy. This place gets high marks.

Nice apartment

Very private & stylish apartment. Full kitchen with the problem of absolutely no basics or staples except salt. A starter pack of coffee would have been nice for the Nespresso machine. It makes it difficult to do much cooking without any oil or spices. The local market sold 1 liter bottles only! The bathroom could also use a shelf or rack in shower to hold soap and shampoo. There is nothing but the floor. Great water pressure though. We did enjoy our stay and there are many close by restaurants.

Perfect home in Madrid!

The apartment was actually better than described. The quality of the doors, floors, bathroom fixtures, kitchen amenities, bedding etc were excellent. Our only regret is that the weather was not more conducive for us to enjoy breakfast & a glass of wine or two on the beautiful patio after a day of sightseeing, going to our first ever bullfight, visiting the park & the Prado etc, etc. We did make use of the washing machine which is a huge benefit when you've been travelling for several weeks. Youlia, who met us at the apartment has lots of helpful tips, including mercados around the corner, and a great tapas bar where we had a lot of fun, wine & of course food. Loved the location, the city, the people, the food, the bullfight and the apartment was great to come home to. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Location

Wonderful location near the train station and the museums, yet still a very quiet location. The apartment, with its large garden balcony, was a very inviting place to stay and we enjoyed eating dinner outside on the terrace. The bed was VERY comfortable, which is a big factor to us. The apartment in general was very clean; again, a big factor for us. Genteel-Home was excellent with getting in touch with and when we needed to contact someone during our stay, the response was almost immediate. Loved that someone met us at the apartment instead of needing to go to another office to get the key. Another big plus is that a good grocery store is just down the street. I gave the apartment four stars for a couple of items that may or may not be a factor to others and which mostly relates to the kitchen. A nice kitchen with a good induction cook top and oven and a full-sized refrigerator. However, most of the cookware did not work well on the cook top because it was too light. The coffee maker would not work at all on the cook top. I sense the apartment was recently redone and the cookware was new and no one thought about how it might work on an induction cook top. Another minus for us was that a hair dryer was not supplied with the apartment. This was doubly frustrating since HomeAway listed the property as having one but when i contacted Genteel-Homes when we were there, I was told one was not supplied with this apartment. Given how upscale this apartment felt, I was surprised it did not come with a hair dryer. Overall, a very nice apartment and a great location and I would consider staying there again - though, I would hope the cookware situation would be taken care of! :-)

very comfortable and clean

The host is very friendly and sincere; although her English is limited, but she was not hesitate to talk to us and showed us around the apartment, she wanted to make sure that we are enjoy our stay as well as getting around Madrid. Very professional and good at guest service.

Excellent property and superb service

Location is excellent, a short walk to Atocha Station and about 20 minutes to the Prado Museum. The appartment has been very well renovated with good taste and top materials and has all one would need: it's bright, comfortable, clean and spacious. More important, Beatriz provided above-average, excellent service, attentive to our needs and providing good advice on restaurants and things to-do. Definetely, a place we would go back to and would highly recommend.
