Die BougainVilla ist privat gelegen und ein absolutes Juwel an der Algarve.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Meerblick (600 m²) voller Bougainville-Blumen mit großer Terrasse, beheiztem Pool, Whirlpool und großem Garten (4, 600 m²) mit Spielplatz, großem Schachspiel und Grillplatz. Ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Kamin, Bibliothek, Billardtisch und Essbereich. Es gibt eine moderne Küche im portugiesischen Stil mit Esstisch. Der linke Flügel beherbergt ein großes Gästezimmer mit eigenem Bad und die Eignersuite mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und eigenem Bad. Der rechte Flügel bietet 3 weitere große Gästezimmer, einen Flur und zwei luxuriöse Badezimmer. Draußen gibt es einen großen beheizten Pool und einen separaten Whirlpool. Es gibt eine große nach Südwesten ausgerichtete Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen sowie Tischen und Stühlen für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Es gibt einen separaten Grillplatz mit Plancha, Grill, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spüle und einem großen runden Esstisch. Die weitläufigen Rasenflächen bieten den Kindern viel Platz zum Spielen (wenn Sie sie aus dem Pool holen können!).
Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein Fitnessraum mit Fitnessgeräten.
Es gibt auch eine Tischtennisplatte in voller Größe, einen Billardtisch, einen Kicker, Beach-Football / Volleyball, Jeu de Boule und ein großes Schachspiel.

Multi generational holiday

Beautiful spacious home away from the crowds. Great location with a car as only a short hop to lots of pretty towns and villages. We had the pool heated and it was fabulous used by the whole family. All the bedrooms open to the central social area which was a delight.But at night very private .. 2 young babies and everyone slept well.

Incredible Villa, amazing location, great host

The Villa is truly incredible, and perfect for our large group of a full range of ages. Our host (Michel) was always quick to respond and helpful with any questions or problems that we had. I have never seen a 'rental' property that is so well stocked with items and everything you could possibly need. It truly is like staying in someone's home (without them there of course). We would certainly stay again, and have already passed the info on to friends. Would highly recommend.

Great house, great vacation

The house is even better than the pictures. 5 star equipment with everything you need and beyond to make it a perfect stay. My family and friends (10 people with teenagers) had a great time. Really enjoyed everything including the pool, the beach volley and the ping pong table. Michel and Carolina were great all along. Very clear check-in and super responsive. Thank you very much.

Beautiful central spot in the Algarve

Spent a week in July here at Michel’s beautiful home with my senior parents and two families with children ranging from 9 to 15. It was perfect. Tons of space to branch out, lovely pool with a view and hot tub. Loved the gym and the outdoor kitchen + dining area. It is very central (approx 20 min drive to everything). Boliquieme is a lovely little town just a few minutes away. Hard to find anything to critique. Perhaps an extra gate/house key as we had 2 cars and people coming and going at different times. We would love to return :)

Massive well appointed villa

Pool was quite cold due to time of year, but hot tub helped balance that. There is nothing you need in this villa, it is very spacious and has everything a family would need. You need a car as it is up on a hillside. Michel was very helpful and the check in and check out process was very easy. Would recommend this villa without hesitation.

Amazing house

My children said this house was like the Magical house in Disney film Encanto it had very special feel to the house. Theres so much entertainment for all ages from the snooker table and chess to the pool and hot tub, it’s so spacious with lots of tables to eat at or just enjoy a different outside view with a coffee. The host Michel was fantastic if we had a question. This house has and amazing outside table and BBQ area which was great for celebrating our special birthday.

The best Villa ever

This Villa is incredible. Nothing is old. Everything is beautifully done. The facilities are brilliant and in perfect condition. Its spotlessly clean. The venue is perfect for family gathering, with the villa incredible kitted out if you have small children or old. This place has everything you will ever need whilst on holiday, from multiple fridges to endless jugs or travels, anything you need. The communication with the host is seamless as well. The whole stay is made so so easy. I will re-book.

A gem in the Algarve

The Bougain Villa was everything it promised to be and a lot more. Pre trip communication and information with/by the owners was always smooth, efficient and very professional. So was the check-in process. The villa is uge, the layout, the furniture is extremely generous. The kitchen, like the rest of the house is more than fully equipped and lacks of absolutely nothing. We liked the 2 wings of the house, giving the parents some nice separation and privacy from the 3 kids bedrooms. Pool- and Pingpongtables were in heavy use throughout our stay, so of course was the pool and the fully equipped gym. We also made good use of the outdoor BBQ and did find time to play some chess and beach volley. The entire property is magnificently maintained and within easy reach (by car) of many beaches, towns and Faro airport. Local shopping in town is a 2 minute drive, close enough to get fresh croissants every morning. We loved every bit and every second of our 2 week stay and will definitely try to come back for another vacation. Andre and Michele with kids

TOPP FERIE

Vi hadde store forventninger til ei ferieuke med familien. Vi har i år flere jubileum familien, og ville derfor ha med alle sammen til en ferie sammen. Vi, våre tre sønner og deres respektive, og våre tre barnebarn på 1, 3 og 5 år såg fram til dette. Ut fra bildene såg dette topp ut, og det var det, faktisk overgikk stedet våre forventninger. God plass til alle, gode fasiliteter, rent og hyggelig crew som stod til vår tjeneste hele tiden. Renholder, ei hyggelig dame, var veldig kjekk, det samme var Pedro, som rengjorde bassenget to ganger. Barn og voksne storkoste seg i bassenget, og terrassen ble flittig brukt til soling og spising og avslapping. Dette stedet kan virkelig anbefales.

This is an excellent quality villa that has space for everybody a fantastic deep hot tub beautiful pool places to be in the shade and the sun it has excellent grounds the gym and you’re not by any means on top of each other as this place is huge pictures do not show you just how big this villa is. It’s in a quiet tranquil place with fantastic views out towards the ocean and would be good for lovers looking to get away families for larger family groups it is set out thoughtfully with more than every you will need throughout. Owners are very helpful

WOW, absolutely fantastic villa, the pictures do not do it justice!

12 of us (8 adults and 4 children) stayed at this most amazing villa. What the pictures do not show is the amount of space this villa has - a quote from one of the teenagers “it’s better than the villa in ‘Love island :)’”. There is plenty to do from the amazing pool to the gym, pool table, outside chess board, and the bbq area was perfect. A great time to be had by all!

Nydelig og stort hus med alle fasiliteter. Veldig høy standard både innendørs og utendørs .

Et nydelig hus med store og luftige rom som er oppdelt slik at selv en stor gruppe på 10+ kan trekke seg tilbake til fred og ro i et av de mange oppholdsstedene både ute og inne. Et fantastisk grillområde i hagen. Et stort atrium med mange sittesoner og solstoler foran det flotte bassenget.

Fabulous villa in a wonderful setting

Three generations of our family had a great holiday. The children loved the pool,table-tennis,chess and boules. They were happy which meant we could all relax and enjoy what the villa had to offer. My only criticism is that the pre-arrival preparations were not thorough in that the outside dining tables had not been cleaned very well...thick with dust/dirt! Also, more than 12 lightbulbs did not work, including all 5 in the BBQ area meaning we had to take bulbs from other lamps to have a meal. There were no spares. The 'piso' electric gas ignition on the gas BBQ did not work...the wire is broken! Maintenance is clearly an issue.

Thank you Alistair for your input and nice to hear that you enjoyed your stay so much. Our sincere apologies that the cleanliness was not the way it normally is. Unfortunately our cleaning crew(family) had to leave for Lisbon because of a deceased family-member. So they must have overlooked a few thinks because we normally get compliments of how clean the house is. We also sorted out the lightbulbs issue which seemed to be a shortcut in the cable which we had replaced and also the BBQ is taken care off. We would love to invite you back so you can enjoy our home at the high standards we want it to be for our guests.

A wonderful villa with a lot of space and charm

We have had a wonderful week in this fantastic villa. The size of the villa, style and feel of the house gave it a cosy atmosphere. We were two families with 5 children between 13 and 22 staying in The house for one week. We spent a lot of time in the house. Both indoors and on the fantastic terrace and in the wonderful garden. We had a barbeque nearly every evening and the kitchen was really nice. The kitchen had everything we could ask for. The pool was something we all found great. You could find both sun and shade near The pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we expected and had working air condition. The few small problems we had were solved fast and in a smooth way. The villa is located in a peaceful area. It is a distance to restaurants and shops, but still in walking distance. It is a wonderful place to long for again and it is a holiday we will always talk about.

Férias em família

Casa fabulosa para umas excelentes férias em família. Grandes espaços comuns e uma cozinha equipada com tudo o necessário para refeições em família feitas com qualidade. Viajámos com duas crianças pequenas de 7 e 5 anos que adoraram a casa, a piscina e o belíssimo jardim. Fizemos algumas refeições na zona de barbecue que é espetacular. A casa está muito bem equipada. Saliento ainda a simpatia e hospitalidade do Michel e da Louise, os donos de casa. que revelaram sempre grande atenção a todos as nossas necessidades. Uma experiência que se possível gostaríamos de repetir. O facto de não termos sequer ligado a televisão durante toda a semana diz muito sobre as excelentes condições desta casa para férias em família com muita qualidade.

Heavenly!

I had high expectations prior to my holiday, but totally underestimated just how magnificent this property was. I just loved everything about it: location, style and comfort. I had a truly magical holiday with my family, and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone, and although I have a rule saying I'll never return to the same place twice...in this case I'd have to make an exception....this is the perfect home in the perfect location....thank you Michel for sharing your slice of heaven with my family!

It was a pleasure hosting Nicholas Rowland and his family. They were very polite and careful with everything in and around the house. And left the house behind very tidy. Guests which makes a home-owner happy. We would love to host them again in the future.

We fell in love with this place because of the beautiful wide sea view and lovely gardens in combination with the spacious rooms. The solar heated pool and hot-tub. A serene location where it's very quiet even in the summer high season. A wonderful holiday home in the sun only 10 minutes away from the beaches.

The villa is situated against the hill in a very quiet serene location.
Boliqueime is a quiet original Portuguese village with a small square and a church surrounded by some bars and restaurants only minutes away from the beaches, golf, nightlife, restaurants and the marina Vilamoura Jet-Set.
A little further away there are aqua-parks, marina-zoo(dolphins), old villages, many golf-courses, shopping-malls(Faro, Guia), cinema and picturesque villages inland.
Even Lisbon, Spain and Sevilla are only a 2-3 hours driving with the highway, on the other side of the hill, just a few minutes away.
For the adults and children there is a wide range of games in the house and the garden. Table-tennis, climbing frame, swing, football, sandpit, shuffle-board, badminton, tennis, boardgames, pool-games, etc.

Our guest manager welcomes you upon arrival.
On Saturdays and Wednesday morning the gardener is there to clean the pool and maintain the garden.
