Diese helle und freundliche Wohnung befindet sich neben der U-Bahn-Station Monumental und neben der berühmten Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi Meisterwerk entfernt.

Die Altstadt und das Stadtzentrum (Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya, Ramblas) weniger als 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die U-Bahn-Station ganz in der Nähe befindet. Nur 200 Meter entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist bereit, damit sich die Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen.

Tolle Lage
Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich, keine kaffeemaschine, kein Krug o.ä. waschmaschine aber kein wäscheständer. Sofa kaputt und daher nicht ausklappbar. Ansonsten top Wohnung. Sehr nah an sagrada familia.

Host was friendly and accomodating. Could really have used some paper towels and more than 2 small rolls of toilet paper. An extra pillow and blankets would be helpful. Finally, kitchen dinnerware and utensils need some improvement. Cooking was difficult given the materials available.

We really enjoyed the property! Its location was excellent, short walks to La Sagrada Familia, Park De Cuitadella, and many places to shop and eat. Very walkable! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and Victoria was very responsive and easy to work with! Thank you!

Convenient location
The location was close to the se grade familia and the Mirador Torres Glores. The photos make it look a little better than it was. It was clean, walls are scuffed. The main issue was we were told to make sure the windows and doors were locked when we left and upon checking them, the window in the first bedroom would not lock. His window opens onto a small balcony and slides to open. We called to let them know and they said a maintenance man would come to look at it. The only th8ng we could find to block the window shut was the bedside stand which we placed there to secure our possession so we could meet friends for dinner. When returned , the maintenance person had obviously been there since the bedside stand was no longer in the track of the window, but the window was not locked and had obviously never lock since the latch on the frame sits about 3 inch’s above the connecting part on the window. Unfortunately whi don’t travel with a star nit screw driver or I could have fixed it myself and probably stayed despite the room darkening shade in the second bedroom not lowering and the mattress being about 4 inches thick and sitting very low to the ground. We notified Dani the next day that we were not comfortable staying with the window not locking and moved to a hotel for the following 3 days of our trip. We did not hear back, nor did she offer a refund. This more than doubled the cost of our stay in Barcelona since paid for both this place and a hotel and multiple cab rides.

Me and my other 4 friends stayed at Dani's 4 nights for the NYE. The apartment is modern, with spacious living room and kitchen and a very good bathroom. It was perfect for our needs and we had a great time. Only issue: the area is very residential so you won't find a Mercadona or shops around the corner, but the metro station Monumental is at 5 min walking distance. Nothing else to say, I definitely recommend it!

Skvělý zážitek z Barcelony i díky výbornému ubytování. Hostitel je velmi milý a komunkace s ním je na vysoké úrovni, odpovídá velmi rychle. Škoda, že jsme se s ním nesetkali, ale vše zajistil, abychom měli jednoduchý příchod. Ve vše nám vyhověl. Samotný byt se nachází přibližně 2-3 minuty od stanice metra Monumentale a pěšky k Sagrada Familia to je 5-7 minut. Vše v bytě je nové a hezké, v každé pokoji je okno resp. balkon. Kuchyně je prostorná a nic v ní nechybí. Večer je kousek slyšet ruch z ulice, ale dá se bez problémů usnout. Každému doporučuji! Když najblžšie přijdu do Barcelony, tak určitě sem.

Danis Wohnung war top! Alles wie auf den Bildern abgebildet - daher wussten wir, was uns erwartet und wurden davon auch nicht enttäuscht. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! Dani selbst haben wir nicht getroffen. Eine Freundin hat uns die Schlüssel Nachts übergeben (gegen Aufpreis) da unser Flugzeug um 23:00 Uhr landete. Supermarkt & Metro Station sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, Sagrada Familia ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

The place was exactly described as in the listing page, very clean and roomy for a family of 6. We were traveling with 2 children and 2 elderly parents. It is conveniently located near markets and public transportation (several bus routes and Metro nearby). It is a very safe neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and the Sagrada Familia is within walking distance! Dani was very accommodating. We had an early flight into Barcelona and he was very kind to let us check in early. He ensured that every thing was fine within our staying and helped me to confirm an airport transfer on the day of departure. Thank you for everything Dani!! We love your place and your beautiful town.

The flat looked very much it did in the pictures. The apartment was perfect for our family with 2 bedrooms and plenty of room. We much prefer it over a hotel. The metro is close and plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. It is also very close to a recreational area called Glòries. Very easy to get around. The apartment was quiet at night and like it said in the posting its a family building. Plenty of great towel and bed linens. I wish the host had taken more time to explain how everything worked. The washing machine, micro wave, stove were all new for us and it would have saved us time to have proper instructions. Eventually we figured it out. All in all a positive experience.

Dani's apartment is great place! I spend there 5 days, and it looks exactly like the pictures. is very central, 50 meter from the metro, and 20 min walk to Catalunya. The rooms are cosy, clean, fresh air comes inside the house.. and the shower is great! hot water like I love. at the first day there was stinky smell, I guess it was neighbor's cooking.. I didn't meet Dani, but there was other girl that showed us around. no'one live in the house, is only for visitors like us (I guess..) In conclusion, I recommend about this place! I'm sure that everyone who will stay there will be satisfied. Thanks, Amitai

All the details of the appartment were correct. Everything looked like new and very clean. Talked to Dani many times on the phone for information on parking and bikes, he was available throughout the day and night so great help to us.Our car got towed away in front of the appartment so make sure you park it in a garage. Only minus point that it is not next to the Sagrada as stated but a couple of blocks away, very nice neighbourhood though. We did not meet Dani but his friend, she was a good host and waited patiently for our arrival. Many thanks to Dani for our great stay on Barca! And definitely would stay here again.
