Das von der Northumberland County Council anerkannte Sandridge wurde nach außergewöhnlichem Standard renoviert und befindet sich in der Nähe des Strandes und der längsten Promenade der Grafschaft. Es gibt einen Park in der Nähe für kleine Kinder und einen Golfplatz zu Fuß erreichbar. Die maßgeschneiderte Küche verfügt über einen integrierten Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt ein Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein Duschbad für Jack und Jill im Obergeschoss. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Smart 3D-Fernseher und alle 3 Schlafzimmer haben Fernseher / DVD-Player. DVDs und Musik-CDs sind verfügbar. Das Anwesen verfügt auch über superschnelle Glasfaser-Wi-Fi. Sandridge ist mit dem Auto leicht von vielen Orten aus zu erreichen, darunter Newcastle, Alnwick, Bamburgh, Seahouses, Amble und Warkworth. Sie können erstklassige indische und italienische Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. Chinesisch, Pizza und ein preisgekröntes Fish & Chip-Geschäft befinden sich in der Nähe. Sowie Pubs und Cafes. Der Central Club (der regelmäßig musikalische Abendunterhaltung veranstaltet) bereitet von Dienstag bis Sonntag und Sonntagmittag ein komplettes englisches Frühstück zu.

Sehr schön eingerichtet Fewo, direkt am Meer!

Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man für ein Kurzurlaub braucht. Sehr angenehm Betten. Sehr schön das in jedem Schlafzimmer ein TV steht. Sehr schnell am Strand, im nächsten Pup und in der Stadt. Die Wohnung können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Sauber und modern. Die Vermieter geben sich viel Mühe, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten und ein guten Einstieg in den Urlaub zu geben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Absolutely perfect location. Picture postcard view of the beach and sea which is literally a short walk away House is beautifully decorated with a seaside theme in most rooms. Very comfortable beds and settees and a kitchen which has everything you would ever need.Outside is a back yard with comfy seating. We absolutely loved every day we stayed . And as soon as we left we yearned to return ..Fabulous

Fantastic break in great location

We had a fantastic time in Sandridge, less than a minute to the sandy beach. At the cottage we wanted for nothing as it was very well equipped and decorated beautifully. Would definitely go back and dee and Gary are wonderful hosts especially in these trying times. Couldn't fault it at all.

Amazing stay in Northumberland.

Gary and Dee have set the bar very high at Sandridge. Everything you need and more. Previous reviews say it all. I wish they had more cottages around the country as we would definitely go to those. If we returned to the area we would definitely stay at this cottage again. Less than 100 yards from a beautiful beach and locals shops and restaurants within in an easy walk.

Home from home

Lovely cottage in a great location, right next to the beach & promenade which was great for early morning walks with our little dog. Although the weather wasn’t great it was so nice to come back each day to a comfy home from home!! Everything here you could need on a day to day basis. Very thoughtful welcome gifts and even Charlie the dog had his own bed and toys. Thank you both

Delighted to return

This is the second time we have spent a week at Sandridge. We enjoyed ourselves so much last time that we came back for more. Having been born in Newbiggin it is always nice to return to your hometown and Sandridge is the perfect location as well as having all the facilities you could possibly need. Everything is ready for you, plenty of towels and soaps, well-equipped kitchen and a lovely welcome basket as well as fresh fruit milk and a cake. Gary & Dee go out of their way to make this a home from home. I highly recommend Sandridge to anyone who is thinking of touring the magnificent north-east coast.

Very comfortable and convenient area to stay.

More than adequate. Plenty of the necessities like hot water, plenty of nice towels, TV good, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, plenty of space. Heating system is good and other facilities easy to operate.

Great property

A lovely property that is well looked after and charming. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus and so thoughtful. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Home from Home!

Booked this little gem for my in-laws, who absolutely loved their break by the sea. The house is very well furnished and the owners went above and beyond to ensure they had a great stay. Good communication both before, during and after the stay. Of special note is the kind way they treated the family dog as an honoured guest - even had his own bed! Thanks again, we'd definitely book for future trips.

Cosy, characterful home.

Gary and Dee seem to have thought of every comfort. The house and owners were pleasant and wonderfully welcoming. Our little granddaughter loved all the interesting features and soon developed a morning routine greeting all the nicknacks. We visited many of the sites on our bucket list, despite the weather, and found the whole area fascinating. Thank you to Gary and Dee for setting the scene for our lovely family holiday.

Our family were born and bred in the North East and when this beautiful sandstone house close to the sea and promenade came up for sale we were lucky enough to purchase it.
Having spent many happy times at our caravan at Sandy Bay, Newbiggin by the Sea, (as have our holiday guests) we were very aware of the needs of holiday makers. Living close to the property we are able to personally manage Sandridge, in order to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience - we are friendly, helpful people and I assure you nothing is too much trouble. If you have any special needs we are happy to help.

Our families ages range from 2 to 89, and the area accommodates the different needs. For example, the beach and park for the young ones, Newcastle City Centre for the lively night live, theatres, and shops, is only a short drive away. My husband and I, and my 89 year father particularly enjoy a stroll along the promenade, and the beautiful Northumberland Coast line, where you can visit Amble, Sea Houses, Bamburgh, Alnwick Castle and Gardens (Harry Potter), and see some breath taking scenery. The house is perfectly situated for exploring Northumberland.
