Eine neu renovierte Finca aus dem Jahr 1732, 6 Gehminuten vom Stadtplatz von Soller entfernt. In einem schönen Obstgarten, großem Garten und Pool mit verschiedenen Terrassen. Herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge und sehr ruhige Lage.
Auf höchstem Niveau gefertigt und liebevoll von uns selbst entworfen.

Parken hinter verschlossenen Toren für vier Autos (sobald Sie die sehr enge Fahrt ausgehandelt haben!)
Große, hübsche Gärten, Orangen-, Zitronen-, Avocado-, Granatapfel-, Pfirsich- und Aprikosenbäume, mit verschiedenen Chillout-Bereichen ..
Der Stadtplatz ist so nah, brilliant zum Ein- und Austauchen .... und es gibt so viel zu sehen und zu tun in der Nähe ..

Wenn Sie durch die schweren Holztüren gehen, gibt es einen schönen großen Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich mit einem Holzofen. Das Zwischengeschoss ist fünf Stufen höher, wo Sie einen stilvollen TV-Raum mit Doppelschlafcouch finden, die auf das Zwischengeschoss Schlafzimmer und Duschraum führt. Ideal für ältere Paare, unabhängig zu sein. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die restaurierten Fliesenböden.
Wenn Sie die Treppe weitergehen, finden Sie das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Himmelbett und einem eigenen Badezimmer mit herrlichem Bergblick vom Julia-Balkon ...

Es gibt ein luxuriöses Familienbadezimmer und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer auf dieser Etage, von denen eines als Kingsize-Bett oder zwei Einzelbetten konfiguriert werden kann.


Zurück im Erdgeschoss finden Sie den Hauswirtschaftsraum mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sowie eine klassische Küche, die in die Sommerküche und Veranda führt. Es gibt einen Esstisch im Freien für 10 Personen. Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme rund um den Pool und eine schöne halb geschlossene Terrasse mit Sofas im Freien.

Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt auch eine Ölzentralheizung, die hoffentlich nicht benötigt wird !!

NB. Es gibt einen Grundpreis für 4 Gäste von November bis April von 1.000 £. Mit Ausnahme von Weihnachten wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von £ 25 pro Person und Nacht erhoben. Vielen Dank.

Wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Wendy's Finca. The grounds were stunning as was the villa itself. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children. The location was fantastic, as just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Soller. Communication was great and I'd highly recommend staying here.

Lovely house in Soller
A great location, a short walk into a charming little town, the house was very well equipped, especially the cooking facilities, comfortable and spacious. Everyone in our party strongly recommends staying here for a relaxing pool/beach holiday. The only minor gripe is the fact that all the outdoor lighting cuts out at 11pm.

Everything was great
The house is very beautiful, inside and outside. All amenities and stuff worked perfectly fine, except wifi coverage in one of the upper floor room but this is small matter. We cooked and did our laundry almost every day here and did not come into any problem at all. Walking distance to town center, along the way there's a river with ducks swimming and playing which our kids loved. We helped ourselves to some oranges straight from the trees, this was a unique experience to us as we only get oranges from market.

Family holiday in Soller
We had a lovely holiday for 3 generations of family including 2 toddlers. This lovely property proved ideal for all. The secure pool and grassy play area were particularly suitable for the young children and we enjoyed freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice from the wealth of fruit in the garden. Proximity to Soller town meant walking into town very practical.

Fantastic Week :)
Just returned from a fabulous week at this amazing property in Soller. We were 7 adults, a 3 year old and a 15 month old. The pool/garden area is great, the property is lovely and clean and the location and surrounding views are perfect. The pictures are very accurate and you could spend all week in this property with no reason to leave, but equally it makes the ideal base for exploring the island. Will definitely be returning!

A Mediterranean Dream
Where do I begin? Ca'n Vidorra was a perfect choice for our family trip to Soller! The historic house and property have been thoughtfully and meticulously restored with quality materials and design. The bedrooms are very comfortable with good mattresses and high quality linens, and the bathrooms are well done with great showers and lots of hot water.The living spaces are so comfortable and stylish. We loved the fireplace and wish the weather had been warmer to enjoy the spectacular view, outdoor spaces, and the pool. The kitchen is very well done and well stocked so that all staples are already on hand. Wendy generously provided fresh breads, crackers, milk, wine and water! And a special thank you to Adriana, her property manager, who was available for help and info whenever needed. Wendy, thank you for sharing your comfortable, beautiful property with us!

Feels like you’re in paradise!
The setting is breathtaking, in a valley with orange and lemon groves and mountain views. It is a short walk to the town of Soller. Also right from the house, we hiked on a path to Fornalutx, another charming town, 2.5 miles gradually uphill. The property is beautifully decorated, well maintained, with much thought and effort given to the guests comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful family week at Ca’n Vidorra. A beautifully restored Mallorcan Finca. The swimming pool was amazing for our 3 grandchildren. We enjoyed outdoor evening meals, the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed for 9 people. Cool air conditioning to sleep and well used shady spots in the garden. We will definitely return.

This was a dreamy, magical place to celebrate my retirement with my husband and two couples! We did not want to leave the property! The setting against the mountains was spectacular. We spent many hours in the pool and could swim laps. The multiple outdoor living spaces just added to the relaxed environment to enjoy long outdoor meals and lazy afternoon naps. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the outdoor kitchen expanded the number of us who could cook. We loved making dinners after our daily shopping in town. We had Bittan, a chef recommended by Wendy, cook 3 nights for us. Her food was fabulous, and she was a total delight! The house was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for three couples. It was a wonderful vacation in a fabulous property!

Fabulous Finca!
I had an amazing week in this wonderful finca, words don't really do it justice! The views were stunning and the property had a lot to offer. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. They had the best stocked kitchen i have ever seen. I loved the fresh Soller orange juice and eating outside while enjoying the mountain views. The property is so quiet and private, yet only a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. I didn't need a car and also explored some of the nearby villages on foot. I look forward to returning sometime in the future! Fantastic home in a lovely town
Lovely house with everything you could need and amazing views - particularly from the main upstairs bedroom. We have just spent a month here and loved it. Fresh orange juice in the morning and homemade lemonade from the windfalls from the abundant citrus trees in the garden. Ideal location for wandering to the square for dinner or walking out of the door into the hills or to the port. In February we were able to sit in the sun by the pool, although not all of us were brave enough to venture into it. We sampled many of the restaurants in the town and enjoyed the Friday night music at Cafè Soller where the food is great too. We also used the paellera at the house which was a great hit with our visitors. A special mention for Adrianna who was always available for any queries. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

A perfect place to stay
With 6 adults and three under 4 any location was going to have to be good for us all to enjoy it. And Ca’n Vidorra was more than good. The location is ideal for a wander into town, with a playgroubnd on the way if you know where to look. The pool is really safely enclosed so there is no danger to the little one's, the villa is well equiped and meals on the terrace are a joy with a spectacular view over the hills. Wendy and the housekeeper Adriana are incredibly helpful, we had a problem with some of the air-con which Adriana quickly resolved for us and when the pool needed something sorted we didn't even notice it had been done, but Wendy the owner kept us fully informed. With the pictures and the 'whatthreewords' location it was easy to find, but whatever you do dont hire a large car as the drive is very narrow, but there is plenty of parking space if you do and make it to the property. We will be back for sure !
