Ein fantastischer Ort, um Ihren Strandurlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben gerade die Aktualisierung abgeschlossen und es ist perfekt für eine Familie oder zwei Paare. Sie werden den Strandbalkon lieben, der sich vor dem Wohn- und Essbereich befindet, und unser Balkon an der Bucht ist ein großartiger Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang und das Feuerwerk zu beobachten.
Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang den Weg hinunter durch den bewachten Poolbereich. Um Ihren Strandurlaub noch besser zu machen, stellen wir Ihnen Strandtücher, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, einen Kühler und Sandspielzeug zur Verfügung. Entspannen Sie sich im Poolbereich mit Vitamin D oder genießen Sie den beheizten Pool und den Whirlpool.
Die Küche bietet alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen. Sie können es sogar mit der Reflexion des Strandes im Spiegel hinter dem Waschbecken genießen. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich ebenfalls im Gerät, so dass kein Überpacken erforderlich ist.
Beide Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Kingsize-Betten mit schönen Baumwollbettwäsche, eigenem Bad, 32-Zoll-Fernseher und DVDs. Wir bieten viele große, weiche Handtücher.

Great vacation

This property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the swimming pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of sand and shells. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. We added to the sand castle toys and left them for the next family. Bring your own coffee! Other than that I would book again.

Great girls trip

We had an excellent stay at this property! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the provided beach supplies were incredibly helpful, as it meant we didn't have to pack as much. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location for Fully Enjoying the Beach

A beach-front view and easy access to come and go makes all the difference when you're at the beach. The apartment was very well outfitted for beachgoers and access, and even when we were inside, the view couldn't be beat. The sunrises were spectacular.

Once we finally got into the condo it was awesome. We had issues getting the code & communication was difficult with the manager, I suggest texting the door codes to renters. Once inside the view was wonderful & it was very clean! A+

Very close walk to the beach. Plenty of shower towels, they supplied chairs and boogie boards for the beach, everything you need to be able to cook. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Best condo I've stayed in so far. Very clean. Elevators and carts to carry your belongings upstairs. 10/10 recommend.

Great place

Very clean, loved that they had so many beach towels and towels for the shower. The kitchen was so nice and complete. The mattresses were super comfortable. 1 thing we wished was different, was more light in the living room area/kitchen and also lights in the balcony. Also, please provide a sponge to wash the dishes. We had an issue with the machine thay helps with condensation, but it happened the night we left. Also we had 2 rainy days, and we had about 4 leaks in the dining area. We got to the condo and all the dining room floor had water and food we brought to prepare got wet (had to throw some away). Overall, we would stay again. It was worth it.

Spring 2023

Condo was clean and as pictured on the VRBO site. The washing machine was not usable, and never got fixed during our stay, which was disappointing. Parking was difficult in designated parking space with a pickup truck, but fortunately we could park outside. Pool was chilly, but we were happy to go in the hot tub instead. Very close to the beach with a lovely view. Having a kitchen counter cleaning product would have been nice to have. Overall a good trip.

Couch needs replacement. You sit down and cushions slid from underneath you. Made watching tv very uncomfortable. If you're in a truck you will have troubles parking. Made me so nervous! I don't recommend it.

Great Place!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It has a very nice ocean view. You get to the beach in no time. The apartment is well organized and equipped. I was very satisfied. My only critique is that this listing was advertised as having a heated pool. I chose this specific one because I knew spring break can be cold sometimes, so with the “heated pool” kids would have something to do. However when we got there the pool was not heated, and the weather was cold. The only option available was a hot tub and it was packed with people because it was cold outiside. This might be an issue unrelated to the building and not the people who put the listing. It’s just that the listing shouldn’t advertise a heated pool. That’s all Other than that the apartment is fantastic! Highly recommended!

Nice Beachside Condo

This condo is in a great location in town and is right on the beach. It is comfortably furnished and nicely maintained. Having two master suites is a bonus when two couples are traveling together, as we were. A couple of the lamps needed new lightbulbs, which we couldn’t find. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathrooms have extra towels. There are also several beach towels, which was great to have, plus beach chairs, etc. All in all a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Great once you get past the hallway!

Parking a larger vehicle in the garage was difficult, but we were able to park outside of garage along the street. When we got off the elevator we were unsure if we were gonna stay, kinda shady in the hallway. We opened our door & everything was just as mentioned on site. So look past the hallway area! If we come back to SPI, we will be staying here again.

Very close to the beach. Perfect sunrise view.

The condo was was very family friendly. They thought of everything needed for the stay which included canopy, beach chairs, games and beach toys. Will be booking again next summer .

So Great!!

From the ease of the check in process to the help with items we accidentally left behind; this property is managed by true professionals. The space itself is top notch. You’ll enjoy the balcony, beach and pool during your stay. You’ll find the space looks exactly like the pictures. The beach is just steps away from the unit and you’ll enjoy it with chairs, canopy and toys provided by the management team. We will definitely be booking again. Five stars all around!!

Couples Gone Kid-Free

Set up for the four of us to relax on the beach, enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, protein shakes after beach boogie board runs and plenty of room for us to clean up and go out in the evenings. Nice laundry closet with good machines, clean and beds were comfortable.

This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. Very clean and stocked with just about everything you need. (Food and drinks not included) Beaches are very clean, and easily accessible. Watch out sand very hot before you enter beach area. LOL View is amazing!

We just purchased this unit and have just updated it. We have several rental units on South Padre and it's definitely our happy place. There are so many things to entertain, or just sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in.
