Wohnsitz des neuen Aufbaus, großer Luxus und Ruhe, bieten wir Ihnen eine Wohnung in der Ruhe, mit einem kleinen privaten Garten mit Bäumen, in denen es gut ist, sich auszuruhen.
Das 50 m² große Apartment besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Garten und einem Schlafzimmer mit einem 2 x 1,60 m großen Bett.
In einer besonders gut ausgestatteten Küche können Sie nach Ihren Wünschen kochen.
16/9-Fernseher, Blue Ray DVD-Player, ADSL-Internetbox und eine große Auswahl an internationalen Fernsehsendern.

Die Wohnung ist je nach Bedarf klimatisiert; Der Einsatz einer Klimaanlage ist jedoch auch im Sommer nicht unbedingt erforderlich, um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Ein paar Schritte vom City-Gewusel zur privaten Ruhezone

Die Wohnung punktet zu allererst von ihrer grandiosen Lage unmittelbar am Cour Mirabeau, der Herzkammer von Aix. Sie gehört zu einer eleganten Wohnanlage mitten im Quartier Mazarin, sehr ruhig, gesichert und mit viel Grün. Wenige Meter nach dem Eingangstor der Anlage kann man teilhaben an der Geschäftigkeit der Flaniermeile oder auch sich um die Ecke aus den zahlreichen Geschäften der Rue d'Italie mit den Vorräten versorgen, die man als Selbstversorger braucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber praktisch geschnitten und eingerichtet. Sie ist jedoch recht dunkel, so dass man auch tagsüber nicht ohne Kunstlicht auskommt. Der dazugehörige Garten war für uns wenig attraktiv. Er ist klein, um nicht zu sagen winzig, Der Boden ist aus Kunstrasen, und dann treiben dort natürlich auch die Quälgeister von Mosquitos ihr wenig spassiges Unwesen. Wem jedoch ein Garten nicht wichtig ist, dem sei die Wohnung aufs wärmste empfohlen

zentrale Lage, aber sehr dunkel

Das Apartment liegt zentral in Aix und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es ist aber aufgrund der Lage im Gebäude sehr dunkel, selbst bei strahlendem Sonnenschein in der Provence muss man immer das Licht einschalten. Ich war zum Arbeiten hier, da war das ok, für einen Ferienaufenthalt eher nicht geeignet,

Perfect location; comfortable, lovely apartment

Right on the Cours Mirabeau, yet a bit set back in a clean, pretty complex, this apartment could not be better located. It was quiet and private, yet just out the door was the lively Cours Mirabeau with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was not overly fussy, and everything worked perfectly. Our host was friendly and extremely helpful, and still met us to show us around even when a train delay made us one and a half hours late for our check-in time (we contacted them on WhatsApp to inform them of the delay). I couldn’t recommend this place with more enthusiasm. Thank you, George-Pierre!

Great Location!

We stayed for a week in Aix. The apartment was very clean had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is in a great location -- close to everything and it is a nice quiet place to return to after a busy day. Highly recommended!!

A super week in Aix

We spent a perfect week in Aix in this lovely apartment which could not have been in a better location for exploring and enjoying all corners of Aix. The apartment is well-situated in a quiet and peaceful complex with Cours Mirabeau right at the doorstep. Everything worked perfectly and it was a pleasure to deal with Phantinee and Georges-Pierre. We will definitely return.

My husband and I stayed at the apartment for two weeks. It was perfect for us. We loved the location. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. We even cooked dinner there several nights. The garden view added a lot. Everything worked perfectly.

L’appartement était parfait ( propreté, accueil, literie,…

Nous étions venus pour le Festival de musique. Nous connaissons bien la région car nous y avons vécu et avons particulièrement apprécié la situation de l’appartement en plein centre-ville mais très au calme!! Le jardin aurait peut-être besoin d’un petit élagage pour laisser passer le soleil et rendre plus lumineux l’appartement mais ce n’est pas très grave car l’été il doit faire très bon.

Exquisite Apt

This apt, for two people, has it all : location, appointments, just the right amount of furnishings- non fussy, a beautiful outdoor patio, great/well equipped kitchen, 3 entry gates providing street access in three different directions- especially the Cours and rue d'Italie with their multiplicity of shops and restaurants. We feel that we made a very good choice for our 3 month stay in this abundantly charming corner of Aix-en-Provence. Last but not least, the owners have our overwhelming praise and appreciation.

Great location at a great price

Located along one of the most well-known streets in town, the apartment is tucked into a lovely complex that manages to be so quiet! It was convenient to local museums, restaurants and shops. Step outside on market days and you’re immediately in the thick of things. Our hosts were super easy to deal with and very accommodating to our schedule. Definitely worth the money!

Perfect Apartment

This apartment has everything! The location is central and right off of the Cours Mirabeau. The apartment was clean, well stocked, spacious and nicely decorated. The patio was private and quiet, perfect for taking a break from our adventures.The owner, Georges, met us at the entrance and gave us a thorough tour of each space, how things worked, how to reach him, etc. We felt comfortable with him, the space and the process. Georges was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again and feel confident giving it our full recommendation!

Great stay in Aix!

The apartment location was perfect for us - step right out and you are on the Cours Mirabeau and a quick walk takes you to the daily markets and other attractions of Aix (Musée Granet definitely worth a visit). The owners of the apartment were very accommodating and available. We enjoyed meeting Georges and he always texted back right away when we needed something. He also arranged for parking for us in the building and provided other options too. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable bed, air conditioning, washing machine etc and is nicely furnished. Great stay! We hope to be back in the future!

Location, location, location!

This apartment is clean, quiet and well equipped. The decor is simple and fresh. The bed and bedding are good quality, and the automatic shutters ensure a great night's sleep! The tiny garden is a bonus for outside breakfast or coffee, but the joy of this apartment is its location. Out of the door and through a tranquil courtyard you reach the main gate where you step directly onto Cours Mirabeau! This is such a vibrant and beautiful city that the chance to explore it on foot with such easy access back to tranquility is amazing. George was an excellent host and was there at both check in and departure. We were very grateful to be able to purchase on-site parking under the apartment block, via George, from a resident who was not using her space. We loved Aix en Provence and felt very fortunate to be staying in this peaceful apartment on Cours Mirabeau.

Terrific stay in Aix

Our second visit, we used Aix as a base for exploring the region. Loved being in the city itself… very civilized, many restaurants, excellent cultural attractions, easy to navigate. Modern Apartment in the Heart of Historic Aix

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Mazarin Quarter apartment. It was clean and comfortable, all of the amenities worked very well. The location was perfect for walking in Aix, as well as for access to the train station. The famous Aix markets are just out the front door. The apartment was completely quiet, and we appreciated the pretty courtyard.

A little gem!

Perfect place for us! My daughter and I stayed here and couldn't have been happier. It's a comfortable, clean ground floor apartment in a private setting in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. We particularly enjoyed the patio where we sat to eat meals and enjoy quiet time. So many wonderful sights, markets, and meal options within easy walking distance. We did have a car to visit Avignon, Les Baux de Provence, Arles, and Valensole. While there are parking garages a few min walk from the apartment, we had the opportunity to rent an available spot in the same apartment building. The hosts, Dauphinee and Georges-Pierre, communicated well with us and were extremely helpful and gracious. We are so grateful for their hospitality and recommend their place without reservation. Our stay there was much too short!
