Perfekt für mehrere Familien! Angrenzend an einen ruhigen Pinienwald, nur ein paar Blocks von der Innenstadt von Breckenridge entfernt, wurde unsere 3-stöckige Wohnung wunderschön umgestaltet, um Ihnen Komfort, Bequemlichkeit und alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause zu bieten.
Die erste Etage verfügt über ein komplettes Badezimmer, Waschküche, Sauna und eine brandneue voll ausgestattete Küche mit verbesserten Schränken, Geräten und Arbeitsplatte. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten vor einem Holzofen und einem 55-Zoll-Flachbild-TV sowie Sitzgelegenheiten für 12 Personen.
Auf der zweiten Etage finden Sie zwei große Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer # 1 hat einen Kaminofen, Kingsize-Bett, Tagesbett mit Ausziehbett, Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes aktualisiertes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Schlafzimmer # 2 hat gewölbte Decken, Doppelbett, Doppel-Etagenbett, TV und ein neu renoviertes Diele Bad mit gefliester Dusche und Badewanne.
Die geräumige Suite im dritten Stock verfügt über gewölbte Decken, einen offenen Kamin, ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Doppelschlafsaal, einen TV und ein eigenes Bad. Kabelloses Kabel-Internet ist vorhanden.
Der Blick auf den Wald hinaus und auf die Berge in der Ferne ist schön, mit Wander- und Langlaufloipen, die Sie direkt auf den Berg bringen. Der beheizte Innen- und Außenpool ist nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt und verfügt über Whirlpools innen und außen. Wir haben viele Parkplätze, aber der kostenlose Shuttle ist ein paar Schritte entfernt, nimmt vier Mal pro Stunde und bringt Sie in wenigen Minuten auf die Piste. Die Breck Connect Gondel, nur drei Häuserblocks entfernt, bringt Sie zum beliebten Peak 8, von wo aus Sie die Verbindungslifte zum Peak 6, der größten Skiortsweiterung Nordamerikas seit mehr als einem Jahrzehnt, erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Spirituosengeschäfte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Nachtleben und Feste sind alle innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Nach einem Tag auf der Piste können Besucher das moderne Breckenridge Recreation Center besuchen, das weniger als einen Block entfernt ist.

Convenient condo for a large group

Megan was super responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, answering any questions that came up, and even bringing a brand new tea kettle when my family requested one. The location is great and everyone loved the pool/hot tub. The place has all the baby things you need and you can easily fit the pack and play in the walk in closet or en-suite bathroom, in case you're wondering. One thing worth noting, if you have a light sleeping toddler, is that sound travels quite a bit up and down the stairs. Overall, definitely recommend this place for Breck!

Modern mountain condo, both elegant and homey

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was a modern and beautifully decorated stay that was enjoyable for our family group from grandma to pre-teens. We had some skiers and some shoppers in our group and so it was nice to stay in a well-appointed condo in a great location for skiing peak 8 and 9 and walking around the town and checking out the great restaurants. We would recommend it and love to return again. Love that there were 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and plenty of space to sleep for our family.

Wonderful fall stay

We loved gathering with our family this fall in Breckinridge. The location was perfect! It was a large condo with plenty of room for everyone. The host was quick with answering questions. The unit was very clean and well organized. We would highly recommend.

Property was amazing. Very, very clean. Great location. Everything wanted/needed in close proximity. Spacious. More than enough parking. Hot tub/pool great. Would 100% recommend this property and would book for a return trip. Made out family vacation worth the 12+ hrs drives.

Big Family in Breckenridge for a wedding

My extended family has been staying at various units at the Claimjumper complex for 20 years and this is one of the nicest units we’ve rented. We had one issue with the internet being down.and the owner took care of it right away. Highly recommend this owner and this complex which is in a great location and is a great value.

Picture Perfect

Amazing place! It had all the comforts of home and amenities one would want/need to enjoy the wonderful town of Breckinridge and surrounding Rocky Mountains! As an added bonus, we took full advantage of the hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool each day after hiking. Location is close to town and conveniences like gas and grocery. We were sad to leave as it really became home for us. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Wonderful and Convenient Vacation Spot

We enjoyed a family get together at Claimjumper 4. The location is convenient for skiing at the mountain or catching the bus for other activities. The unit is well stocked with kitchen needs for cooking. The unit was clean and comfortable for our group which included young children to adults. Megan was great with answering questions and responding to our needs. I would highly recommend this unit for your next vacation.

Awesome in every way!

We were totally delighted with this condo. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed throughout, including amazing bedroom space. We loved the location and the highly responsive owner. Highlights included great short mountain hikes right behind the condo and lots of time in the pool and hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home! Our whole family loved it.

Accommodates all

A newly remodeled condo that is the perfect size for a larger family or group. The owners put a lot of thought into remodeling the place to make it very comfortable and accomodating for everyone. The condo was very clean with fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great space, beautiful views and very welcoming. Just a short shuttle ride away from the Gondola. Would be a great place to stay all year round.

Great mountain getaway

Beautiful condo with large spacious bedrooms. Every necessary utensil was found in the kitchen. Only a short walk across the parking lot to get to the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs which our kids loved. Megan was always quick to respond to emails and texts, so very easy to work with. Also very close to a strip mall with grocery and liquor store and an urgent care clinic and a great soup and salad deli!

Great stay for our larger group

This was great for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 5th-graders. To start with you can literally back up to the front door to unload! We really liked the layout of this 3 story unit...nice big entry to drop your boots/jackets/skis (ski rack right inside the front door, plus many hooks for coats in the entry hallway), on the main level there's plenty room for everyone to relax/cook/eat plus a laundry room & bathroom, bedrooms are on 2nd & 3rd floors and are very spaced out so you're not sharing walls and keeping others awake if people go to bed at different times. I didn't go to the pool/hot tubs, others said it was small but still nice to have. There is a view of the mountains from 2 of the bedrooms, that was so lovely to wake up to! We had a breaker get tripped & couldn't find the box, but owner answered when I called & helped get it resolved immediately. Only complaint was 2 adults & 1 teen came away with neckaches from the pillows, which is a big deal when you pay a lot of money to travel and you have things you have to do during the day, sleep & feeling well are so important! Some kitchen items need updating, cheese grater was a broken piece of a grater that was precarious to use and we needed it twice. But I would 100% stay here again and bring my own pillow next time! Still giving 5 stars for layout, cleanliness, updated bathrooms, & comfortable living area!

A+ Setting

My family group coasted of 6 adults and 1 pre-teen. The condo was roomy enough for all of us to comfortably have a meal together and play cards as well as find a peaceful place to rest. There are plenty of bathrooms and accents like w/d and mud room to deal with wet cloth of the day. The location was very convenient. The bus stop was right outside and was an easy access to connect w the gondola, groceries and downtown. We didn’t try the pool or hot tub. Really like the location. The costs were very reasonable and consistent with what we expected. The hosts was also very accessible and helped with any questions including how to find what we needed around town. I would highly recommend this location!

Good find

The place was a spacious for our family of 12. It was a good location and easy to use the free shuttle that stopped around the corner! The unit was extremely well stocked with everything needed which made it super comfortable! Our only complaint was regulating the heat. The patio door was drafty, which made the living area cold. The bedrooms that had heat were warm but the one bedroom that didn’t have heat was extremely cold which made it hard for the 4 people in that room to sleep. We felt that a light was also needed above the kitchen table.

Christmas ski trip

This property has large bedrooms and enough bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. The front entrance has a good space to drop ski and snowboard gear or any extras that need a home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining space fit all 6 of us comfortably for eating or playing board games. We could have used a little more task lightning for meal prep in the kitchen, but did ok with the lamp that was on the counter. The pool and hot tubs offered a fun way to relax after a day on the slopes. The inside hot tub was very very hot. But the pool provided a refreshing break. The out door hot tub was gorgeous when it started snowing. Beautiful. We would definitely rent again. Thank you

Perfect get-away weekend!!

Condo was more beautiful than shown in photos!! Well stocked, very clean, perfect location and great communication with owner. Very easy to get around with shuttle right outside door. When the day was done, beds were very comfortable. Our weekend was wonderful...We hope to be back soon!!

Wonderful quiet location

This was the perfect amount of space for our group of 8. Plenty of comfortable space to gather together for eating games or movies. Also space to get away for quiet as needed. Well stocked kitchen. Very close access to bike trail was so nice for us. Comfortable beds and great pool & hot tub that was only used by us. We would definitely come back. Thank you so much!
