Convenient Condo

Beautiful condo and well taken care of. Enjoyed our stay. Would have given 5 stars if location was closer to beach, 2 miles into Rehoboth. Not easy to merge onto highway. Condo right off highway.

Great Condo!

My family had a great experience at this rental. The unit was clean and better than pictured. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach (umbrellas, chairs, beach cart etc.), and the location was convenient to both Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen. The outlets, grocery stores, and Walmart were within 5 minutes. The only thing to note is that it’s on a main road and you have to make a tricky u-turn to go a lot of places. I would definitely book again.

family getaway

This property was a beautifully decorated and comfortable home. We were pleased with its cleanliness and quality of amenities. Our only drawback was the difficulty in getting out onto Rt. 1 in the direction of the beach. Merging over to make a U-turn was difficult and tricky. Otherwise we loved it and had a wonderful trip.

It was perfect for our family. The kitchen has everything we needed, bedrooms - enough linen, bath - towels, and a perfect location. We stayed here for the second time and left very satisfied once again.

Well laid out 2 Br condo.

I loved the layout and that the condo was stocked with paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies. The location was good, I was able to walk to do several errands and restaurants were close by. I would stay here again if pool access were included. Is a 10 day rental next August possible?

Nice, convenient condo

This condo had easy access to shops and restaurants on Route 1. The furnishings were nice, and it was well stocked with everything we needed including kitchen supplies, towels, games, and beach items. One issue we had was the cleanliness. Within an hour or two of arriving, the bottoms of our socks were completely dirty. There was noticeable dirt/sand on the floors. In the rental description, it stated that the cleaners do a “surface clean/turn-over”, and that the house is deep cleaned in the spring. I’m not sure if the floors are part of the cleaning process in between renters but it’s worth looking into if the floors were that dirty between each renter. The linen situation was also a bit confusing, as the beds were partially made upon arrival, and the rest of the linens were found in different closets. We wanted to leave the condo as tidy as we could and with linens left the correct way, but there weren’t clear instructions for renters as to what to do with the linens besides the instructions to just “wash and dry them”. The rental agreement kept referring to a “check list” when checking out of the condo, but there was no check list to be found anywhere (welcome book, email communications, app). We do wish the master bedroom had a TV, but it’s a very nice master, and both bedrooms had plenty of space. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place if the above issues were corrected and/or clarified.

Convenient location

Convenient location between Rehoboth and Lewes. Overall, great stay…the condo is well equipped and we appreciated the ample beach chairs and umbrellas! Only negative is the cleaning company did not have any of the beds prepared for our arrival as promised in the description.

Got locked out on our second day there and had to wait for 2 and 1/2 hours in the hall.

Property was clean but if I were paying someone to do the cleaning I would have to talk to them about cleaning the floors. There was a lot of sand on the floor when we arrived. The sweeper did not pick up very well and there was no broom to sweep. Were thankful for the well stocked condo. I will be staying again next year. Overall this was one of the best places that we have stayed in Rehoboth.

OK for a family weekend at the beach

We had a nice time in this property and were excited that linens were provided - a new luxury during COVID times. Upon arrival, however, we were provided with instructions to look for clean linens in the laundry room. However, we found smelly towels in the dryer and no clean linens. I rewashed everything and found linens in one of the closets - a small hiccup as we were getting settled but it all worked out. I would recommend this unit to families looking for a fairly priced rental in Rehoboth.

Fantastic vacation on our own schedule!

Everything that you would use in your home was available, from kitchen essentials to toothbrushes to clean, comfy beds, even an entire collection of Hot Wheels! Property is located minutes away from stores and restaurants, yet once inside it is really quiet. There is nothing for guests to do but grab the provided towels and head down to the beach 10 minutes away. The only 3 star I gave was for communications: we had no issues getting our keypad code etc before we arrived, just that we left a message because the cable wasn't working and did not get a call back. Other than that minor lack (and me having to dry/fold some towels left in the washer, probably by the previous guest), everything else was great.

Great vacation place

We Enjoyed the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The unit was newly redone and updated. It was equipped with lots of beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, boogie boards, sand toys. The kitchen and bath were equipped with lots of paper products, cleaning supplies, and laundry stuff. We would recommend booking. We like to cook in some nights. The kitchen was lacking some pots and pans to prepare meals. Overall a great place. We would go back again.

Great place

This was a lovely place to stay. The apartment had 2 bedrooms plus 2 roll out cots and a large sofa. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Check-in is literally just punching in a door code and you’re in. There are easily 5-6 boogie boards, 4 adult sized beach chairs and more for little ones. Swimmies, beach balls, sand toys, frisbee, and wagon for everything were also available. The place had more than 10 beach towels and linens included. Kitchen was stocked enough for us but we did limited cooking. They had several travel mugs which were perfect for the beach. The patio is closed off but gets fresh air. It’s a 10-15 minute drive to the beach and we used the Small Wonder Bus (business card on the fridge) for $10 each way total for our group of 6 people. I’d stay here again.

Lovely Stay

This is a comfortable lovely place to stay not too far from the beach. It was conveniently located near stores. The only down side was our young kids had limited safe places to play outside. They could go for a walk with dad but there was no outside play area or green space. They did enjoy the small patio and the variety of games onsite which they loved.
