Dieses neu renovierte 4BR, 3. 5BA Dutch Colonial Haus bietet auch ein zusätzliches 1BR en suite (mit eigener Küchenzeile und zusätzlichen Halbbad) in seinem brandneuen 2017 Pool / Gästehaus!

Das Haus verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie zentrale A / C, Edelstahl-Geräte, Wohnküche mit großem Bankett, Platz für 8, separates Esszimmer, Höhle mit Flachbild-TV und schönen Wintergarten. Die 2. Etage verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, darunter eine Junior-Master-Suite, 2 Bäder (eines mit voller Wanne / Dusche-Kombination, eine mit Glasdusche). Die 3. Etage verfügt über die Hauptschlafzimmer-Suite mit großer Sitzecke und ein Büro mit ausziehbarem Sofa.

Der Pool / Gästehaus ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Erholungsgebiet, eine Küchenzeile und ein zusätzliches Halbbad. Auf der großen Granitterrasse, die den Pool umgibt, gibt es einen Essbereich im Freien und einen großen Loungebereich. Eine Pergola bietet einen schattigen Vordachbereich, in dem Sie sich mit Familie und Freunden treffen können.

Der neue 2017 beheizte Bodenpool ist privat eingezäunt mit Sicherheitsverschlüssen und ist mit einer automatischen Poolabdeckung ausgestattet. Die Größe ist 20ft X 35ft und hat ein 6ft tiefes Ende mit 3ft seichtem Ende.

Das Gelände ist professionell gestaltet mit verschiedenen Hortensien und einem Blumengarten. Der Hof verfügt auch über eine Kinderschaukel.

Nur 6 / 10tel einer Meile zum Strand, ist das Haus bequem Schritte zur Main Street und Surf Drive Beach gelegen, ist das Hotel ideal für Familien und Hochzeitsfeiern!

Love this house and pool‼️

Our family of 10 had a wonderful vacation here. We love the house, the pool, the neighborhood and the short walk into Falmouth‼️ The automatic pool cover was useful when ‘we’ decided the kids needed a break from swimming! This is our fourth year renting this location‼️ I think we like it there‼️

Fantastic Stay

Everything was amazing with this house. We were a family of 10 with 6 kids under 8 and we all loved it. The pool and pool house was a fantastic facility- everything you could possibly need both in the kitchen and for entertainment was provided. The house was spotless when we arrived too. Location couldn’t be beat. 10/10!

Great location!

Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown area of shops and restaurants, Falmouth Farmers Market, waterside restaurants, and Martha’s Vineyard ferry. Walk to beach or drive down to drop off bulky items if you have a bigger group/kids. Well-stocked, updated kitchen. Easy check in and check out process. The pool area is amazing and very unique for a Cape home - we spent most of our stay in the heated oversized pool with outdoor seating and dining areas. Special find among Cape rentals.

It’s all about the POOL !

Wonderful family vacay in a beautifully landscaped and super QUIET setting, still close to everything. The pool house provided great overflow space for a peaceful nap or a good book on a rainy afternoon. But the pool is the star of the show! Our little grandchildren spent hours happily at play in and around the pool. We had to remind them that there was a playhouse with a slide and swing on the property.

Another Fabulous Stay in Falmouth!

This is our second year in Falmouth. The house is lovely, the property is amazing, and the location is perfect for walking to the beach, riding the bike path, and walking to restaurants. It is clean, and well stocked with all of the necessities. Outdoor living is at its best in the property. Thank you for a wonderful week! It is never long enough!

The house was perfect! Got a ton of use out of pool and pergola. Great location to walk to Main Street and beach. The mattress in jr suite sunk in middle so may need replaced but otherwise great rental and would return here

Lovely vacation home!

We loved our week in Falmouth and we loved staying in this beautifully decorated home that accommodated all of our needs. The outside is spacious, beautifully landscaped providing privacy as we made good use of the heated pool. The young ones enjoyed the swing set and slide. It is centrally located and it was an easy walk to town and the Falmouth ferry. We highly recommend this property to others!

Loved it!!

My family and I truly enjoyed the week we spent in Falmouth at this exquisite property. The home is centrally located within walking distance to downtown, the marina, and the beach. But really you never need to leave the beautiful grounds. The huge in-ground, heated, saltwater pool is simply a dream. Covered pergola, comfy outdoor seating, lush gardens for privacy, sonos music system...what more could you ask for? The kitchen is beautiful and as well stocked as they come. The pool house is amazing. We did have an issue with tiny ants in the kitchen and the pool need to be closed for longer than expected for algae treatment, but hey, these things can happen in all houses and ultimately we were very happy with how the issues were handled promptly and professionally by the property manager and owner. We look forward to returning next year!

Amazing week in Falmouth!

We had the most wonderful stay at this most wonderful home. Lynne was a pleasure to work with- always replied quickly to any questions I had. The property is AMAZING. It’s essentially a double lot with an incredible pool and lots of grass area (and a bonus swing set) for the kids. Perfect location- town and beach are close by. This place is a real gem!

Wonderful getaway!

We had such a great time. More than enough room for us to take areas of the house for working/quiet when needed and come together to relax, cook, and swim in the very spacious pool! Check-in and check-our was very clear and we had everything we needed. I would definitely go back.

This property has everything you may need for a home away from home. From the fully equipped kitchen, to the pool house for entertaining, beach towels, games for the kids. Everything was immaculate and the location with an easy walk to town was great.

We felt like we were staying at a private luxury resort. The owners clearly spared no expense when they remodeled this property and it is very well maintained. I kept saying to myself: "I can't believe they are letting us live in their beautiful home..." As other reviewers have stated, the location is ideal, affording a comfortable, peaceful and private outdoor space that we prefer to the more cramped & exposed yards of similarly sized homes on the beach.
