Großartige Lage in der 18th Street.
- Strenge Altersgrenze von 25 Jahren für Mieter. Keine Abschlussballwochenenden, sorry.
- 2-stöckige Duplexfront / -rückseite. Unsere Einheit ist vorne, oben und unten.
- Toller Meerblick, direkt am Strand und 2 Häuserblocks von den Viking Village-Geschäften in der Bucht entfernt.
- Geräumiger, heller Wohnbereich im 2. Stock, Zugang zum Deck mit Essbereich, Gasgrill und zusätzlicher Dachterrasse.
- 3 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss; Eines mit einem neuen King-Size-Bett, das zweite mit zwei Etagenbetten, das dritte mit zwei Einzelbetten und neuen Matratzen (und einem King-Size-Bett-Konverter). Schlaf 8. Vollbad runter, 1/2 rauf. Private Außendusche.
- Wandklimaanlage im Obergeschoss, Fenstereinheiten in Schlafzimmern.
- Waschmaschine, Trockner, D / W, Kabel, DVD-Player, WiFi.
- Bettwäsche / Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung, müssen jedoch vor der Abreise gewaschen / gefaltet werden. Alternativ kann der Mieter eigene Bettwäsche zur Verfügung stellen.
- 6 Strandabzeichen sind inbegriffen. Erforderlich ab 12 Jahren.

We stayed here at the height of hurricane Helene, and honestly there was no better place to be stuck during a hurricane than this home. So much to do and see or just stay put and enjoy the day!

What a Wonderful Week!!!

I can't say enough about our week here! The home was beautiful, updated, clean, and comfortable. The views are to die for. PERFECT location to the beach, docks, and all the charm of Barnegat Light :) Steve is friendly and great with communication. It was wonderful place to host my mom's 81st birthday week, make priceless memories, and to share the Barnegat Light of her youth once again. Thank you Steve for sharing your home with us - we highly recommend and would love to come back!

Long weekend getaway

My husband and I brought our children (2 and 5) for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was lovely and clean, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to lounge around. Although it was cold during our stay, we were very close to the beach and the bay and took many wonderful walks. We also enjoyed the proximity to the lighthouse and Viking village. We will definitely be staying again!

Excellent, Comfortable Accommodations

There are SO many great things to say about our stay. The house has recently been updated and is extreme comfortable. It is located at the end of the street and is close to the beach entrance and centrally located in Barnegat Light. The deck is a wonderful place for hanging out but the upper deck was the best for early morning coffee or afternoon cocktails-overlooking the dunes and the beach/ocean. The owner was easy to reach and frequently communicated with me during our stay. It was one of the best vacations. The family is requesting a repeat visit!!!

Clean, beautiful home in a lovely location. The walk to the beach was easy and peaceful. The beach itself, in early June, felt private. Delicious restaurants and markets nearby. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Exceeded expectations!

The living area is open and refreshing- beautiful and comfy with a great big deck and another deck on the roof with views of the ocean- So peaceful; you can hear the waves and breathe in the salt life. The location is perfect! Walk to the beach and bay. Close to everything- forget your car, if you bring your bike! Steve is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent here again.

Great and quiet location ! Short,scenic and peaceful walk to beach. Overall modest house was great value. Very nice main living area with panoramic picture windows. Spiral stairs lead to rooftop deck with great views. Kitchen well equipped. Grocery shopping and restaurants very limited in off season...but beaches were sparsely populated so that is why we booked when we did . Very responsive owner. He provided updated information quickly whereas VRBO communication was off of the mark. We would book this house again !

Nice spot on Barneget

Steve keeps great communication with renters. Nice 3 level place close to Viking Village and a bike ride to the lighthouse. This is the wider part of the island, so quite a bit of dune/beach to get over to get to the water. Overall, we had a great stay.

This house has been in our family since we were kids. We have grown up spending lots of time on LBI. Our family is spread up and down the east coast, and out to Colorado, and still meet every summer in Barnegat Light. We hope you find your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as we do.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

There is lots to do in Barnegat Light, and you can get to everything with a walk or bike ride, even to visit the light house at the north tip of the island. There is a great little coffee shop at Viking Village, as well as lots of unique shops and Cassidy's Seafood, and a fresh produce stand. The top deck offers fabulous views of the sunset over the bay, or for the early risers, sunrise over the ocean. If you are there for a full moon, nothing is more spectacular than seeing it just as it rises over the ocean.
