Dieses schöne Haus wurde gerade im Sommer 2014 fertiggestellt. Dieses Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer, von denen alle Fernseher mit eigenen Empfängern haben. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer. Entspannen Sie im Pool und im Spa, die erst im Dezember 2014 fertiggestellt wurden. Es gibt einen Grill im Freien, mit dem Sie einfach köstliche Mahlzeiten zubereiten können, und eine mit Propan betriebene Feuerstelle, um an diesen kühleren Abenden zu sitzen. Es liegt am Seeufer der Autobahn, was bedeutet, dass es sehr nahe am Yachthafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegt. Das Haus verfügt über DirecTV und Highspeed-Internet. Die Wohnmobilgarage ist tief genug, um einen Pickup mit einem noch angeschlossenen Boot oder einem großen Wohnmobil darin abzustellen.

Rented house for the available RV Garage - got to the property owners boat was in garage. Was not able to use RV Garage all 4 days. unable to use the BBQ until day 2, yard had construction materials laying around, the oven was not cleaned/oven cleaner still in oven.

One of the best in havasu

Amazing property very comfortable with a owner who is easy to get ahold of abs very responsive which I have found in havasu rentals is worth a million dollars my family and I had a fantastic stay can’t wait to rent this wonderful house again and the salt water pool and soft water system in the house was such a wonderful surprise thank you Heather perfect week away

Excellent summer getaway

Beautiful home that was the perfect summer stay! Set In a great location and the boat garage made it perfect for getting ready our boat to and from the water. Would absolutely stay here again! Be aware there is outside cameras at the front door and one facing the pool.

Very clean and awesome pool

I thought this properties floor plan was perfect for my family. The pool was a great feature and everything worked well. No issues at all with this property. Oh ya, I was able to use the entire garage as well. Had two boats and my truck that I was able to store. Very nice!

Beautiful home

Loved everything about this home until we realized there was a camera out on the patio facing the pool. We covered it up but were asked to remove it. It felt like an invasion of privacy, therefore, we did not use the pool and did not feel comfortable. I understand cameras being on the side or front of the home but in the backyard it was just too uncomfortable for us. Would be helpful if this was listed in the rental information.

Wonderful!

My family and I had an amazing time here! Heather who is the property manager responded to all our request in a timely manner. When we arrived at the house the instructions provided to us made it very easy to get settled in. The house is very clean and everything is in working order. The huge garage is a big plus and fit our boat and truck inside easily. We have already booked our next 2 visits at this place!

Relaxing oasis

Super clean. Great bed. Huge garage. Pool, hot tub and fire pit were really fun. Owners went the extra mile to fix a small issue with hot tub the day before Thanksgiving so that we could continue to enjoy it for last few days of our trip. Havasu city is a fun and interesting area. We went boat, rode biked and hiked in late November with temps in the mid 70s. Highly recommend this property.

Great House

We came into town to celebrate my husband’s bday. The house was warm, inviting, clean with a great pool/spa. Our family & friends loved it!! We will definitely stay again. It was easy to check in and great communication if we had any issues. We couldn’t find the light switch for bbq area, but Ryan quickly answered our call.

My best VRBO rental property & experience yet

This is an exquisite property with all of the ammenities you would (more than) expect, Pool, spa, fire pit, barbeque, plenty of (nice) towels for both indoor & outdoor use, flat screen TV's in every room, cable, Wi-Fi, an incredibly accomodating kitchen with all the cookware & utensils you could ever need & (for me) a garage deep enough for my 28' boat with a central vacuum system outlet at arms reach. The owner, Heather, is gracious, easy to reach, communicate with & incredibly accomodating. I will rent this home every it is available & suits my particular schedule & needs. Thank you for everything Heather, we will speak again.

Like all families, we are always running in different directions. Many years ago, we decided to bring our 5 young children to Lake Havasu for a summer boating trip and fell in love. We have returned every year. Most of the kids have gotten married and now they bring their spouses. It is treasured time we all have to remember why we love each other and also why it is important we all maintain individual residences.

When we started looking for a property in Lake Havasu City, we really wanted to be on the lakeside of the highway. We found several homes that met this requirement but they all seemed to have a lot of traffic noise. We thought it might be best to widen our search when we discovered this home. It was perfect!! The neighborhood is very quiet. It is lakeside of the highway so it is conveniently located close to the marina, shopping and restaurants.

This home is conveniently located but at the same time is in a very quiet neighborhood with almost no traffic. Hours will go by with no cars passing by this home. This is a great benefit to those that hate to back a trailer or RV into a garage with impatient traffic coming from both directions. The back yard is hidden from the view of neighbors and gives you a very private environment. We have stayed at several homes in Lake Havasu where the neighbors could look into the pool area from several directions. The home is located on the edge of the desert which is great for those of you that enjoy exploring on ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles. Just open the garage door and away you go. No having to haul your machines to the trail heads.
