Die Lage ist spektakulär. Unser Haus liegt in einem Dorf gebaut mit Blick auf das Meer in einem schönen Park mit Blick auf einen Einlass befindet erklärte ein Weltkulturerbe. Das ganze Dorf ist von einem einzigartigen Panoramablick aus, sondern vor allem ist unser Haus in einer sehr privilegierten Lage (hoch, mit Blick aufs Meer und ohne andere Häuser vor).
Das Haus ist neu gebaut, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet.
Das Haus gehört zu den größten in der Ortschaft die sich auf ein Schlafzimmer mehr als der Standard.
Mit Blick auf zwei Seiten auf das Dorf und den Garten, im Landesinneren, bietet die Chance, sich zu entspannen
Und für die faul? Wer möchte nicht zu kochen ..... Sie köstliche lokale Restaurant im Dorf genießen.

Great place

We had a great time in the apartement in this small tourist village at Nebida. The apartement is really nice and spacious. Everything you need is available and in good condition. The view from the apartement is breath-taking. And the children enjoyed the nice pool very much. The beaches, that are very near, are also great.

Traumhafter Ausblick!

Die Wohnung liegt wie beschreiben in einer Ferienanlage und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist der Blick aus dem Ess- und Wohnbereich auf die Felsküste und das Mittelmeer. Check-In lief problemlos über Giulia (vielen Dank).

Der Ausblick ist toll

Der Ausblick ist sehr sehr schön! Das war’s dann aber auch. Die versendeten Infos vorab waren sehr hilfreich und Giulia hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Wir waren Anfang Juli da. Die Anlage war da bereits sehr voll. Die Häuser sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört die anderen Wasserleitungen und Treppengänge. Auch in der Anlage selbst war es sehr laut, da auch anscheinend ortsansässige in das Restaurant kommen, welches zur Anlage gehört. Da alles an einem Berg liegt, schallt der Lärm schön von unten nach oben. Normalerweise stört mich das nicht, für eine Nacht. Aber für einen erholsamen Urlaub stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor. Leider schade, dass dies die Urlaubsstimmung getrübt hat. Das Haus war mit drei Schlafzimmern und für 7 Personen inseriert. Vor Ort konnten wir leider nur zwei Zimmer nutzen. Was wiederum nochmal die Urlaubsstimmung trübte. Auch wenn wir nur zu viert waren, war ein erholsames Schlafen leider nicht möglich. Giulia konnte leider dazu auch nichts sagen und hat den Vermieter angeschrieben. Jedoch haben wir keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Nebida ist ein kleiner schöner Ort mit zwei kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hier lässt sich jeden Abend ein wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang genießen 😎

Schönes kleines Reihenhaus in großartiger Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Nebida: Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und gut für eine vierköpfige Familie. Zu dieser Jahreszeit war die Ferienanlage sehr leer und entspannt (der Pool aber leider noch nicht geöffnet). Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, und es gibt in Fußentfernung viele tolle Rundwege; schöne Strände erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Gulia war die ganze Zeit für Fragen erreichbar und hatte viele tolle Tipps für uns, Check-in und Check-out haben auch wunderbar geklappt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder:)

Stunning Sardinia!

We had a lovely relaxing week at tanca piras, Enrico/Ilaria were fantastic communicators leading up to our stay and nothing was too much to ask. The property has THE BEST views, the most beautiful sun rise and sun set. The pool (where we spent most of our time) was very clean and the life guards super friendly (the property comes with designated umbrella and 4 sunbeds allocated by the life guards). The pool was well used by other guests but it never felt too busy or full and the children made lots of friends. Chiara and Nicola (the property managers) were excellent - again nothing too much trouble. We visited Iglesias old town for the day - absolutely stunning! And a couple of beaches during our stay (Masau and Portixeddu* our favourite ). We cooked in the property more than we ate out (daughter has food allergies so often easier to eat in), the property is very well equipped and the supermarkets are really good (Conad was our fav for fresh meat, fish and cheese). Even the trip to the supermarket had stunning scenery - everywhere you drive - mountains on one side, sea on the other - beautiful!! Thank you for a lovely relaxing week away x

Very welcoming in midst a breathtaking scenery

Nico made us feel even better then at home and was very kind also with the kids. We enjoyed our stay next door to our friends a lot (ask owner for next door house). Breathtaking view and very well equipped. Great surrounding for everyone loving outdoor activities like biking, climbing and water sports. Small beach in walking distance (20-30 min) many beautiful beaches can be reached with a short car ride. Good restaurants and gelateria in nebida.

BON EMPLACEMENT

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, agréable, belle vue. La piscine est agréable, seul bémol les transats. Il faut descendre ses transats au bord de la piscine et nous n'en n'avions qu'1 pour 4. C'est au bout de 3 jours que le maitre nageur nous en a prêté 1 car il y en a tout un nombre autour de la piscine mais à priori ils sont réservés. Il nous manquait donc encore 2 transats. L'environnement est propice aux excursions, à recommander.

Location eccezionale!

Siamo stati con tutta la famiglia, (3 adulti e 2 ragazzi) in vacanza dal 8/7 al 14/7. E' situato nel sud-ovest della Sardegna e più precisamente a Nebida nel "villaggio" Tanca Piras. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti e ci hanno fatto visitare l'appartamento che si trova in un contesto tranquillissimo con una serie di villette a schiera. All'entrata del nostro villino (abbiamo parcheggiato difronte casa) è situato un grazioso giardinetto recintato completato da una sedia a sdraio e un comodo tavolo da giardino con sedie e ombrellone. Il villino è posto su due piani: all'entrata un ampia sala con una cucina (attrezzatissima) un bel tavolo da pranzo e un comodissimo divano (letto). In questa sala è presente un ampio balcone da cui si gode di uno dei panorami - tramonti compresi - più spettacolari della Sardegna (la foto dell'inserzione è REALE)! Sempre al piano superiore trova spazio un bagno con la lavatrice. Tramite una bellissima scala in granito, si ha accesso al piano inferiore dove sono situate due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una doppia) con ampie finestre una piccola cameretta con un letto a castello, e il bagno con doccia. La casa è arredata con gusto e semplicità ed è attrezzatissima. Tutte le camere ad esclusione della cameretta sono climatizzate. Nel villaggio è presente una piscina (poco frequentata) sorvegliata da un bagnino e una locanda dove poter mangiare a prezzi ragionevoli ma con un paesaggio spettacolare. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo visitato diverse spiagge che distano dai 5 minuti ai 20 minuti (Cala Domestica spettacolare) in auto... distanze ragionevolissime se si vuole visitare un minimo il territorio. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo raggiunto Portovesme (a 30 minuti di auto) per imbarcarci sul traghetto con destinazione Carloforte sull'Isola di San Pietro. Se cercate relax questo è il posto adatto per voi!! Grazie e complimenti (oltre a un pizzico di sana invidia) ai proprietari Enrico e Ilaria!

Un'esperienza unica

Tutto come descritto e... anche di più. Il mare mare profondo e selvaggio, l'ospitalità unica, la casa comoda, pulita e accogliente. Sicuro inoltre per le bambine, libere di scorrazzare per il villaggio. A tutto ciò vanno sommati tramonti indimenticabili e la natura dirompente tutto intorno. Un angolo di paradiso dove tornare sicuramente per più giorni, fuori dai soliti circuiti della Sardegna del nord. Semplicemente magnifico!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für uns als Familie mit Kindern

Sehr schöne Villa bei der es an nichts fehlt. Gastgeber Illaria und Enrico sind sehr nett - haben uns persönlich vor Ort empfangen und uns viele nützliche Zusatzinformationen für unseren Aufenthalt in Nebida gegeben. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und ausreichend groß - unsere Kinder hatten ihren Spaß! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder

Relaxing holidays

The house is part of a small community in the village of Nebida that is located a bit in the mountains. Via a fence you enter the community (maybe 40 houses?). Houses are all nice colored, giving it a great look. The house itself is for 5 persons OK: you enter on living room level and 3 sleeping rooms are located downstairs. Living room itself is rather small in my opinion, as well as the garden (~10 m2). This makes that living in/around the house has a few limitations. The view from the house is however absolutely great - pictures are fully compliant with reality! Houses share a fantastic joint swimming pool, open the complete day - even in later evening. For kids an absolute plus (we found that this is not everywhere in Sardinia). Central in the community is a small hotel/restaurant, where you can get a nice diner during the evening (with the same astonishing view). Worth to mention is that the owners Enrico and Ilaria respond almost immediately if you have questions or issues via mail - big help because there are not a lot people speaking English in the community itself. That's service! Taking into account the reasonable costs for rental, this is absolutely a place to recommend.

Fantastisk sted, kan klart anbefales... Restaurantens mad er udsøgt.

Vi var 2 familier, der rejste sammen, fin plads til alle. Skønne rene huse, med fantastisk udsigt. Stedet kræver dog bil. Restauranten laver gourmet mad, med små lokale retter.

Nebida forever

Wonderful!!!! We had a great vacation in Nebid. The house was in order, clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the comforts. Exactly as described in the ad. The house is located in a private area with private swimming pool and overhanging the sea. The location is unique, the sea view you enjoy from the house is stunning. Images do not make the idea, it is definitely higher than expectations. Thanks to the owners, precise and timely in communication. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this solution. Meraviglioso!!!! Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza a Nebida. La casa era in ordine, pulita, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i confort. Esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio. L'abitazione è inserita in un comprensorio con parco privato e piscina condominiale a strapiombo sul mare. La location è unica, la vista sul mare che si gode dalla casa è strepitosa. Le immagini non rendono l'idea, è decisamente superiore alle aspettative. Un grazie ai proprietari, precisi e puntuali nella comunicazione. Ci torneremo senz'altro e consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione.

You should spend your holidays there

Why is the 5th star missing? When we arrived on the 30th of April the apartment was not ready for handing over. May be the reason was a delayed information to Mrs Cerlini about the exact arrival date. But this wasn`t a problem for us. I think we were the first guests this year and the charwoman was in a hurry to clean the rooms. She forgot to have a look at the kitchen supplies and it was not all cleaned properly. - You can handle it better. We thought the coffee-percolator is a ´filter machine`. It´s only to prepare two espresso-cups. So we had to look for a coffee -pot and a filter. And there is only one bathroom equipped with a shower. The description says: two showers. But all in one: 4 big stars for the apartment in an incredible landscape and if you were lucky you could see a rainbow coming out of the sea while having your breakfast. Thank you Ilaria for unforgetable days in Nebida.

une semaine à 6 fin decembre

Nous avons passé une agreable et reposante semaine fin decendre. Il y a de magnifiques balades à faire à pied autour de la villa. En voiture, on peut sillonner dans tout le sud de la Sardaigne et revenir dormir à la villa le soir. La villa est tout confort : lave vaisselle + lave linge + linge de maison et draps fournis c'est tres appreciable, on peut pleinement profiter des vacances. La villa est bien conçue pour 4 personnes, mais on peut dormir à 6 (il y a 3 chambres). Nous avons tous les 6 beaucoup aimés notre sejour et ça allait de 7 à 76 ans ...

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, geniale Gegend

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten, kleinen bis mittleren Anlage mit Restaurant. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Pool, einen eigenen wenn auch steilen Zugang zum Meer und eigene Kletterfelsen am Gelände. Man spricht kein Deutsch und Englisch auch nicht besonders gut. D.h. man sollte italienische Sprachkenntnisse oder ein wenig Geduld mitbringen. Die Leute sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Läden gibt es im Ort, mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Von der Wohnung hat man einen gigantischen Blick aufs Meer, d.h. es gibt jeden Abend einen unglaublichen Sonnenuntergang frei Haus. Die Umgebung bietet keine schönen Ortschaften aber sagenhafte landschaftliche Schönheiten wie Strände, Wandermöglichkeiten und Kletterfelsen.

Beautiful, amazing, calm, romantic holidays

Our holidays at Nebida were simply the best. The house was very well equipped, with beautiful views. The sleeping area is partly in the ground which is great especially during hot summer nights. A car is a must so you can explore other amazing places of the whole sulcis inglesiente. We loved the nearby Masua beach, from where we did boat trips e.g. to the famous Pan di Zuccero and other places (Cala Domestica etc.). If one is looking for beautiful, calm and romantic holidays Nebida is the right place. Also our 3 children loved it. Thank you once again!

Beautiful house with spectacular views

We had a wonderful stay at this well looked after, comfortable holiday home. Nebida is one of the top areas to visit in the Iglesias region, due to the amazing views on to the Pan di Zucchero, especially at sun set...and from this house we had the view all day, every day! Everything was clean, nicely decorated and the owners made sure a cot was provided for our baby. Great beaches nearby, but also the pool right in front of the house in case you are feeling lazy. Highly recommend this place, even if the windy road to get there is a little scary at first. We soon got used to the drive (it's not that bad and people actually drive quite carefully) and enjoyed the breathtaking views along the way.

Villino assolutamente stupendo !

Si tratta di un villino assolutamente stupendo! Era molto pulito e la posizione non potrebbe essere migliore. L'arredamento è arredato con gusto ed è molto curato, Vicinissimo al mare,piacevole e tranquillo, la piscina annessa al consorzio è graziosa, il ristorante e bar a pochi passi di distanza servono piatti di ottima cucina a base di pesce. È in una zona molto tranquilla, quindi è stata perfetta per la mia famiglia per una vacanza in un'atmosfera calma e rilassata. Bellissimi sono i tramonti che si possono ammirrare in questo angolo di paradiso.

Una settimana da incorniciare

Sono appena tornato da una settimana qui con la mia famiglia (ho due bambine di 7 e 9 anni). Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza meravigliosa. La casa e' accogliente, curatissima, confortevole e attrezzatissima. La vista sul mare e' davvero indimenticabile, abbiamo deciso spesso di rimanere a cena a casa proprio per goderci lo spettacolo al tramonto.la piscina panoramica e' bella e comodissima per i bambini che possono giocare tranquillamente a portata di vista anche da casa. Il ristorante e' stato una bella sorpresa sia per la cucina che per l'accoglienza calorosa di Massimiliano e Gabriella. Il posto e' ideale per visitare comodamente tutte le piu' belle spiagge dei dintorni, ma c'e' anche una bellissima discesa a mare proprio sotto casa che accede ad una baia molto suggestiva con una grotta e la vecchia laveria sullo sfondo. Insomma davvero un posto da consigliare. Luca

Nebida is a magic corner of South Western Sardinia and it offers beaches, mountains and mines. It can be reached crossing a scenic road overlooking the sea, many beaches and cliffs of which the most famous is the Pan Zucchero Rock. My husband and I stumbled upon this wonderful corner where nature and culture melt together in harmony. The sea views and breathtaking sceneries, the unspoiled wilderness combined with the beautiful colors of the sunset made us immediately realize that it was a perfect place for our family holidays. Our kids loved it!

When you get to Nebida we forget everything. The hustle and bustle of everyday life quickly becomes a distant memory. The view that provides the village is the bargain and only our house we can enjoy from a privileged position.
