Perfect place to stay

We liked so much to stay in Sabinas flat. The place is situated perfect not too far away from the railway station in the middle of San Polo a good place to start to all the museums etc. The apartment is big, very clean and you will surely find everything you need. We felt like home in the lovely kitchen. The contact with Sabina was easy and professional. We had a very warmly welcome, she explained about the neighbourhood, the restaurants and the Vaporettos.

Zu Hause in Venedig

Die Wohnung liegt relativ ruhig, ist blitzsauber und die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit Möbeln vom Artdeco bis 60er Jahre und die Bilder unterscheiden sich wohltuend vom Dekokitsch vieler Fewos. Sabrina, die Vermieterin, kümmert sich um jede Einzelheit, ist sehr herzlich und gibt einem das Gefühl ihr persönlicher Gast zu sein.

In jeder Hinsicht großartig

Alles an der Ferienwohnung von Marilina und Sabina war perfekt. Die Wegbeschreibung zu der Wohnung, der überaus freundliche Empfang und die Einweisung in die Wohnung, alles war super. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und gemütlich und super ausgestattet. Die Lage großartig, wenn man etwas abseits vom Trubel Venedig entdecken möchte. Gleichzeitig jedoch so zentral gelegen, dass man zu Fuß und mit dem öffentlichen Linienboot alles einfach und unkompliziert erreichen kann. Auch das Auschecken war super unkompliziert und die sehr nette Verabschiedung haben uns auch gut gefallen. Zudem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen so, dass man ausgesprochen gut schlafen kann. Auf jeden Fall ist die Wohnung unsere erste Wahl , wenn wir wieder nach Venedig kommen. Danke an unsere Gastgeber.

A perfect stay!

We had such a good time in Sabina's apartment. Everything was well organized – our arrival, Sabina has been waiting for us at the train station – the apartment, well equipped and clean, even cookies and cool water were there, Sabina even provided a travel bed for our 1,5 year old kid – our stay, a quiet neighbourhood, supermarket around the corner, and AC in every room! You really feel at home right away at this lovely place. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

A Lovely Stay!

Sabina's home is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to the train station and an easy walk to the taxis that can drive you to the airport. We were able to walk everywhere! The home is bright, spacious, and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. We especially appreciated the washing machine as we stayed in Venice at the tail end of our trip and needed to clean our clothes. Sabina and her husband where attentive to our every need! We had friends stop by who where flying out of Venice and when they saw our place they were so impressed. The noise of the street can be a bit loud if you have your windows open, but things quiet down in the evening. The area is clean, felt safe, and the convenience of a local grocery store was wonderful. They had everything you could need! Nice restaurants and good food close by. Thank you Sabina, we had a wonderful stay!

Great Place, Perfect Venice Location

This was the perfect apartment for our Venice adventure. Paolo, Sabina, and Marilina were excellent hosts. Paolo’s in-person pick-up at Piazzale Roma made our arrival easy and gave us peace of mind. He took the time to thoroughly and patiently introduce us to the apartment as well as the environs. The location was ideal being less than a 5-minute walk to Venice Italian School and an easy passeggiata to practically all the major attractions. We could easily access a neighborhood grocery store, shops, and restaurants. My husband and I fully appreciated the cleanliness, security, and comfort of this Venetian home. Superbe séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sabina. Elle a pris le temps de venir nous chercher à la gare de bus, de nous montrer le quartier et de nous expliquer les bases de la géographie et des déplacements à Venise dans un français et un anglais irréprochables. Elle a également répondu sur WhatsApp à toutes les questions que nous avons pu avoir avant ou pendant notre séjour L'appartement est charmant, calme, très propre, central, meublé et décoré avec soin. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous tout de suite. Nous n'avons qu'une idée en tête maintenant : revenir passer plus de temps ici quand notre fille sera plus grande. It was, without a doubt, the best vacation rental experience we have ever had!!!! From the moment we arrived, our hosts hospitality was unparalleled. She met us at the train station (after 9 pm as our train had been delayed) and personally escorted us to the property which was incredible. Along the way she was super friendly and chatty, and even made us a dinner reservation!!! She provided us with a detailed walkthrough of her home ensured that we were comfortable and familiar with everything, which made a significant difference in our overall experience. The home itself was immaculate and incredibly spacious. The neighborhood was fantastic—quiet, yet close to all the amenities and attractions we wanted to visit. Her availability through WhatsApp for any questions, restaurant recommendations, and even cooking class suggestions was immensely helpful and greatly appreciated. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a better host or a more perfect rental experience. Beyond Expectations

This apartment is a must is visiting Venice. The location is perfect, so close to everything, but not in the middle of the craziness, so you will get a good night sleep. Grocery store less than a minute walk, so we could make our own breakfasts and get snacks. Fully equipped with everything you may need. The best host we have ever experienced. Sabina met us a the water bus station and spent time explaining every detail to us. We cannot thank you enough Sabina. Say hi to your mom for us :)

Fantastic Experience!!

What a fantastic property!! We stayed at Sabina and Marilena's apartment for 4 days in June 2024 and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located centrally to all the sites in Venice. It's very clean uncomfortable with all of the amenities that we needed. We appreciated Sabina's husband, Paulo, meeting us at the train station to walk us to the apartment and show us everything that we might need to know about the property. Communication with Sabina was so easy as she provided recommendations and got back to us right away if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

This apartment is absolutely perfect! It’s in great location, close to all attractions, it’s charming, clean and stocked with everything you need. It really is super bright, having big windows in every room. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sabina. She is a great host. She replied to all our questions right away and offered suggestions for dining and shopping. She let us know of an upcoming public transportation workers strike so that we could plan our trip to Murano accordingly. She even met us at the bus stop and walked with us to the apartment. Love, Love, Love It.....

The host, Sabina was sent by God!!!! Her communication skills were impecable. First, she met us at the train station and walked us to her apartment, as stated, which made it extremely easy to located the apartment. Once we arrived, she gave us explicit instructions on entering the apartment with the keys. She took us upstairs ( not many stairs) to the apartment which was immaculate. It was a cite to behold. Absolutely Beautiful with so much history. The location was walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping, and churches. There was even a grocery store near by if you needed any last minute items. If you are going to stay in Venice for any amount of time, stay with her. We highly recommend !!!!!

Refined & Comfortable Haven in Venice

My husband and I chose this apartment for our first ever trip to Venice--and we were very pleased! Communication with Sabina was easy and she was extremely helpful. She met us at the dock for the Vaporetto and walked with us back to the apartment, pointing out good restaurants and mercado's as we went. Sabina explained everything we needed to know about entering and securing the apartment, using the kitchen, finding our way through the city, and so on. Very helpful since Venice is definitely a unique place! The bed is comfortable with beautiful linens. There are lots of closets and shelves provided for you to store your clothing and gear. The kitchen & kitchen table are large enough that we felt comfortable eating lazy late breakfasts there. The decor is charmingly old-world European--and with great Wi-Fi! The neighborhood has a variety of good shops and restaurants. We especially liked picking up groceries at "Tuday" -- a mercado one block away with great produce, cheese, bread, and good prices. Sabina helped us figure out how to get to the Venice Opera House to see an Opera and how to get to the Islands and, finally, to Marco Polo airport using public transportation. She is a wonderful friend to have as you explore the city of Venice. You will need to climb stairs to reach the apartment -- this didn't trouble us, but it's good to know. Being on the third floor helps make the noise of the street significantly less. An excellent choice for a visit to Venice!

Sabina is an amazing host and really cares that you enjoy your stay. We were so grateful she met us at the train station as this was our first trip to Venice, and learning to navigate Venice takes some time! She also took time to show us her apartment and explained how everything works. She keeps it immaculately clean. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and loved the location. We highly recommend this place! Thank you Sabina, for an unforgettable stay!

Merveilleux séjour

Formidable accueil de Sabina qui est même venue nous chercher à la station Piazzale Roma et nous a accompagné jusque l'appartement (15 minutes de marche). Un appartement chaleureux et très bien équipé dont la localisation est optimale pour visiter venise à pieds, prendre le vaporetto, se restaurer, faire des courses ... Sabina nous a remis une carte de Venise très pratique et nous a expliqué comment nous déplacer et nous repérer facilement dans la ville. Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse, nous serions très heureux de revenir prochainement ! Je vous souhaite une belle continuation !

From the Venice Airport or Treviso Airport we can give you exact info on how to get to Piazzale Roma (Bus Terminal) and meet you there.
