Pristine Oak Bluffs Home in zentraler Lage

Willkommen bei Martha's Vineyard. So viele unserer Gäste sind Jahr für Jahr zurückgekehrt, weil sie finden, dass unser Eigentum zentral gelegen ist, sauber, aktualisiert und entspannend. Wir bemühen uns, unser Zuhause komfortabel, frisch und modern zu machen. Tatsächlich fügen wir jedes Jahr etwas Neues hinzu, um unser Zuhause noch spezieller und bequemer zu machen.

Eine Erweiterung wurde abgeschlossen, um einen neuen architektonisch gestalteten Wohnraum mit kompletter zentraler Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus zu schaffen. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für 6 Personen mit viel Platz für mehr. Das neue Wohnzimmer hat durchgehende Panoramafenster mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und die wunderschön angelegte Landschaft. Es gibt einen großen Flachbild-Samsung SMART TV mit einer Auswahl an Kabel, Netflix und DVD-System. Die Küche, die Platz für 3 Personen an der Granit-Theke bietet, ist komplett mit allen Töpfen und Pfannen ausgestattet, die Sie benötigen, einschließlich Backgeräte, Kaffeemaschine, Keurig-Maschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Backofen usw.

Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem eigenen Samsung Flachbild-TV und Kabel ausgestattet. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare neue große Azek Heckdeck mit Pottery Barn Teak Möbeln und Platz für alle. Das Deck führt auf eine gemauerte Terrasse mit Teak-Esstisch, Grill und Feuerstelle. Direkt neben dem Deck ist eine neue Außendusche. Die Veranda hat Sitzgelegenheiten und ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um auf der malerischen Wiese direkt gegenüber dem Haus, beobachten Sie Sonnenuntergänge oder Sterne gucken.

In zentraler Lage zu Edgartown, Vineyard Haven, West Tisbury, Chilmark und Oak Bluffs. Nur eine kurze Fahrt bringt Sie zu einem der Stadtstrände und der Sailing Camp Park ist eine kurze Fahrradfahrt entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich auf über einem 1/2 Hektar großen gepflegten Grundstück in einer schönen, privaten Nachbarschaft, mit privaten Straßen ideal zum Radfahren und ist wunderbar für Familien, Freunde oder sogar ein romantisches Wochenende. Die Gemeinschaft ist exklusiv für Gäste und ist ruhig und still. Der Radweg und die Busroute liegen direkt an der Gemeinde und sind leicht zu erreichen. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen Sie den State Park mit Joggingpfaden und Sehenswürdigkeiten, das kürzlich renovierte Vineyard Family Tennis Center, in dem Sie Zeit mieten können, und das ausgezeichnete YMCA mit täglichen oder wöchentlichen Pässen für alle Ihre Workouts.

Martha´s Vineyard ist seit Jahren ein großartiger Urlaubsort und es gibt viel zu tun, darunter herrliche Strände, gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golfplätze, Tennisplätze, Hochseefischen, Segeln, Kajakfahren und vieles mehr.

The property was beautifully maintained and they had thought of mostly everything one could need during their stay. I also really appreciated the communication from the owner. He was quick to respond to our texts and emails. As someone who has rented many times on the Vineyard this was by far the best home we have stayed in.

A perfect island property!

The house and location was perfect for our family getaway on the island. We have been coming to the Vineyard for years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The yard and landscaping was pristine and well maintained with a variety of flowers, hedges, and trees. It was very private and relaxing. The lawn was like a carpet under your feet. The back deck/patio and fire pit met our evening wind down needs, and the space inside had a clean and spacious layout - the tv room had high ceilings, large windows, and was great for our young one to play in. Chris was very communicative and responsive during the entire process. We were thrilled to have chosen this home for our vacation and would return/recommend it to others!

Great family getaway

We had a great 3 nights. The firepit and patio was phenomenal for evening hang-out time. The location was about in the middle for venturing to either Edgartown or OB which was nice. And the house seemed perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again if fate allows.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Chris's property. The check-in process was easy and the house was perfect for our family of five. The outdoor space is beautiful and perfect for kids and adults. Beautiful home in great location

We loved staying in this home! Bring your own sheets and towels - but the floor mats in bathroom and kitchen hand towel is provided. It had all the comforts of home, and more! We found a moldy bread loaf left by cleaning company on top of refrigerator but it was no big deal to get rid of it. Nice stove and pans there and great Tupperware for making a lunch to bring to the beach. We rented bikes and the bikes paths are right outside this development. The outdoor is really nice but the shower feels like it’s in view of the camera out back, but you can throw a towel over the side where the camera is. The two bedrooms upstairs are both queen beds and two twin beds in one bedroom off the kitchen. We will stay there again for sure on another trip to the vineyard. Thank you!

Immaculate with everything you could need!

The owners have thought of everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The property is well manicured with high end outdoor furniture and grill. We loved the outdoor shower after beach days! Inside is super clean and comfortable. Kitchen has literally anything you could possibly need for meals and cocktails. The neighborhood is very convenient to explore the island while being tucked away on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

Blissful tranquility, close but just far enough

This is truly one of the best residences we’ve stayed in on island. To say Chris and LaVerne think of every possible thing, way before you arrive, is an understatement. We stayed at this idyllic property in May. This was a tranquil setting, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town centers but close enough to get there quickly. This home is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The yard is great for the kids to play volleyball and run around. Fantastic Property! Wonderful owners! Perfect stay.

We just checked out today and we already miss our home away from home. We are a family of 4 with a 14 year old and a 12 year old. The house was perfect for our family. The house is immaculate. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well appointed. Beautiful hardwood floors. The house smelled and looked very clean and neat. The backyard is lovely with plenty of room. We had a great time just kicking back on the comfortable backyard furniture relaxing. The owners were a pleasure do deal with. They sent informative emails from the before our stay and gave helpful tips during our stay. We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard since 2011 and this has been our best stay so far. We truly had a perfect week in the Vineyard. Thank you for renting to us.

Very enjoyable experience.

We left the Vineyard Haven ferry dock and were at the house within 10 minutes. As close as we were, we were in a quiet and secluded location. That was just one of the beauties of this property. The house and yard were fantastic; well kept and well furnished, with a very homey and welcoming feel. Lots of space to spread out. Close proximity to beaches, golfing, tennis, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing allowed us to enjoy a variety of activities. Even though we had a car, well maintained bike paths and accessible bus transportation would make it easy to get around the island. When we weren't out and about, we were relaxing on the comfortable deck, dining on the brick patio or watching TV on the large screen in the family room. An outdoor grill and a well-stocked kitchen made meal prep easy for those times we ate in. Thank you Chris and Laverne for the opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of the island from such a warm and friendly location.

Our Trip To MV

This was our first trip to M.V. and the home exceeded all of our expectations. The bedrooms were large and had plenty of storage and closet space. The kitchen has all new appliances, and plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils and small appliances. The living and dining areas were comfortable and nicely decorated. The yard has many comfortable seating areas and the front porch provided seating as well. You could tell that the owners put a lot of pride in the curb appeal. The property has many beautiful trees and flowers. The house was convenient to all the towns yet far enough away to provide plenty of room for a family to spread out. We hope that this property is available again next year!
