Great casual place by the beach

Location of condo was easy to find & in a good location close to beach and shopping. We wore shorts and flip flops pretty much the entire getaway weekend. Our group of 4 had plenty of room and it was nice to do a load of laundry in the condo so we didn't have to take wet swimsuits, etc home. Kitchen was equipped for cooking, but since we only stayed for the weekend, didn't really cook. Would definitely stay again.

Great location but could use some upkeep

Really easy walking location to the beach which was great with an infant. Very well stocked with supplies-beach and home accessories. Had some troubles checking in but Anke was quick to fix the issue which we really appreciate. There was some confusion with parking as the check-in info mentioned two parking spots but the binder in the residence only listed one. The upkeep of the property is a bit rough and it did not feel very clean when we first arrived. Unfortunately, other guests of the property did not adhere to the no smoking policy so we did not get to enjoy the lanai at some times.

Good location nice place

If they had an office to answer the phone thinks could have been better for us Only after getting in touch wit SMS thinks have changed We had a very difficult day but not been able to get into the property till 4PM nowhere to stay we arrived 11AM after a12 hours flight.

Look elsewhere

Place was dirty. The property was run down. If you book early you can get a much nicer place for the same money. The property manager was helpful when we told her there was an ant infestation and they dropped of bait traps and also offered to call a professional exterminator. The dish washer is terrible and we had to wash dishes two or three times. All I can say is book early. If you do get stuck here the beaches are great and the location is great.

Thanksgiving in Maui

We spent 10 days in this condo, during Thanksgiving week. We were 2 couples, with no kids. The layout of the condo was very good. The bedroom/bathroom arrangement was great for two couples. The condo is tight but who spends time indoors while in Maui? The kitchen and public grill next to the pool worked perfectly for our Thanksgiving dinner. But what’s more important: location, location, location. It was perfect: walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores. Everything. We will definitely stay again. It was a great experience!

Family Vacation

Aloha! The whole process from rental to check-in/check-out was simple and straightforward. Location was perfect, short walk to family friendly Kamaole Beach 1. The Unit is equipped with beach items which we appreciated. Short walk to Foodland for smaller grocery lists. Anke responded quickly for a short power outage we had. Great vacation! Mahalo!

OH - NY Adventure

We had a wonderful time here, and it was convenient to everything. Went to the beach every day, and hit most of the highlights. It was whale season, and we saw whales every day, so majestic. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing at the end of the day, and the grills were nice for those nights we just wanted to stay in. We would highly recommend this place, accommodations were very nice, and everything you need for the beach was there. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! (the NY party on our trip had 3 ft. of snow in one day while we were there....(they LOVE Hawaii)

Beautiful condo with air conditioning!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with air conditioning in each of the rooms. We had a little trouble getting in, but Anke was very quick to respond and we were in within 4 minutes of arriving. Everything we needed was in the condo - loved having access to washer/dryer, beach towels, nice beach chairs and plenty of bath towels if needed. Very comfortable. Loved it. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nice complex also - pool nearby, though we didn't have time to use it. Not too noisy during our stay and it felt safe. Middle of Kihei so easy access to everything.Highly recommend!

Wonderful time at Pacific Shores!

We enjoyed the condo at Pacific ShoresGreat location, quiet place, nice condo will all the amenities needed, complete kitchen with all the cooking equipment plus enough dishware, very confortable beds in the 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms, great for our family of 5. We could have used 1 or 2 more beach chairs but the 2 umbrellas and 2 boards were great to have. The outside balcony is small, only fits 2 but was ok for us as we were at the beach and out during the day! I woukd stay there again without hesitation! Aloha Anke!

Great condo in a fantastic location!! All the amenities you need for the beach only a short walk away! All the supplies you need for cooking. I highly recommend this condo and complex!

Great and not so great.

This condo is in a great location, just a block from the beach. The unit itself is very nice, appliances were updated and in good condition, beds were comfortable and there was an abundance of beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, etc. The living room furniture was not comfortable, the floors were not clean, and one shower curtain had a lot of mold on it. We scrubbed the curtain and then ran it through the wash machine. We would have mopped the floors had cleaning equipment been available.

Well appointed condo with an authentic Hawaiian character in a great location

The condo had a lovely Hawaiian character but also felt very modern. It had everything we needed. The second bedroom and bathroom, dishwasher and washing machine made our stay that much easier. Perfect Vacation Rental

Great location! Walkable distance to shops, restaurants with a great beach across the street. This condo is clean, roomy, comfortable, quiet, beautiful and well maintained. It is equipped with anything possible as well as plenty of beach chairs and beach and pool toys. The door locking system was simple. Enjoyed the keyless convenience! I will definitely book again!

Great place to stay in Kihei!

The condo had everything we needed and it was in a great location. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The condo was clean. However, the sliding glass door did not have proper sealing leaving an inch gap at the bottom which caused bugs to come inside.

Not worth the price.

The only good thing about this place is the location. The appliances are too cheap. Not enough supply compared to what they actually says. Door combination isA dumb idea. We got locked out twice. Alarm for the carbon monoxide kept beeping which kept as awake all night. Lanai is too small for even tho people. Door to the Lanai won't close which the property manager is aware but haven't done anything to fix it. Refrigerator is not easy to open and it kept moving when trying This'll o open it.This willl be my first and last stays here. I felt I overpayed to stay at this place.

Comfortable and well place

Tha place was comfortable and well placed for visiting the west coast of Maui. The two bathrooms were a plus. Beach equipment on pace towels, boards, toys for kids.... Tha kitchen was well equipped

Great location

The location was the best part of this property. It was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards that came with the condo. The condo was clean but there was an issue with bugs in the kitchen. I get it's a tropical location and we appreciate that Anke addressed this issue. Another thing that would have been nice is to have newer beach towels. Overall, this location was great for us as we explored the island.
