Es ist ein großes und malerisches Loft, das für zwei oder drei Paare von Freunden geeignet ist
Gewölbedecken aus Ziegelsteinen sowie maßgeschneiderte Einrichtungsgegenstände zeichnen es aus. Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist die Lounge / Küche mit einem riesigen Tisch, an dem Sie speisen, arbeiten oder auf den Turin-Karten nachschlagen können.
Das Zwischengeschoss mit Blick auf die Küche ist ein intimer Bereich für ein Paar, das gerne schläft oder sich einfach bei Kerzenlicht entspannt.
Der Zugang zum Zwischengeschoss erfolgt über eine ziemlich steile Treppe. Auch wenn Kinder diesen Bereich lieben, rate ich dringend, sie nicht ohne Begleitung aufstehen zu lassen.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist groß (für ein Zustellbett oder ein Kinderbett)
Die Wohnung wird durch zwei Badezimmer vervollständigt: eines mit großer Dusche, WC und Bidet und das andere sehr groß, mit einem 2-Sitzer-Whirlpool und einem kleinen angrenzenden Waschraum.
Ein Doppelschlafsofa fügt zwei Betten zu den 4 festen hinzu.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Innenhofs, sehr ruhig.
10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Porta Susa und über Garibaldi (die längste Fußgängerzone in Europa).
Bequem zu transportieren und die U-Bahn, 4 Straßenbahnhaltestellen vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Als Teil des zentralen Bereichs ist das Parken kostenpflichtig.
In der Via Cibrario finden Sie zahlreiche Konditoreien, Feinkostläden und typische Geschäfte, in denen Sie ein fantastisches Frühstück genießen können.

Lovely Apartment, Lovely Host

We are three 'mature' female friends, two on their first trip to Italy, who stayed in this apartment for 10 nights. We arrived at Rossana's beautiful Loft Apartment in Turin and there she was waiting for us with a warm welcome. The apartment is very comfortable, very spacious and very clean; with everything that's needed for a nice vacation stay in a lovely City. The #13 tram, right across the Street, was a daily ritual for us. It takes you to the Piazza's, to the Museums, to the theatre, to the Mole Antonelliana, where you can go up to the tower and have a magnificent view of the City, to Via Roma and Via Po, where shopping is great! Though you don't have to go too far to shop for your daily baked goods and great coffee or fresh fruits and vegetables, these are a couple of doors down from the apartment entrance. Also, the wine shop right next door is absolutely wonderful! with not only wine but lot's of other Italian staples. There is also a bookstore in the corner, a newspaper shop (Tabacchi shop) where you could get your bus/tram tickets. The meat market to the right and across the Street is just wonderful, with daily fresh cuts of meat. We had fun purchasing fresh food in the neighborhood and making some authentic Italian meals. Also, there are some good Pizzeria's, Cafe's, Gelato shops and a PAM supermarket just a few minutes walk away. This is the perfect neighborhood to stay in during a visit to Turin; everyone is so accommodating and friendly and patient with us as we kept saying 'Parlo poco Italiano.' One more thing is the train stations, Porta Nuova & Porta Susa are just a bus/tram, or taxi ride away. We went on the train to Genoa and Milan and it was very easy and cheap too! Though the most important thing is that the host, Rossana Brando, is the most gracious and loveliest lady you'll meet! The lovely basket of goodies and the wine she had waiting for us was just so thoughtful. She will attend to all your needs, always responding with any questions you have, or any problems that may arise while you are staying in her lovely apartment. She is nearby and there when you need her. We look forward to a return trip to Torino and hopefully staying in this apartment again.

Bellissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in casa di Rossana in 2 coppie di amici . L'alloggio è più bello che in foto. A differenza di tante altre case, anche molto belle, ma che sembrano fatte apposta per essere affittate ( sembrano degli hotel con cucina) qui sarete in una casa vera. Come se degli amici vi ospitassero. Ci sono quadri, oggetti personali, riviste, stoviglie e biancheria "da casa". La casa che ognuno sognerebbe di avere. La zona non è nel centro storico ma è vivace e piena di negozi. In 5 minuti si è alla stazione e in 15 in pieno centro. Non serve la macchina. Rossana è un'ospite premurosa e cordiale. Stiamo già pensando di ritornare

Absolutely the best, in every way!

The owner of this apartment in central Turin is a model host! I travel a lot, mostly on business, and this apartment, with its comfort, location and amenities, is an absolute gem. In spite of the central location, the apartment is very quiet. Cleanliness and comfort are important to me, and this makes Torino Loft a perfect place for me to stay, whether it be for a few days or for several weeks. The host is nothing short of an extraordinary person -- pleasant, accommodating and attentive to her guests' every need. A rare find! An absolutely perfect stay, in every way! A++++++++++

Cosa dire ... se no GRAZIE !

Il loft di Rossana e veramente un luogo dove si puo riposare et prepare al meglio la visita di Torino. Decorazione e attrezzatura perfette. Si puo vivere tranquillamente tre copie, e cenare in 8 senza difficoltà. I regali di benvenuto sono sempre appreziati e la documentazione sulla cità molto utile. Anche il quartiere mi e molto piacciuto : dei negozi genuini per prodotti veri dell piemonte e dell'Italia. Una stella particolare per la Macelleria Pino di fronte al loft, che vende una carne d'eccezione !!! A presto un altra aventura Torinese ! Patrick e Odile, Lione Francia

trovato questo alloggio quasi per caso , la scelta si è rivelata fortunata . il loft e molto bello , funzionale ed adattissimo anche per sei persone come noi eravamo . silenzioso , confortevole e molto piacevole per le comodità che offre , per la posizione , vicina al cento, e pratica con mezzi di trasporto .arredamento completo e per chi come noi ha pranzato e cenato sempre in casa utile nelle sue comodità tipo lavastoviglie , cucina grande e forno . molto gentile la proprietaria che si è dimostrata cortese e molto disponibile.sicuramente da consigliare a chi decide di passare qualche giorno a torino

Magnifique loft à Turin

Nous avons été charme par notre séjour à Turin. Le loft que loue rossana est au-dessus des photos du site . L,accueil pleins d'attention de la propriétaire est un vrai bonus. Même si le centre historique de Turin est difficilement accessible à pied. Le confort et la convivialité du loft sont des compensations a la hauteur. Le quartier est super sympa avec le tramway quasiment devant l'immeuble et tous les commerces dont on a besoin. Les attentions de Rossana nous ont permis de découvrir de bons restos et de profiter d'un apéro à l'appartement délicieux et artisanal. Nous retournerons a Turin . Une ville ultra surprenante et très loin des clichés "triste et industrielle" Le musee égyptien , première collection après le Caire est exceptionnel tout comme le muses du cinema qui enthousiasmera petits et grands. Le musée de l'automobile n'intéressera pas que les fous de voitures.... N'hésitez pas a aller passer un week-end ou plus (40 musées!!!!) et choisissez le loft....vous ne regretterez pas d'avoir choisi cette destination !!!!!!

Beyond belief

We have just been lucky enough to spend 5 nights in Rossana's beautiful loft apartment. I cannot recommend this whole experience highly enough. Turin is a vast and beautiful city. The apartment has everything you can imagine, and more. Rossana is the perfect hostess. She responds very promptly to enquiries and is so generous with information and offers of help. The welcome basket of goodies was such a thoughtful gesture and as the apartment is so lovely, you just want to stay there and cook and eat and relax. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is spotlessly clean. Cosy in winter. We loved it and will definitely return. Thank you so much for a holiday highlight Rossana.

Loft très bien équipé et très bien situé; accueil chaleureux et belle hospitalité.

Le Loft de Rossana est situé au cœur du quartier Liberty de Turin, à quelques minutes en bus de la via Garibaldi. Le quartier est très commerçant et on peut trouver un petit supermarché à proximité (le Pam), ainsi qu'un traiteur et plusieurs pasticcieria. Il y a une documentation complète fournie dans le gîte. Le loft est très calme, donnant sur une cour intérieure. Il est très propre, très bien entretenu et décoré avec soins et goût et c'est agréable de s'y relaxer après une journée en ville. Il est également très bien équipé. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Rossana, qui parle bien français et donne de très bons conseils. Il est évident que c'est une personne qui aime recevoir ses visiteurs. Nous avons découvert Turin et beaucoup aimé la Piazza Castello, le Mole Antonelliana (si possible réserver à l'avance sur internet le créneau pour l'ascenseur panoramique, car beaucoup de queue sur place...), ainsi que le Borgo Medievale (prévoir des noisettes pour les écureuils - succès garanti auprès des enfants...).

Bellissimo loft di design

Cercate una location in vacanza dove sentirvi come a casa? Bene allora scegliete pure ad occhi chiusi questo appartamento! In più, comfort e design sono le parole chiave che lo descrivono! Ci troviamo ad un passo da Piazza Statuto, quindi vicini anche alla stazione di Porta Susa: comodità in più per chi arriva in treno. L'appartamento si trova in palazzo storico ma ne è completamente autonomo dal resto del condominio dove, accedendovi, ti trovi un un androne/portineria attraverso il quale si arriva alla corte interna che porta alla casa....come essere un vero torinese! Entri in casa e ti trovi catapultato in un open space di concezione moderna di contrasto con la struttura che invece vede ampie altezze, parti in pietra faccia vista, grandi finestre come in una casa del passato. L'attenzione al particolare nella cura e nel buon gusto dell'arredamento è la seconda cosa che rende unico, caldo ed avvolgente questo posto. Da un punto di vista di praticità, a partire dalle dotazioni per la cucina, passando per la camere e per i bagni, si trovano tutti i comfort immaginabili in una casa in cui si vive a differenza di tante case vacanze dotate appena di oggetti di prima necessità. Qualche esempio? Stoviglie di tutti i generi, impianto stereo, video e registrazione, riviste e libri da leggere, anche per bimbi, etc. La zona in cui si trova è residenziale, ricca di buoni negozi di quartiere dove trovare di tutto. In circa 15 minuti di passeggiata si raggiunge il centro e se invece non si ha voglia di passeggiare davanti casa si trova la fermata del tram di una delle linee principali. Una nota particolare va resa a Rossana, la proprietaria, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ha incorniciato al meglio il soggiorno!

Loft très agréable et dans un quartier vivant.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Turin, merci beaucoup à Rosanna pour son accueil plus que chaleureux et pour toutes les bonnes adresses du quartier que nous avons eu plaisir à découvrir; on peut facilement être en centre ville en 15mn de marche sinon le bus est à 2mn . Le loft est très plaisant, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, idéal pour notre famille de cinq personnes , il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour comme à la maison !!! le panier gourmand à l'arrivée est une attention très touchante. Si nous revenons à Turin nous reviendrons dans ce loft. Merci encore, bonne continuation Famiglia Pace

Loft a Torino

Il soggiorno è stato estremamente piacevole, l'appartamento è bellissimo e perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto pubblicate sul sito. La proprietaria, Rossana, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni estremamente utile. Il loft è posizionato in un palazzo posto su una via commerciale comodissima a tutti i servizi commerciali e di trasporto pubblico. Nonostante ciò, l'appartamento è estremamente silenzioso visto che si affaccia sul cortile interno. Abbiamo soggiornato coi bimbi che hanno apprezzato moltissimo l'affascinante soppalco!

Un loft da sogno..

Il loft è veramente incantevole come si può vedere e immaginare dalle foto. È molto curato nei particolari, arredato con gusto, pulito e confortevole. La proprietaria Rossana è molto ospitale e sa come coccolare i suoi ospiti. È in un quartiere limitrofo alla zona centrale, pieno di attività commerciali e ci sono vari autobus con i quali si può raggiungere la parte storica in 10/15 minuti. Sono stato con quattro colleghi per un convegno è ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene, la Jacuzzi poi ci ha aiutato a rilassarci quando rientravamo la sera. Ci tornerei volentieri anche domani! Soggiorno Perfetto!

Il loft è accogliente, arredato con gusto in ogni dettaglio. Il bagno con la vasca idromassaggio è la chicca . Nel bagno a fianco alla camera da letto la grande doccia è super confortevole.
