A Little Slice of Heaven in FL

Our family of six (5 adults and a 4 month old infant) recently spent a wonderful week at 204 Island Sands. The condo is clean and tastefully furnished, with everything in good working order. It offers all the comforts of home: a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook or serve a meal; comfortable beds and furniture; plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels (including beach towels); and a roomy balcony with ample seating to enjoy the wonderful FL sunsets. The beach is steps away and local restaurants, stores, and coffee shops are walkable. There's a heated pool with plenty of patio seating to enjoy the outdoor space and a gas grill for cooking. There's also chairs/umbrella and other amenities for enjoying the beach. The condo and building are both well maintained. We are regular visitors to the Gulf Coast and have rented condos in IRB, Indian Shores, and Anna Maria Island. This condo exceeded our expectations and is one we would recommend without hesitation. Sue from the property management company was easy to work with and very helpful. The only (minor) issue is traffic. The condo is on Gulf Blvd, close to the bridge so the traffic occasionally makes driving in and out of the building difficult. It's definitely manageable, just a bit of a hassle (especially on busy weekends). We really enjoyed our stay at 204 Island Sands and plan to return again.
