Diese schöne Meerblick-Apartment liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Küstenschifffahrt. Entspannen Sie auf der Veranda und beobachten Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick auf den Sound. Die Rückseite Balkon hat Aussicht auf das Meer, wo man sitzen und beobachten Sie die Delphine schwimmen entlang der Küste können.

Unsere leichte, helle und geräumige Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa (neues Sofa / Schnitt im Jahr 2017). Das Badezimmer wurde im Jahr 2015 mit einem modernen, aktualisierten Design und unsere gesamte Wohnung wurde gemalt komplett umgebaut. NEU für 2017: Neue Schnittsofa und Küchentisch und Stühle.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein offenes Konzept Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Ein großer Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player befindet sich im Familienzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer. Ein Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auf dem Flur. Wi-Fi zur Verfügung.

Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Spaß in der Sonne ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Genießen Sie Schwimmen, Boogie-Boarding, Surfen und Angeln. Topsail Dünen hat einen privaten Pool für die Gäste.

Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher sind inklusive. Zwei Parkausweise, Pool gelangt, Reinigungskosten und Steuern mit Mietpreis inbegriffen (Für Hochsaison / Miete). Zusätzliche Gebühren können für nicht -peak Saison / nicht-Miete und anzuwenden. Fragen Sie nach Details.

In der Nähe unserer Wohnung - neben den schönen Stränden - es tolle Restaurants, Geschäfte und Lebensmittelgeschäfte.

Topsail ist in der Nähe von Wilmington und Jacksonville, NC Im Süden ist Wilmington, die an Attraktionen wie die USS North Carolina Schlachtschiff, Aquarium, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Touren hat. Wilmington International Airport (ILM) ist ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt (40 Meilen). Albert j. Ellis Regionalflughafen (JAN) ist kaum 45 Minuten nördlich von Toppsegel Insel mit dem Auto (35 Meilen).

Lovely condo!

This condo is on the second floor of building one. Ample parking, nicely maintained walkways and exterior, basketball hoop and grills nearby. The condo is impressive for cleanliness, spaciousness, larger front porch and back screened in deck. The views are picturesque. The kitchen is well stocked with serving dishes, cookware, even a crock pot! Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful time

Property is as shown in the pics , updated and had a nice ocean view while sitting on the balcony . The pool was nice also if you wanted to get off the beach for awhile . First night we stayed here I ordered groceries which was a huge help ! We will stay again in the future , the owner is just a message away and responds quickly ! The king size bed was very comfortable !

Off season Topsail trip

Kristin was very responsive whenever we communicated with her.. Location was perfect for relaxing and walking the beach. Very quiet at the Dunes. I enjoyed having the pool available as an alternative. I gave Kristen some feedback as the condo needs a little TLC and better cleaning; maybe due to the end of the summer season. She said she is looking for a new cleaning crew.

perfect vacation!

We just returned from this condo and loved it! VERY SPACIOUS compared to other condos we have stayed in. Living area is large to accommodate plenty of family fun and quality time. Ocean views on balcony and sound views from screened in back porch were both amazing. It's great to have the screened in porch to keep all your beach gear. The condo has everything you need and is decorated beautifully. Great, uncrowded beach even during a peek week! Pool was never really crowded either. Loved north topsail b/c its still 15 minutes from many restaurants, ice cream, etc in surf city, but much more private and less crowded. The beds in this condo were very comfortable! That is something that is usually lacking in vrbo rentals and these were great! Most comfortable beds i've ever had in vrbo rental. We truly loved this condo and would love to return! Recommend to everyone!!!

So close to the beach

We had a good stay. The condo was clean upon arrival, though I found trash under the couch. Being on the beach was a priority for us and we were not let down! The community was pretty quiet and easy to get around. The outdoor game area with basketball, bocce, etc. was a nice bonus. The screened porch was definitely a plus, as well. We left our beach stuff out there and the sunsets were beautiful. Owner was friendly and available when needed. Overall, would recommend this condo. Topsail is a low-key beach vacation; exactly what we wanted.

Fun at the Beach

Great space for 6 adults. Nice views! Loved the screen porch for beach equipment. It would be great if the master bedroom had a true king bed instead of 2 twins pushed together that are not level. In need of newer frying pans please. Again, we truly enjoyed our vacation there and the time with family was extra special.

Amazing Views

We loved this condo! It was roomy for a family of 5. We had great views of the ocean and sound. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The dishwasher, washer and dryer were a nice bonus. The back porch is a nice extra that most condos in this complex do not have. It was great for keeping our beach stuff and bikes on, plus we had a great view of the sunsets. We liked all the hooks hanging in the bed and bathrooms, great for hanging towels and swimsuits. Our only complaint was that we had to leave when our vacation was over. We will definately be back!

This was a great family property. Kids meet a ton of friends to hang with all week. The condo was great layout for family of 5. It is clean, quiet and perfect for family week at the beach. Only negative is the decking on front of building needs updating.

We loved our stay at this condo and plan on returning soon!

Loved the open space of living room, dining room and kitchen! This space was very comfortable with relaxing colors, great decor and lovely beach furniture. The kitchen was nicely equipped with all the essentials and loved having the washer/dryer there. Beds very comfortable and good AC. Best space for me was the balcony off the living space. Had my coffee and did yoga there daily! Comfortable beach chairs and a great view! Easy access to beach and lovely pool to enjoy. Owners very responsive with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. Very reasonable price for a great relaxing place!

Incredible beach & location!

Our stay at Topsail Dunes was very comfortable for three women. We each had our own bedroom and to have the linens and towels included was a bonus. The open concept living, dining and kitchen was perfect. The kitchen is very much in need of renovation but everything worked so, no complaints. The carpeting is really old & stained, so it needs a deep cleaning or total replacement. The beach at North Topsail goes on forever! Ideal for walks; casual & for getting exercise. Nice 'n sandy and loads of shells! The water temp was perfect and the waves......exciting and exhilarating! We had an issue with the wifi and TV on day three, however after a call to Hanna, and some troubleshooting......we were back in business. It would have been ideal to have had some beach chairs available at the condo. We offered to purchase some for the unit (to be reimbursed, of course), however the owner preferred not to go for that offer. So, we contacted Grant's and had three comfortable lounge chairs and oversized umbrella provided to us. They set up each morning & were taken down each late afternoon. It worked out very well. Great customer service! Everyone we met, who were either visiting or living in Topsail Dunes, all very friendly and helpful. We got many great tips on restaurants --- our favorites were: Rick's, Gallagher's, The Riverview, St. Regis' Ocean Edge, and reasonable food prices at the FoodLion. The only disappointment was the Crab Pot in Surf City. Not worth the $ at all. Cute place, good service, but lousy food. We had a wonderful week of sunshine-- only one cloudy rainy day. The AC worked very well in the condo which added to our comfort for the entire week. Great views from the condo-- sunsets over the Sound were breathtaking! We will definitely return to North Topsail Beach!

Beautiful views!

We felt at home from the moment we stepped in. ❤️❤️❤️! The sound from the front porch at sunset was amazing. My husband loved that he could drive on the beach at the end of the island. Kids were happy. Amazing week. We cannot wait to come back here.

Just right....

This condo fit the needs of our family of 4 plus Grammy just right! It's open layout with eating area, living room and small sitting area was just the right amount of space. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets stocked in the bedrooms. The master bedroom is hot, but the box fan helped a bit. However, the rest of the condo stayed nice and cool. The kitchen was adequate for our needs (we cooked in every night but one). The screened in porch was wonderful to store ALL the outdoor gear we had, perfect! The only downfall of the trip was 5 days of noisy construction on all 3 porches of the unit above us, thumbs down for that. The noise (we have a toddler who still naps) and construction debris that fell onto our porches was a nuisance. Overall it was a nice stay :) Thanks Kristin!

Surprisingly Amazing Location

My husband, myself, our 3 kids (ages 9,7,5) and my mother and father stayed in the unit July 9th-July 16th, 2016. For a condo it was VERY spacious. I was concerned that we were in the back unit of the building and would not have good views of the ocean or would be a far walk from the pool, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our views of the ocean were great ocean views and the walk to the pool is very short. It was great to have the sun room to keep our beach supplies in. The beach was amazing! The kids loved looking for shells and it was a BIG plus that we could leave our beach stuff at the beach if we wanted, day and night!! I highly recommend this condo for anyone (and I'm pretty picky and hard to please LOL). We will definitely stay here again!!

Great location!

We love the condo. We saw lots of dolphins and the beach was beautiful. Our only complaint was the air conditioning. It never really got cold.

This vacation rental was perfectly sized and well stocked with all your must haves :)

Our family had a wonderful stay at Topsail Dunes. The vacation rental was perfectly sized so no one was in anyone else's personal space. The cabinets were all well stocked with things we use in everyday life. Just a short distance from the beach and pool areas. We have already discussed coming back in future years!
