Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel, ideal für Familien oder Gruppen von Freunden. Diese herrliche Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, mit Aufzug, hat eine Fläche von 240 Quadratmetern und besteht aus einem Doppel-Wohnzimmer mit schönen Marmorkamin (dekorativ), Fresken an den Wänden und Türen, 4 große Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Loft mit einem en-suite Badezimmer, Esszimmer und separate voll ausgestattete Küche mit zwei Kühlschränken. Alle Betten sind Queen-Size (190x160cm) oder King-Size (200x170cm), außer auf dem Dachboden, wo es ein französisches Queen-Size-Sofabett im Erdgeschoss und ein französisches Queen-Size-Bett (190x140cm) im Obergeschoss und außer im Zweibettzimmer gibt. Alle Zimmer sind mit großen Fenstern ausgestattet und verfügen über hohe Decken, die für die antiken Gebäude der Römer charakteristisch sind. Die Möbel sind luxuriös und das Haus ist einzigartig, mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung, kostenloser WLAN-Internetzugang, TV LCD Bang & Olufsen.
Für unsere jüngsten Gäste bieten wir ein Babybett (1-4 Jahre alt).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Gebäude mit Eingang von Piazzale Flaminio. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, direkt im Zentrum, neben der Piazza del Popolo und nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der Spanischen Treppe und Via Condotti. Die U-Bahnstation "Flaminio" ist nur 20 Meter vom Gebäude entfernt.

Amazing property at the heart of Rome

We stayed for a weekend and absolutely fell in love with this property. It is super clean, very beautiful, and has everything we needed to accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids (including a 15 month old - the high chair was so helpful!). We hope to be back in the near future as it is also centrally located and within 5-15 min walk to Piazza de Popollo, Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, Spanish steps and much more. Lots of amazing restaurants and shopping near by as well. Highly highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rome! It was conveniently located near public transportation, cafes, shopping, and historic sites, making it easy to explore the city. The living space was beautifully decorated and perfect for late-night family gatherings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. A great place to stay—we would definitely return!

The apartment is lovely and in such a great and convenient location! The metro is 1block away. There is a grocery store 1 block way and a lovely cafe called Brown cafe 1block away and Grom gelato 1 block away. A great place!

Fabulous Apartment in Fabulous Location

We could not have been happier with this VRBO. The location, steps from the Piazza de Popolo, was incredible. The apartment was more space than we needed for our family of four and was beautiful and clean. We were all able to spread out and be comfortable. Communication with Fidia was wonderful. Fidia's manager, Allan, was also wonderful. My son left his iPad at the apartment and Allan kindly brought it to us. I really can't say enough about this VRBO.

Great place in centre of Rome

We’ve had a great stay in this great en charming apartment. Nice big rooms, well equipped rooms and near to shops and local transport.We would definitely book this house again!Last but not least: it was so nice to have a taxi pick us up from the airport and bring us back. Perfect location

This apartment was in a perfect location—close to great food, groceries, transportation, sightseeing, etc. there was more than enough space for our family of 6 (teens, parents, and grandparents). We absolutely loved our visit. Brought our 97 year old mother-in-law and everything was so wonderful - it made her trip. The flower cart on the corner made the most beautiful arrangement we enjoyed in the kitchen our entire stay. The views and location are perfect. The unit is a piece of art. True WINNER.

Great central apartment!

We loved this apartment! Its location was an easy walk to several attractions including Trevor fountain, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon as well as being right next to a Metro station. The apartment was very comfortable for our party of 6 adults. Each bedroom had air conditioning and the front rooms were great for everyone to gather and relax. Our host, Allan, was wonderful and helped us arrange transport from the airport as well as providing some great restaurant recommendations! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable, central location!

This is an amazing luxury apartment. Three of the bedrooms are great. The 4th bedroom is not great. The living spaces and kitchen and dining room were excellent. It is a busy world outside the doors but transit and the metro are so close. The Borghese gardens proximity allow you to escape traffic and wander in a beautiful oasis. The host was excellent. Fidia communicated so promptly and was so reliable about setting up rides to and from the airport. I cannot say enough good things about her skills as a host. She really cares about her renters and I appreciate that so much. The photos are very true to the reality of the apartment. It was a treat to stay here. Thanks Fidia.

Wonderful Throughout

I’m so happy we stayed here. The host was wonderful - providing an incredible guide to the area and recommendations for tours and even a private chef. She even helped us coordinate some transfers. Check-in was easy. The apartment was as described. Lovely, well appointed, and the location was fabulous. We were there with our two young daughters (strollers) and wanted a place where we could walk easily. This was perfect. The many positive reviews we relied on are true - this is a wonderful host and rental. We are happy to add our positive feedback to the list and would gladly stay here again when we return. Superior lodging in a fantastic location!

This apartment is just as described, and the actual space is even nicer than the photos indicate. It is steps from the Piazza del Popolo and the entrance to the Borghese Gardens, a few short blocks from the Tiber river, and a short walk to the Spanish Steps, Vi del Corso, and a host of other sites. There is room to spread out and 2 living rooms with incredible views of the aforementioned piazza and gardens. Fantastic!
