Unser Ohana (Großfamilienhaus) bietet einen mystischen Blick auf die Westmaui-Berge mit kühlen Nachmittagsbrisen. Unsere Wohnung ist gut mit Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Toll zum Verweilen und Kochen oder Grillen unten am Meer. Am wichtigsten ist Komfort und Sauberkeit, da sie Bettwäsche aus Bio-Baumwolle und weiche Handtücher bieten. Der 68-Einheiten-Komplex mit niedriger Dichte hat eine ruhige Atmosphäre, einen privaten Parkplatz, Wäschemöglichkeiten vor Ort, einen Pool und ist sauber, entspannend und freundlich mit viel Aloha. Am besten schnorcheln und Schildkröten beobachten. Der Gehweg neben der Ufermauer ist vorübergehend abgeseilt. Wir erwarten bald eine Genehmigung, um Reparaturen zu ermöglichen.

Great studio condo in amazing waterfront location

The condo was well-stocked and in a lovely location. While the property is on the water, the condo unit itself does not face the water and looks out on the mountain, something that wasn't clear to us from the listing.

Great location

Condo was neat and tidy, and being that close to the ocean was great. The pool was nice as well and everyone else staying/living there was very friendly. The only complaint I had was the pull-out bed was a little flat and uncomfortable but all in all the place was great.

Great Communication

Our recent stay with David and Natalain was highlighted by their professionalism and open communication with us when we encountered a problem in the unit. They were quick to address the issue and try to resolve it, and for that alone, I would trust them as hosts for a future stay. Not to mention, the location of their property was beautiful and a great retreat right at the ocean. We admired sea turtles in the afternoon and sunbathed on the loungers. TLDR: Responsive hosts, excellent location!

Wonderful experience

The condo was just perfect for my spouse and I during our first stay in Maui. Very clean and quiet with a wonderful relaxed vibe with no big resort feel but all the amenities like beach side views, pool, common grill area (not busy) , portable beach chairs and beachside chairs/recliners/tables to sit back relax and watch the ocean life and natural beauty of the island. The location is perfect! I was worried about the comfort of the pull out couch but it was very comfortable providing great much needed rest during our stay! Highly recommend and better than expected!

Great getaway

Loved how quiet things were. This was a great place for the 2 of us. The bed was a bit hard, but manageable. It was great to be able to walk around back, sit down, and watch the sunset over the ocean.

Lovely condo in a fun neighborhood

We stayed at the Kaleialoha condo for 5 days and really enjoyed our time there. The house was clean, well stocked, and the sofa-bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on for 2 people. The walk to the ocean is about 1 minute and we enjoyed our morning strolls there. There are several restaurant and tourist attractions very close to this place. Overall, a great experience!

Good location for a good price!

We enjoyed our first stay at a VRBO! Check-in was super easy which was nice since we arrived in Maui so late at night. There was snorkel equipment that we could use which saved us money on a rental. Close access to Kannapali Beach - one of the best beaches (lots of parking, good snorkeling and swimming). The pull out couch was a bit firm. I didn't mind it but my husband was getting a bit sore since we stayed for ten days. A great stay overall!

Perfect stay!

My friend and I had an amazing time, and Natalain and David were the perfect hosts. So considerate and accommodating. The sofa bed was slightly dusty, and we changed the TV remote ourselves, but I 100% prefer this beautiful cozy studio to any five-star resort. In a great location! We also saw numerous turtles at the private beach! Our condo was the only one that had its own private beach; our neighbors did not have that privilege. Will return! Mahalo

Will stay here again when I return

This location was perfectly situated in close proximity to everything available to do on this side of Maui. I saw sea turtles each day swimming in the water right in front of the condo. Everything you need is here just grab your food and drinks and enjoy your stay.

Month in paradise

The condo was exactly what was pictured and portrayed,.everything is within walking distance.The condo is perfect for one or two people. it is nicely equipped with plenty of cookware nd dishes. The grounds are beautiful, and allthough the unit looks out at the parking lot,there is a great veiw of the mountains.There is an area to sunbathe and barbeque on the West side of the building, and plenty of whales to watch.David and Natalain are wonderfull hosts and also leave you a great deal of info to explore the island.Plenty of restaurants and food trucks close by. Great place to enjoy Maui!!

We had a great experience staying at David and Natalain's apartment. The position is great, close to the most beautiful beaches, walking distance to a great fish market and a farmer's market. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything one needs. The convertible sofa is very comfortable! Finally what we enjoyed the most is the garden, where we spent most of our evenings having a drink while watching the sunset on the ocean and spotting sea turtles.

Great condo!

This condo was located perfectly! Everything is super close. The condo has a nice lawn area that has a great view of the ocean and sunset. The condo provides beach towels, cooler, umbrella, etc. which was super convenient. The kitchen is also well stocked with a lot of cooking supplies. I would definitely stay here again!

A place to 😴 after an amazing island adventure!

We LOVED our time on Maui!! It was just the two of us & we generally packed a lunch (& appreciated the provided cooler and beach towels) and left in the early AM every day. Often, we didn't get "home" until after 8 or 9 and were just overwhelmed with the beauty and majesty of the island...and EXHAUSTED! 😋. Experiencing Maui has been a trip of a lifetime for us (try the Shaka app, road to Hana!!)! We're so glad that we did it!! The Schwartz family was so generous to open up their home for renters like us. They had a nice note of instructions and advice for stopping at Costco and a great farmer's market (both which we did and found really helpful)! We rely a lot on the reviews of others and hope this bullet point review will help you as well... -Quiet hours were not strictly enforced after 9 PM and even if the siding glass doors are closed, the road noises are pretty loud (FYI if you're a light sleeper) -The condo association scheduled pest control treatment during our stay for tiny ants that were found in the kitchen and bathroom (our objective was to stay in one place for 2 weeks without packing up, but we were notified into our stay and needed to pack up to avoid our things being sprayed) -The ocean wall was closed off due to erosion (can't really sit and watch the turtles) -You may be disappointed if you expect to snorkel with the turtles right from the condo... Many days the water was much too rough so it could be hit or miss. The good news though, is that there were at least 3 or 4 that we saw in one day from the open sea wall steps!! -The sofa bed was the most comfortable that we've slept on, but there are only two pillows available -There is mic wav & plenty of cooking utensils and pans etc., But we didn't spend much time in the kitchen -If you're going to do laundry, pack some powder. There is community laundry on site. One machine is HE, but 2 are not. Detergent is not provided (we don't think). -The room has east exposure, so you get beautiful sun in the morning. However, since the shades aren't room darkening, the light will likely wake you. That's all that we can think of 😋... Aloha! Enjoy Maui and keep it beautiful ❤️

Beautiful home in an excellent location!

This condo was extremely comfortable and a great value. It is located in a great location in Maui, only a 10 minute drive from all things to see in the area. We really enjoyed the extra space provided as well as the full kitchen and amenities. The bed was very comfortable and parking was no issue. The hosts have an easy check in and check out system and provide you with everything you may need. Would come back again, thank you!

Away from the crowds!

This condo faces the street with easy access to the ocean side of the building. The sea wall is blocked off as it needs repair and permits to do the work, but you can still sit steps away from it and enjoy an unobstructed view of Moloka'i and Lanai. The condo is family owned and allows renters to enjoy it. You are among several other units in the apartment style building, many are also vacation condos and a couple appeared to be full time residents. At the seawall there are stairs to access the ocean floor, with turtles and whales in view (bring your binoculars for the whales) in the winter months. There isn't a beach at this very spot, but you can still enter the water to snorkel with reefs along the ocean front. We were there for 15 days at xmas, and while many parts of the island were crowded, this area was not. No major traffic to deal with, a Times Market (Grocery Store) within walking distance, an array of food trucks with much variety, all nearby. There are also plenty of beaches and parks in walking distance as well as small restaurants. The condo itself is perfect for two people. I think I shower a little too long and would run out of hot water sometimes, so we would give it a half hour between each of us showering. The condition of the condo is in decent shape, nothing is falling apart and things were in working order. There is a small balcony through glass sliding doors but you can't really sit on it as it is too small. The Air Conditioner saved our life for sleeping, keeping the room cool, along with a ceiling fan. The AC is set and forget, meaning you just turn it on when you're ready for bed or in the condo during the day. We only needed it when we were sleeping. Some people complain about the noise of air conditioners but all window mounted conditioners are noisy, this one just sounds like a loud fan and put me to sleep! All dishes were provided and clean, along with utensils/cookware, etc. Towels (bath and beach style) provided, 4 pillows for the futon. The futon is okay, I would prefer to see a real queen sized bed in the apartment and forego the couch. It wasn't uncomfortable but not as good as a bed. Stove, microwave, double sink, water filtration tap, coffee maker, toaster etc. Small glass table for meals for two people. A couple of low-boy lawn chairs that were quite comfy. Sun umbrella to take to the beach etc. Decent laundry facilities (communal). Thank you to David and Natalain for allowing us to use your home! Mahalo!

Kaleialoha is a smaller complex, private, friendly, well managed,well maintained even an herb garden . Views of mountains and on the ocean-direct property.Beautiful sunsets turtle sanctuary and view whale migration from the sea wall or lounge chairs that border the back lawn . Everyone has their own parking spaces.

Complex is within walking distance to markets, farmers market, restaurant long walks or beach. Many personal services in the area massage, facials, hair salons, spas.
