Dies ist ein außergewöhnlicher Ort, der in seiner Schönheit atemberaubend ist. Mit 7000 Quadratmetern ist dieses Haus perfekt für Gruppen oder Familien mit bis zu 14 Personen, die einen entspannten Rückzugsort in einer ruhigen ländlichen Umgebung suchen. Nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Santa Fe und den Galerien der Canyon Road entfernt, befindet sich dieses Anwesen auf einem 2 Hektar großen Grundstück in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Gegend, direkt am Veterans Memorial Highway südwestlich der Plaza in Santa Fe. Nebeneinkäufe und der Flughafen Santa Fe.

Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer:
1. Die Master-Suite mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Twin-Daybed (3 Personen)
2. Das asiatische Zimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett (2 Personen)
3. Das Bergzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett (für 2 Personen)
4. Die Hofsuite mit eigener voll ausgestatteter Küche ist ein riesiges Zimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Twin-Daybed (für 3 Personen).
5. Der Schlafraum verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und ein ausziehbares Queensize-Schrankbett (4 Kinder oder abenteuerlustige Erwachsene).

Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind geräumig und umfassen ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Kiva-Kamin und einem Fernseher, ein formelles Esszimmer mit Platz für 12 Personen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Wikingerherd, einen Warmhalteofen, einen Weinkühlschrank und eine Granitinsel mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten.

Zu den Außenbereichen gehört ein hübscher 50-Fuß-Sportpool, der kürzlich mit elektrischer Abdeckung renoviert wurde. Überdachte Veranda mit Essbereich und großem, mit Lauben überdachten Tisch für 14 Personen - ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Es bietet sogar eine Sauna und einen Whirlpool mit wohltuenden Massagedüsen.

Die Eigentümer wohnen auf dem Grundstück in dem kleineren der beiden Häuser und stehen zur Verfügung, um Fragen zu beantworten, Empfehlungen zum Wandern, Restaurants usw. zu geben.

Extraordinary Property in Excellent Location

The photos do not do it justice! This property is spacious, beautifully appointed, and has incredible views. We had a party of 12 and it could not have been a better location for our extended family Christmas. Everyone felt like they had their own personal space and the main living and cooking areas were ample and comfortable. Hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. Highly recommend!

Magical house

We came to town for the balloon festival with a bigger group of friends (with kids). This property was amazing- so many places to gather and it had everything we needed to entertain ourselves. It’s a great property for a group, and with kids. The neighborhood and the views from the actual house are stunning. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful place for a family group!

We've been taking vacations with our adult children and grandchildren for 5 years, and this is the best place we've every stayed. The house and grounds are beautiful, there was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen is well equipped, the view is gorgeous, and the kids loved the pool. There are many lovely places to relax outside, and the inside stayed cool even on some pretty hot days. Blake was very responsive to questions and some minor problems. We'd happily stay here again. The only inconvenience is that it's a bit of a trek to a grocery store, so you just have to be organized and plan your shopping well -- but the wonderful view makes up for it.

Superb

Superb (as the family said). We knew the house would be beautiful from the photos online, but the professionally landscaped gardens around the house were unexpected. The views of the local mountains were gorgeous as were the sunsets. We had enjoyable evenings by the fire pit and fun days by the pool and hot tub. We were fortunate to be there on the fourth of July to see the fireworks across Santa Fe. Excursions were very easy from the property location and we were always eager to return to spend time relaxing on the patio with a glass of wine.

Annual Family Hiking

This home was by far the most amazing place we have stayed. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place was clean & welcoming. We have traveled as a group extensively across the United States & this was our favorite trip. The hikes were so challenging, we hiked Deception Peak & Wheeler Peak. We decided to not take our third hike because we needed a break. Its a short drive to Los Alamos & Bandolier which we highly recommend, especially the Bradbury Museum & Oppenheimer house. Our hosts were very helpful & kind. The amenities were wonderful, the kitchen was the best we’ve experienced in a rental. We enjoyed 3 full 3 course meals, cooking in. It was hard to actually leave for our excursions because we wanted to stay by the pool, sauna & hot tub. We would all stay here again & hope to in the future. Thank you!!

Best vacation house ever

We have stayed in a variety of vacation homes and host an annual womens retreat. This home is by far the most beautiful house we have ever stayed at. Everyone had an amazing stay. There was ample room for different activities. The attention to detail in all the spaces was a delight to experience. It was clean and well stocked. We needed nothing. Awesome place to stay in Santa Fe

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. It's such a great location with so many amenities - you don't even want to leave the property - but not far at all to drive into town. We've rented this for a girls trip and also for a couples trip and had a wonderful time with each group!

Beautiful, spacious rental!

Somehow the rental was even better than the pictures! The check-in instructions and communication leading up to our stay was great and once we arrived check-in was easy. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a large group of friends. Plenty of space so we never felt on top of each other. All of the little details in and outside made the stay that much more enjoyable: bathrobes in each room, blankets outside, etc. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Gorgeous Home with Fabulous Amenities

We absolutely loved renting this stunning home. The home is beautifully decorated, incredibly well-stocked and felt very spoiling in so many ways. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, sauna, hot tub and gas fire pit. So many lovely details including blankets for cool evenings, beach towels for swim or sauna, lovely platters and glassware in the kitchen….four stars all the way!

Wonderful house in every way

Beautiful well maintained property. Excellent support from on-site manager. Kitchen had everything, as did outdoors. Regulation pool table a bonus. Lots of areas for six adults and five children 6-14 to congregate or separate. We had Ned Laventall, a private chef, in twice who did a great job. Would come again.

Heaven on Earth!

We absolutely loved our time here - the pictures don’t do the property justice. The owners have thought of everything … the house is superbly outfitted and decorated, we felt completely at home. Our kids loved the turfed outdoor space and exploring around the property. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

It's hard to come up with enough superlatives to describe our perfect family reunion week at this house. We had a mixed group of adults and small children, and it was a wonderful place for every single one of us. Gorgeous house with lots of nooks and corners to enjoy - the house is spectacular and was super clean and welcoming. Blake was so kind and helpful and made us feel right at home. He was very responsive and readily available. We loved the pool, the outdoor dining spaces, the fantastic views, the comfortable bedrooms, and the two kitchens. Very close to everything Santa Fe has to offer, and removed enough to feel like a true getaway. Highly recommend this exceptional place!

Retreat Santa fe is a beautiful traditional adobe home sitting in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from the central plaza of Santa fe. The Spaciousness of both the indoor and outdoor areas allow guests to spread out and relax while enjoying the company of friends and family. The pool area is often where guests spend most of their time napping and taking dips in the year round heated lap pool. the sky and mountain views will take your breath away and provide the perfect backdrop for your stay. Take a day trip to the plaza for excellent shopping and museums just ten minutes away. Hiking, biking, whitewater rafting and skiing are all close by. After a day of exploring all that our wonderful city has to offer, come relax in the hot tub and star gaze around the gas fire pit! Or have a cozy night indoors with a pinion fire in the kiva fireplace while watching a movie and playing games. Or challenge someone to a game of pool in the saloon style billiards room. This home truly has something for everyone!

The Home is large and laid out with quite a bit of space between sleeping areas, giving people the ability to spread out. It wraps around the pool area so that everyone has access to the outdoor amenities. There are many common areas to share with the other members of your party, but there are also plenty of private nooks to retreat for a quiet respite if needed.
