Unit 465 in White Sands ist ein wunderbares und geräumiges Stadthaus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern.

White Sands # 465 wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Ihr Stranderlebnis beginnt mit der schönen traditionellen Einrichtung und dem einfachen Fluss zwischen Wohn-, Ess- und Kücheneinrichtungen. Der Wohnbereich bietet Platz mit einem Schlafsofa und Stühlen und Flachbild-Fernseher. Im Essbereich werden elegante Sitzgelegenheiten für sechs Personen angeboten. Die modernisierte Küche bietet einen einfachen Zugang zum Kochen mit aktualisierten Geräten, Schränken, Granitarbeitsflächen und einer Frühstücksbar für sechs Personen. Ein Balkon im Freien mit Blick auf den Golf erweitert Ihren Wohnraum mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten.

Eines der vier Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Hauptebene und ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Gemeinschaftsbad ausgestattet. Die obere Ebene bietet Schlafzimmer 2 mit einem Queensize-Bett und Blick auf den Sound. Schlafzimmer 4 ist mit vollen Etagenbetten, zwei Einzelbetten und einladenden, wolkenähnlichen Betten ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer an der Golfseite ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett in entspannenden modernen Tönen und einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem eigenen Master-Bad und einem eigenen Außenbalkon abgeschlossen.

Great Stay

Good set up for grandparents on main floor and three bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on upper for daughter’s family. Right on the beach thrilled the two preschool grandsons. Was clean, pretty, and well maintained. Had a little trouble with internet trying to watch football but savvy son in law was able to cast things to watch.

Paradise Beach was very accommodating with a few of my Requests for somethings needed in the condo that wasn't supplied. Also some furniture could probably be replaced in the family room. The extra fridge in the garage helped out a lot with 16 people. All in all we had a great time at nice accommodations, beautiful beach, and wonderful views. The only problem was we were not told of the parking problem. the buildings on either side of us had a garage to park in and a numbered parking space. our building only had the garage. I'm sure the management company knew of this, but failed to inform us, however there was visitor parking which help solve the problem In all the management company did a great job and we would us them and the location again.

Large family stay

We were very happy with the house. There were plenty of linens, cookware, utensils and beds. The view is amazing. We loved the short walk across the sand to the beach. It was very easy to go back and forth all day long. It was nice to secure our cars in the garage. The only drawback we experienced was that the seating in the living room was only comfortable for 3 on the couch. The side chairs are not comfortable for more than a few minutes. For a home that sleeps so many it would be nice for the main living area to seat at least 10 comfortably. Another couch and 2 comfy chairs would be a good improvement. We sat at the table to play games but it wasn’t fun to sit and watch movies from the table for 2 hours.

Mostly good

The location is amazing - literally steps from the beach without even a walkover; loved the back porch swings and hose off area under the deck; pretty well stocked kitchen. Central air worked great! The washing machine did not rinse and spin - messaged owner but no response, so that was frustrated because we stayed for a whole week and really needed and expected to be able to do laundry. Gas grill was nice to have, but it ran out of gas shortly after I put the burgers on the grill, so that wasn't great. TV over the dining table is a bit awkward and could be more and more comfortable seating in living room to watch a show/movie at night; master bedroom has incredible balcony and very roomy space. We loved our time here, but there was a bit of room for improvement in a few ways.

Fall Break 2023- Great location and space!

The views, white sands, and Emerald waters are breath-taking! We had everything we needed & the check in was a breeze. Would enjoy more comfortable seating in the living room. Love to stools and bar seating. Carpet in the bunk room is quite worn/stained but the beds are comfortable. Kitchen has been updated nicely. Adequate kitchen tools. Weather was a bit touchy as a cold front had moved in that later lured in a tropical storm which left us with some really rough waters and red flags. Not negative just nature. Gave us some time to spend checking out the Naval museum- it was great. Would revist in a heart beat!

Rusted fixtures, filthy ceiling fans, dirty Windows, broken chairs, etc. Contacted Paradise Homes to have unit recleaned. Unit was never totally cleaned as requested. Gave list of broken items to management. Was never contacted. White Sands is a great location. Just make sure you stay in a unit that gives you the accommodations you paid a lot of money for.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was beautiful. My dislike was the kitchen ware. With the price you are paying you should at least have decent pots and pans to cook with. They had two pans to cook with and one was so warped you couldn’t even use it it would not stay flat on the stove and the other one was like a griddle and the Teflon was coming off of it. Then I understand one thing of toilet paper and paper towels however if you’re staying a week and you have 10 people there I would think at least you accommodate a few rolls in each bathroom. However the beds are comfortable the icemaker did not work they did send a service guy out that same day to take a look at it but unfortunately it was non-repairable which wasn’t a big deal they did come out quick for service. If they would give you nice cookware and have plenty of mixing bowls this would be a five star rating!

Lovely week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location of this unit. While it was amazing to wake up near the beach and hear the sounds of the water, there were a few issues that popped up during our stay.The TV in the living room did not have cable as advertised. While we didn't want to watch much TV while there, some March Madness was missed due to this. I alerted the management company early in the week, and the cable person came later in the week, and essentially said there was nothing he could do to fix it. A little frustrating but not a vacation breaker.The furniture in the living room was just not very comfortable. Again, tried to spend as much time as the beach, but had enough living room time that the lack of quality furniture was noticed. A couple of other small things like bathroom fans not working and water leaking in the patio door during a storm were minor inconveniences.Absolutely stunning beach, nice deck, nice kitchen, nice to have a garage to park in, and close to nightlife and the fort. While I hope some minor improvements are made, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a week there.
