Die Hauptebene des Hauses verfügt über eine große Gourmetküche, ein abgesenktes Esszimmer und einen übergroßen Wohnbereich. Diese Ebene des Hauses bietet auch drei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich eine Kingsize-Suite mit eigenem Bad. Es gibt auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Stockbetten, die über ein eigenes Bad und einen eigenen Balkon verfügen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit 1 Queensize-Bett und ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit dem Wohnbereich. Die oberste Etage des Hauses verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Tagesbett mit Rollbett und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf den Golf. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine übergroße Dusche, einen Whirlpool für mehrere Personen, zwei Waschtische, ein eigenes WC und einen kleinen privaten Balkon.

Dieses Haus bietet fast 3.000 Quadratmeter Deckfläche mit Blick auf den eingezäunten Garten und den privaten Pool. Sie sollten damit rechnen, dass Sie am Ende Ihres Urlaubs eine schwierige Zeit haben, dieses Haus zu verlassen !!!

Great location, incredibly clean, large enough for big group or multiple families/couples Huge decks, beautiful backyard and pool. The icing on the cake is the game room, with a ping pong table, football and basketball. A block from the beach. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

We had a great time here - this is a wonderful house for a big family, bonus was all the infant items (crib, high chair) that I was not expecting to have access to. Spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. We got a golf cart which I’d say is a must! A few things do need repairing or replacing - pots pans, a broken chair, toaster, etc - but don’t want this to affect my score as we did love our time here.

Vacation dream come true!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn’t have had a more perfect vacation and the long drive from Texas was totally worth it. Only 7 of us made the journey but praying the other 4 will be able to join us next year. We stayed so busy between the pool, game room and beach that we hardly had time to go shopping. The weather was perfect, the beach was perfect, the house was perfect, the reviews I read last year and speaking to the ladies from the office gave me the idea to start a Walmart order (they deliver). We brought only enough food for dinner and breakfast and then Walmart delivered a weeks worth of groceries. That saved a lot of food packing and gave extra space in our vehicles. The beach has great access (easy short walk) and was not crowded at all. Some days was windy and the water clear and refreshing. Not many sea shells though. Some days the waves were dramatic but most days were calm. Made for great family photos! The kids had a blast, never a dull moment. The house has plenty to entertain for hours on end....for everyone. Lots of relaxing and visiting. Next year we will try a local restaurant, lol the kitchen in this house was made for lots of cooking and setting out platters of food out for grazing. I love this floor plan!! Thank you to the owners for sharing. We took great care that you would give us 5 stars as well😃We have no complaints and love to share with future guests that like to plan ahead... *Things we added to our grocery list: dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, paper towels. (A week long stay required more.)👍

We were there for Spring Break, pool was nice but not heated. We enjoyed the outdoor space and decks for morning coffee. Fenced decks and yard were great for Little kids. This house has NO beach toys, pool toys, folding chairs, bikes, NOTHING for enjoying the beach outside the house. So plan accordingly. House also has only 1 day supplies for dish soap/laundry/garbage bags (as stated in the ad) so plan to stop by a store the first day.

Family Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 11 had a great week at this home. A very roomy home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We loved the pool area. Plenty of space for hanging out. The outdoor TV was nice- we mostly used it to play music but it gave us lots of options. The extra fridge down by the pool was nice. A really short walk to the beach and not much longer to go to the bay side. Quiet area and the beach only had a few other families. We had a small problem with the pool but had an immediate response and it was fixed within 2 hours. It was a wonderful week!

FIT OUR FAMILY PERFECT

THE HOUSE WAS ROOMY AND GREAT FOR OUR FAMILY. UNFORTUNATELY, IT SMELLED LIKE MOLD ON ENTRY AND THE ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK. RENTAL AGENCY HAD THE ELEVATOR FIXED THE SAME DAY AND THE MOLD SMELL REMOVED THE NEXT DAY. ON THE LAST NIGHT, THE RAIN LEAKED INTO ONE OF THE BEDROOMS. THIS MUST HAVE BEEN WHERE THE MOLD SMELL WAS COMING FROM. RENTAL AGENCY GREAT, OWNER NOT SO MUCH.

Great vacation

The house is big. Very big decks and nice pool. Short walk to the beach. Ocean views from the back of the house. The house had a few problems, but all can be fixed. We would definitely stay there again. The beach is beautiful and very quiet. Short drive to shopping and restaurants.
